To był już drugi nasz pobyt w apartamencie Zinash. Tak jak w roku ubiegłym wszystko było super, może z wyjątkiem pogody uniemożliwiającej skorzystanie z basenu, ale to nie zależy od gospodarza :). Apartament bardzo czysty, przestronny i wygodny. Stanowi świetną bazę do zwiedzania Umbrii oraz Toskanii - Siena,Pienza,Montepulciano, Orvieto w odległości 1 godziny jazdy samochodem. Gospodarze bardzo przyjaźni, otwarci i komunikatywni. Zawsze odpowiadają na pytania i są bardzo pomocni. Bardzo polecamy apartament Zinash i zechcemy tam na pewno wrócić.

My family and I stayed at Giovanni’s house for 2 weeks and loved every day. The pictures posted don’t do it justice. The location is beautiful and with a view worth getting up early for. The house is as described and has everything you are likely to need. The air con is a welcome relief when the temperatures are hitting the high 30’s. The solar panels they have fitted make you feel a bit better about having used it. The pool is the best place to be after a hot day seeing the Umbrian countryside. It is 1.4m deep but has steps and a small shallow area for younger kids. The house is well placed for all of Umbria’s highlights within an hour’s drive. There is a large supermarket within 10 mins drive as is Todi if you want an evening out. Lastly Giovanni and Letizia the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Pro active before we arrived, helpful for details with the house and also provided some nice local food and drinks on arrival.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Villa. Sie war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche werden 1 x wöchentlich gewechselt. Das Poolwasser wurde fast täglich gemessen und gereinigt. Die Vegetation um das Haus herum ist üppig, so dass niemand von außen reinblicken kann. Aber Achtung: wo viel Grün ist, sind auch viele Mücken. Alle Fenster haben Fliegenschutz und sind vergittert, so fühlt man sich sicher, wenn man für mehrere Std. Unterwegs ist. Das Tor von der Einfahrt, die im übrigen ziemlich steil ist, lässt sich elektronisch öffnen und schließen. In der Küche befindet sich alles was man fürs Kochen braucht. Der Grill steht auf der Terrasse. Auch in der Küche hat man die Möglichkeit auf heißer Platte zu grillen. Alle Schlafzimmer, haben Klima, bis auf 1 von 2 Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss. Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Föns und eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Ein Traumhaus & ein Traumurlaub! Muchísimas gracias Silvia. 😊

Gianluca and Valentino are princes! They were flexible and helpful given our late arrival and the house was wonderful. This is a great location to explore Umbria from!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met twee gezinnen samen. Een heerlijk ruim huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaar is heel aardig, vriendelijk en goed te bereiken. Klein detail foto 22 en 23 zijn volgens mij niet van dit huis.

Siamo appena tornati da un weekend incredibile trascorso nel casale “Tenuta Sospesa” e ci teniamo a condividere la nostra esperienza eccezionale. Il nostro gruppo di 21 persone ha trascorso due notti in questo angolo di paradiso. La struttura tenuta con estrema accuratezza offre tutti i comfort per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Il casale è immerso in un paesaggio naturale di grande bellezza! La posizione del casale è strategica con fermate dell’autobus raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi che ci hanno permesso di raggiungere il casale con i mezzi pubblici da Roma. Era disponibile un campo da pallavolo, due cucine, il barbecue, campo da ping pong, biliardino e molti altri servizi, tutti come in foto! La casa era provvista di elementi essenziali come: sale, spezie, e altro. La signora Manoelle è stata alquanto gentile e disponibile seguendoci in ogni richiesta, un grazie a lei e a tutto il personale del casale per la vostra ospitalità e per aver reso il soggiorno così speciale!

The villa is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, all the bedrooms and common spaces are air conditioned which was extremely helpful since it was extremely hot during our stay. The surrounding territory seemed bigger in the photos than in reality but we didn’t mind because the outside area had everything we needed and the swimming pool was very close to the house which is very convenient if you have kids that need to be looked after when in the water. The downside was that the house was a bit dusty when we arrived but the host responded quickly and offered an extra cleaning on the next day. The kitchen utensils were a bit on the shabby side (frying pans very noticeably used and the knives blunt). However, our host Silvia was very friendly and responsive and helped us book a restaurant for a big dinner and responded quickly to all our questions and issues. So overall we had a great experience.

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans cette villa dans laquelle nous avions le logement attenant à la piscine qui nous permettait de loger à cinq (4 adultes et 1 enfant). Le jardin et la piscine sont exceptionnels et offre une vue magnifique sur toute la région d’Assise, avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. L'extérieur est clairement le point fort de cette villa et un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et se reposer. Les hôtes Daniela et Marco, qui étaient dans l'autre partie de la maison pendant notre séjour, ont été formidables. Ils nous ont donné les bonnes adresses du coin et ont eu la gentillesse de nous donner un sur-matelas pour épaissir le matelas du canapé/lit du salon qui était sens cela assez inconfortable pour 2 adultes. Ils ont aussi eu la gentillesse de nous inviter à leur déjeuner de famille du 15 août ce qui était un moment très chaleureux ! Nous recommandons cette villa qui est à la fois isolée au calme mais proche de tous les commerces et à 10mns d'Assise.

An incredible estate that felt like you’re staying at a rustic Italian mansion. The grounds outside were stunning and massive and well groomed. The house is also quite massive with loads of privacy for the guests from each other. We were a group of 11 and it never for a moment felt crowded. The host was extremely patient and kind. If it’s available take it. We will be back!

