Derek was a very accommodating host. The house was well equipped for a very relaxing stay, from the in-home theater, pool table, shuffleboard table, and air hockey, to the hot tub and 2 miles of trails on the 70 acre property. It's also only a 45 minute drive across the beautiful Kancamangus Highway to North Conway where there are plenty of places to shop and eat. Not to mention Loon Ski Resort just under 20 minutes away. I would definitely recommend booking with Derek for a fun, relaxing getaway!

Excellent home and great hosts that a friendly and super responsive. Home had everything we needed and it was clean and beautiful. Would stay again in the future.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and I truly do love this property. The house layout is very open, the neighborhood is quiet and secluded, the house is set further back from the road so no traffic noise. The yard is perfect for your pups, plenty of room for them to run in the fenced yard and a nice little deck for you to relax and watch them play. We will definitely be back this summer!

Karen and Michael were wonderful hosts. Before even getting to their place, they'd already provided us with helpful information like driving tips and directions so it would be fast and easy to find their spot. Their place was clean, comfortable, and wonderfully located close to downtown North Conway, with so many great restaurants and bars. That said, we spent just as much time in the Airbnb, especially with their amazing hot tub setup. It was perfect for a spring ski weekend (Attitash was ~15 minute drive) with a bonus of enjoying downtown NoCo so easily. Last but not least, I so appreciated the minimal checkout requirements they had. I've stayed in some Airbnbs where an extensive checkout list is required, so this was a great change of pace. What they asked for was reasonable - just place used towels in the provided laundry basket and leave the place as we found it. My friends and I had a wonderful stay here, and we cannot wait to come back!

House was as listed, great location in a beautiful area. Plenty of amenities and host was helpful and responsive leading up to and during my stay.

We had a great time! The house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the couch was great too!! It was so nice to have a fenced in backyard for our dog! We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area! It’s close to downtown Portsmouth, which is so cute! Chris was super communicative and helpful!

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. P.S. the new stove/oven is amazing!! 🤩

The house is stunning throughout. We had two families with a range of ages. There was so much to keep everyone happy and entertained… the games room, beautiful wood burning fireplace, pristine hot tub, luxurious bathrooms, and chef’s kitchen were all outstanding. The modern design of the home is very spacious with a great ambiance. The garage was very helpful to pull the cars into when a snow storm was coming through. Lighting and Sonos were great to adjust the mood throughout the day. I have stayed in many rentals and this one is top of the pile. Enjoy!!!

Vinny was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible. The location was perfect for skiing Sunapee and the space was very warm, cozy and private.

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

This was our second stay and once again it didn’t disappoint. Always clean, cozy and quiet. We always feel right at home the moment we walk in. Korene is very responsive and her extra touches throughout the apartment make it so welcoming.

My husband, three sons (ages 17, 15, and 10) and I stayed at Cynthia's place for two nights on a ski trip to Loon Mountain. It was perfect for our needs. The place is well described on the listing, and the instructions were clear, so everything was as expected. Cynthia's place was clean, comfortable, and a great location. We found it very convenient to get to the mountain and also go out to eat at night. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before heading out for the day. It was an easy, comfortable place to stay after a long day of skiing. We would stay again!

Monica is absolutely great to rent from! She is so kind and generous , always doing anything she can to make the guest comfortable and have a great stay! She will go over and beyond. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Dermot’s place. Very close to Waterville Valley and North Woodstock. The space was very memorable and unique, would definitely recommend.

The place was spotless and Valorie was very communicative. The view of the river is beautiful and I appreciated the parking spot right in front of the apartment. The apartment is split level with the bedrooms downstairs (and a toilet and sink) and the main bath, kitchen and living area upstairs. It worked out great for me and 2 teenage kids.

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at Bill's Condo. We love the location. I think this is one of the very best views in Nordic Village. Also, Bill is one of the best hosts that I have worked with. We had early check in which was great. The condo itself is very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Great Kitchen, comfortable bed, 2-person jet tub, and fireplace makes the condo very cozy and inviting. Hope to stay again soon.

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Bobs place was comfortable and convenient to town. Lots of restaurants, bakery next door. Beautiful view from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Lots of hot water for the shower. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay again at a different time of year to enjoy the lake as well!
