This is the second time I have stayed in Robert's house. He is a fabulous host. He has thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. A gorgeous house with a wonderful yard. Thank you, Robert!!!!

My Girlfriend and I loved the place. quiet peacful and liked that it looked and felt like home the newer generation would probably not get it but it was perfect great location big porchs private. even though it was a rainy weekend could still go out on the back patio and just enjoy the outside without getting wet. will be back in the future!

Staying in Marcia's red farm house was a fun experience because it was like visiting Grandma's house again. I especially liked how all the beds were twin sized, which meant that even though my husband and I slept in the same room, we each got our own bed- just like in a 1950's TV sitcom! My husband really appreciated the breakfast fixings that were left for us.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our guys weekend. Plenty of beds, beautiful park behind the house and only a few minutes away from the Apple Valley Golf Course. Todd and JoAnn were extremely responsible, accommodating, and friendly. I would gladly stay here again.

Lovely house, lovely stay. Was there for a night after a long day at Kalahari with the kids. Home was cozy and the host was very welcoming. Whenever I’m back in town I will def book again.

We found Judy's place to be very welcoming, clean, and supplied with everything you could possibly want. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen appliances were up to date the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The pots and pans and utensils, etc., were high quality. The gas grill was clean and in good working order. We made use of the extra refrigerator in the garage which was quite handy. The laundry room was top notch. Judy also supplied many unexpected extras and was very responsive during our stay.

A great option for a family of parents, grandparents and siblings in town to attend Kenyon graduation!

Thanks for another great stay! I’m sure we will be back again. We love how homey it feels and all the space for everyone to be comfortable. Hopefully we can come back in the summer to use the pool. The hot tub was amazing!

Stayed here as a child and Matt had really updated the place. Wood floors. Roku tv. Sliding glass doors. The only thing is the appliances are a bit old so we had to run our clothes through the dryer a couple times and food cooked a bit uneven in the oven. But it was a wonderful experience. Quiet and beautiful. I will be back

Our stay was Plan B when other accommodations fell through at the last minute. Tony was very responsive, on that Sunday morning, to get me out of a pinch and made the process very smooth. The cabin was very well equipped, clean and the spaces were inviting and roomy.

A rememberable stay from start to finish! Due to the weather we had reached out to James to come in a day earlier and he was very accommodating to us and we were able to stay another day in his lovely home. James was very attentive, the house was perfectly located, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We are definitely looking to stay here again.

Some friends and I stayed at Harold’s place and we had the best time. Heather was so communicative and flexible. The house was very clean and had everything we could need! The character and attention to detail in the house was very cool!

Great place for a girl’s weekend away. Bedrooms, shared space, and kitchen were just what we needed. Loved the hot tub and fire pit space. We lost power for a couple hours one evening due to weather and the owners were immediately responsive, kept us updated with information from the power company, and came by with bottled water, extra battery powered lights, and a battery charger for our phones. The area is beautiful and we found a perfect trail nearby for a hike (also a trail connected to property). Would definitely return and recommend.

It is a great little place. It was very remote but an easy drive into Ashland; everything was as described. It was very comfortable for us. The only minor criticisms we had were: we had to wash some of the glasses before using them, the fireplace timed out overnight so we woke up to a cold house, and there was no skillet or pan, just pots. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful house and great location! Very thoughtful accommodations and amenities for travelers. Very friendly and quick communication from the hosts. We loved being able to bring our dog with us. This location was perfect for us allowing us to disconnect and spend time in nature on trails close by, while still having the opportunity to explore the quant shops and restaurants. Thanks again for a great weekend trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jodi's place. It was secluded and quiet with very little traffic. There was plenty of space for 5 of us and we used the hot tub both nights we were there. The gas grill was fantastic and we played plenty of games. We were a short drive from great hiking at Mohican and we had a chance to visit some of the other sites in the area. Jodi's instructions were clear, concise, and were sent well before our trip- we had no trouble finding the home or checking in. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable trip and we look forward to our next trip to the area.

The whole property was great! We were very happy with our stay and our dog loved the trail and big yard space. Our group normally goes to Mohican for an annual glamping trip, but we are talking about changing it to Heather’s venue!! Couldn’t recommend it enough!
