Assise : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Andrea and Flavio were excellent hosts. The location is perfectly situated just outside the city gates. The parking on premises was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. The tub was perfect to give our little one a bath and the children’s park just a five-minute walk away was perfect to keep everyone happy as we would come and go in the city. I highly recommend this BNB to everyone, especially families.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno nella casa di Gabriele insieme alla mia famiglia (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è completo di tutto e molto pulito. Saragano è un posto magico immerso nelle colline dell'Umbria e centrale rispetto alle principali mete. Data la posizione, è indispensabile l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist einfach perfekt. Gaspare, Raquel und Cristoforo waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!!

This was the best holiday. The best house, town, food, wine, pool, views, everything, and that's not even including how amazing Ramona's parents were. Genuinely we had the best week, and will 100% be returning soon. Thanks!

Our stay was great overall—the space was clean and well-maintained, and the host was welcoming and helpful. However, we did find the heating a bit insufficient, which made the nights a little chilly. Despite that, we still had an enjoyable experience

This was my favorite part of my trip to Italy. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The beauty of this estate villa was amazing! The hosts felt like old friends right away. I feel so lucky to have the memories of my time here. I know exactly why other guests return year after year!!

L'alloggio di Francesco è comodo, spazioso e pulito. La posizione è ottima, si è in centro città ad un passo da tutti i monumenti, le stanze sono pulite, ben organizzate e attrezzate con tutto il necessario. Francesco è stato un host meraviglioso, sempre super tempestivo a rispondere e disponibile ad aiutarci. Speriamo di avere altre occasioni di alloggiare presso la sua meravigliosa dependance Minerva!

Quello di Cristiana non è un semplice alloggio, è un gioiello. Incastonato nella zona del Bosco Sacro, permette di interiorizzare la pace del luogo. Saranno il sole rosso del tramonto che si infila tra i rami, le giunchiglie spontanee o i rumori della natura attorno, è impossibile non portarsi questo posto nel cuore. Cristiana è semplicemente deliziosa, disponibile e accogliente, cercando di esaudire ogni curiosità o richiesta degli ospiti. Lo chalet è magico sul serio: un ambiente intimo, romantico e caldo. Un posto assolutamente da visitare o, meglio ancora, un posto in cui perdersi lasciando alle spalle tutto il resto!

We had a wonderful stay with Franca and Flavia. They were very kind and helpful, always available for questions, they gave tips to eat and made reservations for us. The appartement was very clean and cosy, it was fully equipped. The wifi was very good, wich was handy with 2 teenagers. The surroundings were green and quiet, you had a lot of space to sit in the garden, there was enough privacy for everyone. The pool was clean, well maintained and there were enough seats for everyone. Our dog Kai also loved it here, he was warmly welcomed by Franca and Flavia. They even walked him on the day we went to Rome ❤️ he had lots of space to roam. On wednesday you can order home made Bread wich is a real treat, very tasty and fresh. We felt really at home at il corniolo and we will visit again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marzia's place. The house was cosy and the area was breathtaking. Marzia is very friendly and communicates smoothly. She also likes to give extra information about the things you can do in the nearby villages. Thanks for the lovely stay. The Belgium girls

Sonia è stata davvero gentilissima e super dolce, inoltre mi ha dato molti consigli sulla zona. L’appartamento era perfetto, pulito e ordinato e tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione. C’era tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, anche le cose più banali, sembrava di essere a casa. La posizione è ottima in quanto si trova a pochi passi dal centro e a 10 minuti dalla stazione. Consigliatissimo!

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

La casa di Silvia è stata la nostra base per una settimana, scelta azzeccata perché la posizione si è rivelata strategica e ci ha permesso di raggiungere moltissime località in poco tempo. Silvia e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e discreti e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli. L’appartamento è disposto bene ed è ben curato, la cucina ha tutto quel che serve per poter cucinare, il bagno è una piccola chicca arredata con gusto e la camera è spaziosa e fresca. Infine la casa ha a disposizione un giardino privato con una vista meravigliosa che ci ha dato modo di godere delle belle giornate. Torneremo in Umbria e torneremo da Silvia! Grazie di tutto!

Well - I dont know where to start Basics - place is amazing. House, area, facilities, everything inside - by far the best airbnb we have been to and we will come back with friends again! You can't go wrong with this place and rating of 5 does not make justice- it should be 10 Now - this is all is nothing compared to how amazing hosts are - - i have never seen such hospitality and care before. We had a very difficult personal situation with my mom ending in the hospital and my wife getting very sick. Lavinia, Lorenzo and family were SOOOO helpful - they helped with EVERYTHING - there are real angels who helped us get through this very difficult time. I thank them all and pls come and stay here - region is great, place is second to none and hosts are just nicest people you will meet!

Una casa molto bella, confortevole e ben curata. La zona è molto bella e tranquilla, punto di partenza ideale per tante destinazioni dell'Umbria. Consigliatissima.

Wer bei Reilly einen Ort zum Entspannen sucht, hat ihn auf jeden Fall gefunden. Man hat einen fantatischen Blick über das Tal und Ruhe wenn man sie sucht. Ein Haus mit allem Komfort den man benötigt um unbeschwerte Tage zu verbringen. Gut Essen kann man definitv in Montefalco und guten Wein und ausgezeichnetes Olivenöl findet man ebenso. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden ind sorglos glücklich

Maison très agréable à vivre, extrêmement calme, avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimène. Elle est située de manière excellente, puisque en 30 à 60 minutes de voiture on est aussi bien à Pérouse, Assise, Arezzo, Sienne et tant de belles autres villes. Et, pour qui préférera se promener à pied ou en vélo, le tour du lac fait presque 60 km ! Last but not least, Sergio est très sympathique, plein d'attentions mais tout à la fois très discret, et en homme de culture il vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous souhaiteriez. Pour une location au coeur de l'Ombrie et du sud toscan, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Annette et Michel

Abbiamo avuto modo di soggiornare solo pochi giorni e non potrei essere più soddisfatto della mia esperienza. Fin dall'arrivo, l'accoglienza è stata calorosa e genuina, facendoci sentire come a casa. La struttura è molto curata, con camere spaziose, pulite e dotate di il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. Sono stati veramente rilassanti. Un ringraziamento speciale va ai proprietari, che sono stati sempre attenti e disponibili. La loro gentilezza e ospitalità hanno davvero fatto la differenza. Grazie

È una base perfetta per visitare le meravigliose Assisi, Perugia e i tanti splendidi borghi dell’Umbria, tutti facilmente raggiungibili. Il nostro arrivo a Gaifana è stato come un affettuoso abbraccio di un'amica che non vedeva l'ora di vederti Ad accoglierci la mamma di Antonella,dolcissima e premurosa solo come una nonna sa fare...coccolati,come nipotini,ci ha rinfrescati e offerto un caffè dopo un lungo viaggio notturno coi nostri bimbi..Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa Nonostante qualche piccolo intoppo della piscina,presto risolto da Antonella e il suo compagno,ci siamo fermati la settimana dopo ferragosto La casa è funzionale ed è molto fresca grazie alla muratura molto spessa.Unico neo il bagno,purtroppo per ottimizzare lo spazio è stato ridotto,wc e lavello in un piccolo vano e doccia in un altro, un pò ricorda i bagni francesi senza bidè Ma tutto passa in secondo piano quando arrivi a casa di Antonella,dopo una giornata trascorsa tra borghi ed eccellenze sotto il sole e spegni la calura tuffandoti in totale privacy nella sua piscina Se vuoi rigenerare spirito e corpo questo è il posto perfetto.
