Assateague Island : locations de vacances en bord de mer

It was larger than we needed, but so perfect in all other ways, we could not resist. So close to the ocean, elevator, etc. Balconies off most bedrooms! Could not view the ocean, but it was such a short walk! Heat and AC both available, and needed each at the time of year visiting. Cozy fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances. Really, we could go on. Our few guests adored it also. Even had absolutely all beach needs. We are elderly and all was appropriate, except low toilets, but undoubtedly could 'make do'. Was unsure what to do with spare key on exit, but left under mat as Paul was going to do on arrival. Paul met us on arrival, which was a most pleasant surprise! Definitely 5 star!

This was (I believe) our fourth or fifth stay at John’s place (we’ve clearly made it a tradition). Coming here feels like home, the town home is super clean, easy to navigate, and perfect for a day at the beach, relaxation and a movie, or just hanging out and relaxing. I look forward to this multiple times a year since finding John!

Our stay was very nice. The amenities were not available to us due to not being open for the season yet. Everything else was very nice and as expected. The beds were so very comfortable! Loved the showers. And the place was very clean. We rented linens and that process also went smoothly! Definitely recommend a stay here!

Tom’s place was awesome! Close to many great restaurants and popular attractions. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. The place itself was exactly as pictured and very clean. Tom was very friendly, communicative, and ensured that our stay was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

John and Holly have a wonderful place. The outdoor living space is incredible. We spent most of our time relaxing outside and enjoying all the amenities. We will be sure to return in the future.

This is a lovely place in a spectacular setting. It’s at the end of the road so very private and quiet. Two decks overlooking a vast marsh. Very clean and well appointed. Very responsive host.

My husband and I take little getaway this time of year to break up winter duldrums. We booked this condo at a fantastic off season price,It's oceanfront, pup friendly, and super beautiful. The condo was VERY clean, and comfortable, Not a lot open this time of year,But fortunately,We are very familiar with the area,and know where to go. Spain Wine Bar off 1st Ave was so amazing, and my very favorite place, Lombardi's on 94th, never disappoints. My pups are total beach dogs,And we were on the beach a lot. Our hosts, Jenny and Ania checked in with us constantly,And always replied instantly. Pretty perfect Air BNB experience all in all

Excellent home. Was attached to another dwelling but felt very private as no one was next door during our stay. Host was very accommodating, neighbors extremely friendly. Lots of dogs being walked in the surrounding area. Roads very safe to go for an extended walk. Winds coming off the water surprisingly strong at times; was impressed at how secure the house seemed during stormy winds. Best part of the stay was being right on the water of the river/bay.

This was an awesome place! We have stayed in many different condos in OCMD and this was the best one yet. PERFECT location, clean and extremely convenient to the beach and pool. Lonny was so helpful and very communicative through the entire process. I can’t wait to come back next year 😊 thank you Lonny & Gina!

A haven of peace right next to the sea. Very clean and big enough for 6 people. My boys loved the pool and the pickelball court. Finally, there are plenty of activities to do in this city and the condo is close to everything. We will come back for sure ☺️

The unit was clean, comfortable, and as described. It is not large, but was all we needed for our stay. The best part was definitely how helpful, communicative, and responsive Michelle and her team were. We were never left in doubt or without the information we needed.

This condo was in a great location. Great space can accommodate a lot of people. You don't need to bring anything it had beach chairs and toys. Well furnished. Kendra was very responsive. Can't wait to come back and stay

We had a great stay at Valerie’s condo, it was a great space for our group of 6 and had everything we needed. Valerie was very responsive for any questions we had!

Andrew could not have been a better host. He was especially responsive even when were checking in late. It was truly a great experience

The place was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was very clean, it was very close to a lot of our favorite spots, and the deck was very nice. Will most likely try to come back in the summer!

This was our 2nd year staying here. It was another fantastic stay. It's so nice being so close to the beach to see the sunrise every morning and then also go out at night under the stars. Katie is so nice and accommodating. We can't wait to stay again next year.

Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful views, and the feeling that you are in your own home. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable with ample space to relax inside and out. There are enough beach supplies for everyone and the kayaks were a bonus. It was one of those stays that you wanted to extend and not leave. We would definitely love to go back.

We ran into an issue when we first booked, and Elizabeth went out of her way to make sure it was taken care of. Then, we were delayed in getting there because of Hurricane Helene and she again made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

Our group of 8 really enjoyed staying here! The house was very clean and updated. Plenty of rooms and beds. Great bathrooms! Loved the view of the ocean and the close distance to several good restaurants and night-life scenes. Host was very responsive and clear about check-in and check-out instructions. Check-out protocol was very low maintenance, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we’ve stayed there so that should tell you something. There are plenty of bedrooms and beds. A wonderful size porch, where the family can gather. The location is the best.

Thanks to the amazing Hosts Sarah & Michael for making our stay a pleasant one. We had a great stay. The location couldn't be better, just a few minutes walk to the beach. The property was cozy, well-stocked, and had the perfect layout for spending time with family and friends. We also enjoyed the sunrise each morning and loved the convenience of restaurants shops and attractions. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone! Will stay here again! Wanda

We had a lovely time at Travis's house! It provided plenty of space and was steps from the beach. It had a well-stocked kitchen, pantry and game chest and we loved hanging out in the bright upstairs common area. Highly recommend!

Literally right on the beach. Location cannot be beat. Having private beach access rather than competing for public space made the cost worth it for us. Photos are accurate and host is very responsive to communication.
