Awesome stay. Wonderful vibes. Just beside lake with ok ok swimming pool. Rooms are very small and bathrooms need ventilation. Overall good experience. Caretaker was very helpful.

Three of us family members stayed here for 5 nights. It's a peaceful area and the villa is well equipped. It has a kind of homely feeling. The place has a soul unlike the modern , bland places. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again sometime in future.

it's a great place to hang out if you have slightly a bigger group 8-10. the staff over there are very courteous and responsive.

It is a truly amazing stay, with all amenities which you won't get at any hotel. You can even cook your own food. The stay is situated near candolium market and beach. Patricia the owner is very kind and understanding. Thank you dear for making our stay hassle free.

The apartment offers good value for the price you pay and is conveniently located near Baga Beach. While the property is slightly old, it is well-maintained, and the linens are clean. However, the only downside was the cleanliness of the pool, which could be improved.

Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

The hosts were exceptionally cordial and I was shown my room personally by them and all facilities available were explained in detail. It felt like home. The location is marvellous. I was provided keys to the main entrance as well as my room so access was so easy. I would recommend this Apartment to anyone including ladies travelling alone or with young children. Safety is also well looked after

The place and view is just beautiful. The air bnb was very clean and fresh. The location is also perfect between north and south goa. Saksham is also very helpful. He has his own cafe as well with very good and healthy food. Would definitely recommend the place without any second thoughts.

Location was great, 15 mins drive from Anjuna and Vagtor beach. Everything is nearby like groceries, wine shop, restaurant etc. Vinayak restaurant is a good option. Totally recommend this place.
