We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

Real Peacock sight in villa premises ,as truly it is called peacock house.Lovely place , peaceful environment , good for family outings spacious rooms, and living room only con is its little difficult to find the place With narrow access. But once u reach there’s ample parking and garden area with a big pool .Thoroughly enjoyed.

Lovely place to stay so near to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and v comfortable. Great pool. Air con bedrooms all ensuite. Plus amazing pool room! Helpful staff. 10min walk to candolim beach- setback from road so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place

The place was amazing with Private and Common pool with beautiful common area! The villa was very lavish and well maintained. Quite peaceful. Also mentioning care taker (Prakash), gem of a person, he helped us for everything, booking Cab, locations, maintain cleanliness in Villa

Visited with my extended family and parents and two year old. Amazing time had by all. The toddler loved the pool and the floaties, as did we - it was the perfect way to end hot days. The rooms were spacious, cool and well set up, I found the bathrooms fantastic. The location was good for us though we had to get a taxi to get anywhere. Leanne and Jonathan were very friendly, helpful, checked in often, and their restaurant was fantastic. Really liked the decor of the place. Overall a great time was had by all and I look forward to coming back.

I like the palace and ambience. It’s spacious and well maintained. kunal is very supportive and understood all our needs and make sure everything was taken care. We were not completely happy with the ramakrishna who is the maintenance guy. Apart from that our stay was a good experience

The room we stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities that we could ask for. One of the standout features was the vehicle package offered by the villa, which was a great help in exploring the local area. The convenience of having vehicle available made it so easy to visit nearby attractions, and it really added to the enjoyment for me and my colleagues. The staff Mr Atul at Lux Villa were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed. He made sure we had a great time during our visit. One of the highlights of Mr Atul was the delicious breakfast he prepared. The overall vibe of the property is comfort, making it ideal for anyone looking to recharge and enjoy a peaceful getaway. A special mention goes to Mr. Sagar, the owner of the villa. He was incredibly helpful.

The location was perfect, serene and peaceful, bedrooms were perfectly done and caretaker was very helpful, overall it was a very good stay, enjoyed our time here with friends.

The villa is as described and shown in the pictures. The villa was clean and the furnishings are well done. It is located pretty close to Anjuna beach and in proximity to good restaurants. The housekeeper was around and responsive to any requests. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend it.

Just got back from our stay at this Airbnb and it's the ultimate spot for a group party! The place has a super chill vibe, and the best part is we could party without any disturbance. The dogs are the sweetest - they keep to their own space but are adorable if you want to interact. Perfect for everyone, whether you're a dog person or not. The caretaker deserves a special mention for being absolutely awesome. Always there to help and super friendly – they really made our stay comfortable. Although hosts Akhilesh and Alok don’t stay on the premises, they were always just a call away. They were incredibly supportive and kind, ensuring everything went smoothly for us. The place itself has this cool French heritage vibe that adds a unique elegance to the setting. And the views are just serene, making our mornings peacefully beautiful. The location of the villa was perfect away from the hustle and bustle of the main road.. It is in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. It has a shared swimming pool which has sun loungers around. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. The villa is definitely large enough for two couples. It is extremely spacious inside with adequate seating inside and on the outside terraces. This villa is a must for anyone wanting a mixture of quiet and excitement of Goa.
