We had a wonderful stay here! The caretaker was incredibly kind and helpful, always ensuring we felt comfortable. The location is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy market, making it a perfect retreat. While the apartment's ambience is a bit older compared to the photos on Airbnb, the warmth of the hospitality and the serenity of the place more than made up for it. We traveled with our 6-month-old baby and felt completely safe and at home. The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for our little one, and the pool was a delight—our baby enjoyed it a lot! A bit more cleaning would enhance the experience, but it was manageable. The caretaker and staff were always friendly and accommodating. Plus, renting a scooter or car was hassle-free, with options available just outside the premises. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you, Jason and Raju, for your warm hospitality—we truly appreciate it!

It's a very nice Airbnb . Location is close to everything. it's a set of 2 bedroom apartments. Apartments has everything you need for comfortable stay . property is nice and clean. property also has a nice pool with some balls for you to play in it. 24 hour reception desk was really helpful to check-in check-out at odd times. people at desk are very helpful in booking taxi rides and overall helping you. Host also was very helpful to provide whatever information we need. Appreciate all the help.

We stayed at Gurpreet's place for two nights. It is as described in the listing. We had reached earlier and they accomodated an early check in. The process is smooth. The house is close to the main Candolim area but around it there are a few options, everything is about a km away. Since we were driving this was not an issue. At check in there were two minor issues - 1. the water filter was not working and this was highlighted by Jay P himself. Enough bottled water was supplied for the stay. 2. One of the sheets had some minor stains and Jay P changed it immediately. There were enough clean towels and some basic toiletries. Both Gurpreet and Jay P are very responsive and helpful. Rooms are nice and all appliances and wifi work well. Only suggestion for improvement would be a bit thicker mattress in the main bedroom.

The apartment is good. Worth your money. The location is quite convenient, 3 minutes to the super market, 10 minutes to the beach. There were some temporary problems with the cold water supply, but it was not dependent on the host, something at the level of the building management company. The host has put in a lot of effort to solve these problems. He also helped solve any problems, even the chargeback issue at a nearby supermarket.

Location is really good for a longer stay because everything is a stones throw away....groceries, places to eat, pharmacies etc.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von sechs Leuten. Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit den zusätzlichen Serviceleistungen, die man üblicherweise in Hotels bekommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gegend ist sehr sehr sicher. Das Apartment war wie neu daher hat es an keinen Annehmlichkeiten gefehlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr proaktiv und absolut bemüht, einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sicherzustellen. Er sie haben uns steht, positiv empfangen und bei jedem Anliegen weitergeholfen.

We recently stayed at Senta Terra in Nerul, Goa, for four days as a group of three couples with two infants, and our experience was truly wonderful. The property is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The villas are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities. The lush green surroundings and serene atmosphere made it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location is another highlight—situated in Nerul, it is close to Candolim and SinQ Beach, yet tucked away enough to provide peace and privacy. The private pool was a favorite among us, and the property had ample space for the little ones to move around safely.

Dwayne was incredibly helpful and proactive in his responses. Despite our late arrival, everything was readily available for us. He made us feel very welcomed. The accommodations were exactly as described, and the surrounding area was serene and beautiful. We would definitely return here again.

Our stay at Ayush's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect. Ayush was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

This place, the responsive and proactive host, the peaceful vibes, its perfect location (just awway from the flowing traffic, yet reachable to anywhere you qish to be), the attention to details by the staff working in and around the buidling premises is unparallel. This is still an understatement! I would come myself back again and recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wishes to be in this area lf Goa. yes, again and again.

Had a wonderful stay at Sunaina’s place. We love the location because it’s in a quieter area but very close to everything in Calangute, making it accessible to the beach, bars, and restaurants. We have stayed in this building before at another unit and loved it so much that we were excited to come back. The staff is also extremely friendly. There’s 24 hour security and the cleaning staff comes daily. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities you will need during your stay. We cooked a lot and we had all the tools we needed. The bed is also a king size and extremely comfortable. Sunaina was very responsive whenever we reached out to her. The gas tank in the kitchen ran out halfway through our stay, and she had the replacement delivered first thing the next morning. She was quick to respond and kept open communication throughout our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sunaina’s place to anyone looking for a central location in Goa in a superb apartment!

The Airbnb was exactly like the photos – clean, well-maintained, and beautifully done. The location is a 10/10 – right in the heart of North Goa, with all the famous cafes, restaurants, and beach spots just minutes away. Whether we were craving a quick bite or a proper dinner, everything was super accessible – and both Swiggy and Zomato delivered without any issues. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

The 3 night's stay at Mirashya Homes and it was just amazing and felt right at home. The property was just 5 mins ride from the beach road making it very easy to find and approachable yet very peaceful and away from the hustle. The society had common swimming pool and gym. The apartment had all the amenities listed and in good working condition. All the appliances were very thoughtfully provided which included- hair dryer, iron with iron board, kettle, microwave, toaster, gas stoves. The operation manager at the property Arun Naik and Deepak were very responsive and helpful during the stay and especially during check-in and check-out. The house helps- Sujata and Pritam really helped us keep the house sqeaky clean everyday along with washing the used utensils for us.

Everything was fine. Just make sure you rent a cab or two wheeler, otherwise travelling around is very difficult.

Mouna was a very responsive host. Right from the checkin, which was very smooth to begin with, till the checkout she had taken care of everything. As soon as we checked in, she shared a list of local recommendations for bike rentals and cab. This airbnb looked exactly like in the photos on this app. Location is perfect, you stay away from touristy noise but most of the spots are just 15 mins bike ride away. It has a spacious balcony and a clean swimming pool. They have strict rules for swimming pool, you wouldn’t be allowed to be in the pool without swim wear, cap and goggles. Can easily recommend this place. Would love to stay back in this cozy place again.

Shaina and her team members are very helpful and supportive. The stay was very amazing and we really enjoyed. I would personally recommended this place for leaving peaceful in Goa.

Megha is such a great host. She’s so professional and made sure our check in was convenient and hustle free. Her place itself is in a great location and very clean. The staff there was also very cooperative. Having a pool right outside our villa was the highlight of our stay. It’s an extremely well kept place, with all the comfort you need. Thanks megha for being very flexible with our stay timings as well.

Affable stay. we got refreshing pool view studio with all major to minor amenities. Detailing at its best. Property is beautiful and itself into a very well known resort. They have in house restaurant and bike / car rental services so it's hassel free. Candolim, baga, Anjuna, Wagator, parra road is like 10-15 mins. Thank you FP stays

We had a wonderful stay here for about a week with our toddler. The place was beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay—and more! It was sparkling clean with daily housekeeping, and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking super convenient. What really made it special was the natural setting—lush greenery all around and a mango tree right outside the window, which our little one loved watching. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, even arranging a baby high chair for us without any hassle. Truly a peaceful, family-friendly retreat—we’d happily come back!
