El alojamiento estuvo excelente, muy bien equipado, con estancias muy amplias y confortables, decorado con gusto. No faltó de nada, contaba con todos los utensilios básicos de cocina, TV con canales de muchos sitios y en variedad de idiomas, tenía juegos y lo necesario para hacer nuestra estancia muy agradable. El anfitrión nos recibió con detalles como vino y otras exquisiteces de la zona, muy amable y atento. Sin duda, repetiremos y lo recomendamos ampliamente.

We had a great time at Victoria's place. the views are beatiful, the house is very spacious for a big family/group and was very clean. the pool area is also very nice as well as the cinema area. is very well equiped -kitchen utensiles, bbq, linen, etc. the only improvement point, in our opinion, are the size of the double beds, which are a bit small for a couple :) thank you for the good time!

After a week of hotel stays it was so nice to decompress in a home and do laundry! It was just the 2 of us and the space was much more than enough. A bigger party would be very comfortable. Appreciated the welcome email which included instructions on how to use all the appliances. Request- add in a true American coffee maker. The fact that the home is completely updated added to our comfort level. There are great spaces to relax and we enjoyed what the home offered and loved the showers. This location in Central Portugal is in a sleepy hood. There is a corner market but it doesn’t offer much. Arriving late, we were able to get a few essentials for our first morning such as milk & bananas. The 2 towns we decided to day trip to were Coimbra & Aveiro. Both are approximately 1 hour away. While it was a bit farther than I hoped, it was a nice chance to see the countryside & the A17 is so easy to drive. We were quite impressed with the freeways. Would consider a return with more guests!

Só temos coisas boas a dizer tanto da propriedade como das pessoas que nos receberam. O João sempre muito atencioso a todos os detalhes, deixou-nos fazer early check-in e late check-out, extremamente atencioso connosco! Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo senhor António, uma ternura de pessoa que não só nos deixou extremamente á vontade como nos ofereceu um cesto de boas vindas com fruta e coisas da horta, realço também a atenção que deu aos nossos cães visto estarmos na altura da largarta do pinheiro! A dona Joaquina também é um doce de senhora, muito simpática e amorosa tanto connosco como também com os nossos cães! Relativamente á propriedade superou as nossas expectativas! Definitivamente um sítio a regressar! Um muito obrigado ao João por partilhar com todos nós este pedaço de paraíso!

Beautiful house by the beach! We loved the peace and the view. The house is very comfortable and has a lot of charm (and a lovely little library). The kitchen especially is well-stocked. Since you’re surrounded by nature there are many spiders, snakes and lizards (mostly outside, thankfully). We visited in November and the temperature in the house really dropped at night (from 20C to 15C). The only option to heat is a small and somewhat noisy space heater, so if you visit in winter be prepared with warm clothes. That was the only thing we found difficult during an otherwise extremely pleasant stay. Pedro was a very friendly and engaged host!

This was a really cute and nice place. It was as showed in the pictures, even a pooltable! The house is clean with a cozy fire place we used a lot because it was winter. The garden very beautiful and big. Though the outside area and pool is shared with another place on the same property, which was no problem for us but might should be taken into account. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for some peaceful time in nature.

A casa corresponde exatamente às fotos. A piscina estava realmente aquecida, o que é sempre uma surpresa positiva (muitas vezes o anúncio promete piscina aquecida mas depois não se concretiza). A casa estava muito bem preparada para receber oito hóspedes, a nível de zonas de convívio, louça e toalhas. Mas seria útil ter uma casa de banho com chuveiro extra. A comunicação com o host foi muito fácil. Pudemos ter um late check out a um preço bastance acessível. A zona de São Martinho do Porto é lindíssima, e muito perto da casa tínhamos vistas fantásticas para a baía.
