Assise : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

Appartamento grande con camere e bagno molto spaziosi. La vista dalle camere è bellissima. L’appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato e in 5 minuti si riesce ad essere in centro. Tutto perfetto! Lo riconsidererò nel prossimo viaggio a Perugia!

Eda is a terrific hostess. The house ( she lives on the bottom floor and the floor above is for the guests) is very cool. As you can see from the photos the decoration is eccentric. Don’t be afraid, it all works and gives a very comfortable and welcoming environment. The garden directly outside the front door is magnificent and just the right size to make a perfect oasis. If there is something you require that is not there eda will make it appear. Just ask. The garden at the lower level is outside Eda’s living quarters. It is less private but she is happy to have guests use it as well. Location is just right for visiting the area.

Assisi is, in my opinion, the most beautiful place on earth - and this Airbnb is certainly the absolute best to experience that beauty! This was my third time visiting Assisi, for 19 whole days in this ocassion, and this Airbnb and its strategic location made it so that those 19 days were nothing short of perfect. It is on the topmost section of the city, a couple of blocks from the parking lot and bus stops of Piazza Matteotti (so worry not about long walks with your luggage from and to the train station), and within short and easy distance from all the important landmarks in the city - including Rocca Maggiore which I visited every morning to take in the view. If your going alone or as a couple, stop right here and rent this Airbnb NOW!! Perfect size and perfect furnishing, I never had a single issue with none of the appliances. Finally I of course have to give a huge huge thanks to Deborah and Pasquale for their great kindness and generosity and attention.

ANTONELLA è una veterana dell Accoglienza. Ha una casa stupenda, stile Airbnb 100% !! Purtroppo siamo arrivati con la febbre e siano dovuti ripartire ma nonostante tutto ci ha accolti in casa per farci riposare. Una casa stupenda ! Grande interamente ristrutturata ! Pulitissima e sopratutto accogliente! Antonella Persona vera amichevole e disponibilissima! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!!

Andrea’s home in Gualdo Cattaneo is very well located to do day trips to the many sightseeing places in Umbria and even Tuscany. The house, separated by a fence, is located in the family farm. You can hear the donkey, goats and chickens 😀. It has a balcony on the back of the house with a beautiful view of the olive fields and vineyards surrounding the property. We were very lucky to be there when the family was harvesting the grapes to make their wine and Andrea shared some of the grape juice with us! We stayed 6 nights and didn’t run out of things to do. Supermarkets are a short drive away. We cooked breakfast and dinner at his home, after a long day of sightseeing. It’s a large home that can accommodate a family.

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

La casa di Silvia è stata la nostra base per una settimana, scelta azzeccata perché la posizione si è rivelata strategica e ci ha permesso di raggiungere moltissime località in poco tempo. Silvia e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e discreti e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli. L’appartamento è disposto bene ed è ben curato, la cucina ha tutto quel che serve per poter cucinare, il bagno è una piccola chicca arredata con gusto e la camera è spaziosa e fresca. Infine la casa ha a disposizione un giardino privato con una vista meravigliosa che ci ha dato modo di godere delle belle giornate. Torneremo in Umbria e torneremo da Silvia! Grazie di tutto!

We had a very pleasant experience at this accommodation. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable. Since our flight arrived late and we took the last bus, the owner was extremely kind and picked us up from the bus station. Upon departure, he personally took us to the train station, which was very convenient for us. We needed an iron, and the owner brought us not only the iron but also an ironing board. He was always willing to help us with anything, even though we didn't speak the same language. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend this accommodation!

Nice clean place really close to Perugia historic center. Very quit street no cars allowed. I had problem with the old wifi system but Francesca understood the problem and the necessary replacement of the wifi hardware. Clean place with everything to cook. It is a small place very convenient for a couple and a kid in my opinion. Will I book again ? Sure. Food stores are very close and of good quality. Thanks Francesca

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

This apartment is lovely, exactly as listed and Mauro is a great host. It's an easy walk to the excellent Minimetro, and I bought an UmbriaGo pass so I traveled all over Umbria with just that one ticket, it's amazing. Do note that there are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment, there's no bathroom on the ground floor, and the path through one bedroom to the narrow stairs to the loft is tight. Carefully consider your mobility needs before you book, and for that matter Perugia itself is multi-leveled so consider that too as you plan. It's all worth it though!

La nostra permanenza è stata ottimale, ci siamo sentite a casa in un ambiente accogliente e curato, che dimostra un'attenzione ai bisogni degli ospiti in tanti piccoli particolari. Ideale la posizione per raggiungere il centro e per muoverci verso le mete prescelte. Molto gradita la possibilità di fruire di uno spazio di parcheggio che ci ha risparmiato la fatica di dover trovare posto in città. Nell'accoglierci Silvia è stata disponibile, aperta e flessibile alle nostre esigenze, esauriente e pratica nell'introdurci nell'alloggio e nell'orientarci rispetto alla zona. Per noi è stata una bella esperienza che rifaremmo volentieri. Grazie Silvia!

Stefania è una host meravigliosa. Ci ha coccolato con dolci ottimi e una calorosa accoglienza, facendoci sentire a casa. Il soggiorno in questo splendido B&By immerso nelle campagne umbrie è stato decisamente rigenerante.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the countryside for peace and quiet to stay with Marco and Karen

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s palazzo, beautiful host and beautiful historical house. We had assistance from Valentina’s husband to park our car in the front of the house and with the luggage. Very hospitable hosts, it was a pleasure talking with them, and Valentina prepared a beautiful breakfast table and shared many stories with us. It felt like being with family. Tobi the dog was adorable. We highly recommend their B&B. Thank you for your hospitality.

What should I say...? It's an amazing place to stay, a little gem 💎 ✨️ in a beautiful surrounding of Mother Nature. The host Maja exeeded all our expectations. So caring, attentive and positive person to have around. And an amazing cook! We had dinner both evenings and it was so worth it. Thank you both, Maja and Patrick, once again for making us feel like at home 🏡
