The studio is compact but clean, modern, and well-equipped. I stayed for a month without any issues. A major highlight is the property's exceptional amenities—the pool is the largest I've ever seen at a residential or hotel property. While the location is a bit farther, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and reduced noise pollution. Occasionally, you might hear the locals singing karaoke outside, which I personally found entertaining. Also, a helpful detail for remote workers—the table beneath the TV folds out and can be used as a workspace. A big thank you to the hosting team—the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I usually don’t require much from my hosts, but I also find it strange when there’s no follow-up after check-in. They maintained the perfect balance between being attentive and respecting guests’ privacy. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily book again.

Nach 7 Nächten in dem schönen Apartment fällt es schwer, abzureisen. Die Lage, die Einrichtung und auch die Gastgeber - alles perfekt! Schon vor der Anreise gab es wertvolle Tipps und Anregungen. Die Beiden waren in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit. Selber die Fahrt mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen wurde organisiert. Fazit: Fünf Sterne sind absolut gerechtfertigt.

The place was easy to find and is the same as what is listed - not your high end airbnb type but made us feel at home and going back to simplicity of life. Maurine, the caretaker is a gem. She waited for us even we checked in very late, and attended us. Each morning, we have hot water available for coffee, unlimited ice already available in the fridge, kayak free of use and kitchen is complete too. Loved the duyans in this place, very relaxing. Can reco this place👌🏼

The beach house is beautiful—warm, cozy, and just the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer. Sally and John were wonderful, always helpful and welcoming. Our family really enjoyed our time at the seacamp, and we’d love to come back, maybe in April when the currents are calmer. It was a bit windy and rainy during our stay, so we didn’t get to swim as much as we’d hoped, but I can only imagine how perfect this place must be in April or May. The peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views made it a trip to remember. We can’t wait to return.

We had a lovely stay and our host was so helpful. The location is pretty far from town and we didn’t plan on that but with a scooter you can get around easily. We had the best driver while we were there. He took us to the whales sharks, into town for groceries and to dinner. We stayed 3 nights and he was so helpful. My husband, our two children and I were staying at Maggie’s place for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect - on the beach with a restaurant right next to the appartment. There were also many toys for children that they could use while playing and swimming at the beach. One thing to note is that there are some small ants in the kitchen and on the floors inside the appartment. Other than that we had a fantastic stay. We recommend this place for families and others that wants to live in a quiet area!

Colin and his folks made us feel right at home. The place was great with greenery all around and a river front. Had great views from the property itself. It's really close to the beach as well (Thannirbavi), which was clean and well managed, without the crowd. Getting to the city was easy and within 15 minutes we were able to reach most places. Colin also offers a nice boat ride as well as Kayaking facility. I recommend folks to make the most of it.

The place was so good, hygienic, clean & peaceful. Owner was very cooperative & attentive, always available on call & message whenever I need him. Caretaker was also very humble & kind, most geniune caretaker I have ever met. Overall the place is so good and it will take hardly 20 to 25 mins drive to reach McLeod Ganj, dharamkot and cricket stadium.

Beautiful, peaceful location on a remote rocky coastline about 15 minute drive east of Kushima. Nice cozy cottage that is very relaxing to stay in for the two of us. The stairs are steep to the second level but could be ok for kids to sleep. It was a bit cold the first couple days we were there and the place is not well insulated but with the wood stove, we were able to heat it up fine. Plenty of firewood was supplied! Nice kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Several great restaurants nearby in Kushima. Arrived using address listed on airbnb on Google Maps and that was a mistake. Google Maps will direct you to a dangerous mountain road that you do not want to be on - it was difficult to turn around, especially in the dark. It is better to use the address for the coffee shop next door - it is shown on Google Maps (2730 Sakida, Kushima, Miyazaki 888-0009, Japan). Use the water gun next to the toilet to flush it. Shower room is big with an interesting tub! Fun place!

Benjo's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures are accurate and the place was clean, organized, had everything we needed for our stay, perfect for our family. It's located inside Pico de Loro Hotel which is a bonus as the entire neighborhood is beautiful, family friendly and the beach is 10mins walk from the condo. Communication was great as well, clear instructions and very responsive when needed. Definitely will come back soon! Thanks Benjo for having us at your place!

This is an excellent property, right in front of the Alibag Beach. You can just open the door and walk on the beach. The host has maintained the flat very well. It is spotless, hygienic and the caretaker goes above and beyond to help you. Will recommend to everyone

Die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Das Apartment sah wie auf den Bildern aus und war sehr sauber. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der Pool im 31. Stock, mit besonderem Blick über Pattaya.

it was great for our family especially our newborn baby. definitely recommend. wifi is great my son loved it especially it has netflix on it. very cozy and clean bathroom 😊
