George is a first class, friendly and thoughtful host who was quick to respond to our messages. Her accommodation is presented to a very high standard and is well equipped with everything you need for a short or extended stay. We had an excellent three night stay visiting family and hope to return soon.

Outstanding little Gem in the middle of the countryside. Loved the view the horses, the absolute peaceful surroundings. I will be return to your apartment in the future without question. Loved it!

This was an excellent base for the Southmead/Filton area. And it was very well served by busses to other parts of Bristol. The flat was easy to access and Maria-Florina was generous in supplying tea, milk, biscuits etc. Highly recommend it.

Helen’s apartment was fabulous for our weekend in Bath. It’s a stroll from Bath Spa railway station and a great location to explore what Bath has to offer. We were met by Helen at the apartment where she recommended places to eat and buy groceries. The flat was lovely with everything that was needed for a wonderful weekend - I really recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant base for exploring Bristol. The flat was perfectly clean, with every amenity catered for. Many thoughtful touches, including ice cubes in the freezer, ear plugs in the bedside drawer and board games at the ready. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were very high quality. Sam was an exceptional host - very communicative, responsive and gave us a very warm welcome. We would love to stay again.

Great flat in a handy location, walking distance to everywhere

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful house nestled in a lovely corner of Bristol. The city is an easy walk away, but the flat is nice and quiet. The flat is a lovely rustic little place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Norman was very responsive to all my questions, and very helpful with working out things like parking. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great host with loads of amenities and clean nice beds and bathroom would recommend

The Nook is great for a short, restful stay, away from the noise and bright lights of town. The hosts are next door if there are any issues. And Susannah introduced herself when we were out walking which was a nice touch. Lovely to have milk, tea and coffee supplied.

My friend and I stayed for the weekend to take part in the Bath Ultra. The apt was perfect for us to relax both before and after the event. You would not think you were based on a busy road as it was so quiet in the apt. Lovely also to have such lovely outside space. I would definitely like to stay again the next time I’m Bath. Our stay at Ben's place was wonderful. The apartment is just as described and had everything we needed. It was such a lovely base for our trip to Bath and the parking space is a real bonus. We walked everywhere! We enjoyed returning each day to a safe, quiet location where we could relax, cook and rest. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We will definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Located right in the centre of Bristol with so many cafes, restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance, in fact there were far too many to choose from. Easy walking distance of the floating harbour area and other attractions. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Although being in the city centre, being up on the third floor (there are lifts) meant you were away from the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay with Greg again.

To quote Kirsty and Phil, Location, Location, Location. Situated in a beautiful part of the city, just meters away from the city centre, so very, very easy access to all on offer in the compact city center of Bath, being just 2 minutes from Bath Abbey and also the Guildhall. Nothing seemed further than a 10 - 15 minute walk away. We spent 2 nights in this very comfortable and cosy appartment with a lovely, lovely host. We felt very much at home from the moment we arrived. We were able to unload our luggage by the front door, before parking our car in the parking space, which is about a 200 meter drive, at the rear of the building. The parking space was very much a bonus in Bath and it felt safe and secure. All in all we had an excellent and enjoyable stay and would have no hesitation in recommending Susan and her appartment.

Thank you Matt for providing this great property. Our stay more than lived up to my expectations and we had a great relaxing time in Bath. The tea, coffee, milk and breakfast bits etc. were really welcome and we appreciated the place being warm and with excellent off road parking.

Everything was provided and explained. It was difficult to park the car as it was at the opposite end of a one way street but Kim had left detailed instructions how to find and access it. I liked the fact that it was an easy walk to the river and other facilities. Shower easy to use. Liked the food/drink provisions left for us. Only disadvantage - floors creaky so first one up disturbed the other!