Our stay was amazing! The house is beyond beautiful and the view is beautiful. The house was great for a group of 9 people. (We didn’t realize there were no bed linens and towels included, so take that with you.) Communication was great! We will defiantly come back!

Well - I dont know where to start Basics - place is amazing. House, area, facilities, everything inside - by far the best airbnb we have been to and we will come back with friends again! You can't go wrong with this place and rating of 5 does not make justice- it should be 10 Now - this is all is nothing compared to how amazing hosts are - - i have never seen such hospitality and care before. We had a very difficult personal situation with my mom ending in the hospital and my wife getting very sick. Lavinia, Lorenzo and family were SOOOO helpful - they helped with EVERYTHING - there are real angels who helped us get through this very difficult time. I thank them all and pls come and stay here - region is great, place is second to none and hosts are just nicest people you will meet!

We rented Eralda's property for a family reunion, traveling from both Australia and the UK. The property ticked all of our boxes, with great communal areas with lots of space for different age groups. Will rent again !!

Bevagna is a perfect location for exploring all of Umbria. Villa Trabalza owner Luca is a gem. He is very responsive, has great suggestions for squeezing the most out of the region. He works well with Leonardo making our holiday wonderful. The home is very comfortable with plenty of space and nicely appointed. The kitchen is well equipped allowing for us leisurely breakfast, preparing delicious evening meals and an in home cooking class. The setting is magic among the olive trees and grape vines. The views of Assisi, Bevagna and Spello shimmering is the distance is sublime. Sitting on the porch staring into the distance and Mt Subasio is transcendent and will fill you with gratitude for how many wonderful things this world can provide. We invited various family members for their first visits to Umbria and they were overwhelmed with the beauty, history, kindness, food, wines and goods they discovered. Villa Trabalza is a rare gem.

This stunning villa is located on the hills outside of the town of Campello Sul Clitunno with spectacular sunset views of Spoleto, wider Umbria and hills. There are some tight and steep turns getting up to the villa so bring a good car and driver. The house is fully equipped with two kitchens, two living rooms, two terraces and five bathrooms, offering perfect privacy for larger groups. The welcome was warm and check-in and check-out smooth and easy. There are incredible pasta shops and restaurants nearby and a plethora of beautiful Umbrian towns within a 30-60 minute drive. Overall an unforgettable Italian holiday.

Isabella and Alessandro were extremely accommodating, and always on hand when we needed help. We would definitely stay here again. We were a group of 13 with 3 small babies. The Villa was spacious and beautiful. There are 4 double bedrooms with en-suites in the main house, and 3 separate apartments with their own kitchenettes. There were no baths, so our friends with babies had to get creative in sinks or paddling pools. We arrived in Italy in the middle of a heatwave so spent most of our time cooling off by the pool, which was kept in good order by Alessandro every morning. There were comfy sun loungers and a large shaded table for lunches. Each guest gets a bath towel but no beach towel for the poolside, so don’t forget to pack one. They were able to provide two fans. A couple of guests bought more fans because it was so hot but it was possible to keep the rooms cool if you opened the windows to allow airflow but kept the shutters closed. However, some guests did find the mosquitos problematic. Accessibility: The Villa sits on top of a steep hill, so if you’re taking a car, make sure it’s got a good sized engine to take you and your passengers up it. Supermarkets are a 10-15 minute drive away. Kitchen We were able to cater for everyone using the kitchen in the main house, which has an oven and gas stove top. We also made use of the fire grill in the out house, but it’s worth checking with Alessandro how to use it. We had to buy staple ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper. Admin We were asked to provide evidence of our ID documentation on arrival and pay tourism tax.

We had a wonderful stay at Ai Quattro Ricci! We were looking for a relaxing and spacious country villa with a great view and that is what we found. The view of lake Trasimeno on a sunny day is magnificent with ample chairs to aborb the view. The historic home is set amongst olive and fruit trees with lots of herbs and flowers outside the front doors. The kitchen is well-stocked with quality cookware where we spent a good amount of time cooking and talking. We enjoyed the pool, the outdoor eating space, swings and pingpong table right outside of the kitchen. Downtstairs it was fun to have the pool table available. There are several local restaurants to choose from which we enjoyed as well as side trips to Perugia, Castiglione del Lago, Cortona, Montepulciano and other small towns. Wine tasting at Cantina Berioli nearby was a highlight. Francesco is a welcoming and attentive host who answered questions promptly during our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans la maison de Luisa qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Luisa a été plus que réactive quand nous lui avons demandé des choses. La piscine est sensationnelle et le calme des alentours top pour se reposer. Le Wi-Fi est un peu faible mais rien de grave car l'important est d'apprécier les équipements de la maison.

Siamo stati 5 notti solo purtroppo, avremmo voluto fermarci molto di più.. la residenza è molto bella ed in un posto incantevole, ampi spazi ed una grande piscina molto curata! Franco è gentilissimo, molto disponibile anche se molto discreto , rispettoso della nostra privacy! Ci siamo sentiti proprio come a casa, liberi di godere appieno della vacanza!!

Ho soggiornato per tre giorni nel periodo di capodanno con amici e amiche in questo casolare stupendo in mezzo ad un paesaggio fantastico . Luogo isolato e tranquillo. Spazi molto ampi e comodi per ospitare tante persone. Ambiente molto pulito e accogliente, offriva tutto quello che serve. L’host molto disponibile , anche nei giorni prima del nostro arrivo a rispondere a tutte le nostre esigenze.

Soggiorno perfetto, casa molto bella e ben tenuta e host molto simpatica e disponibile. Piscina e spazi all'aperto fantastici.

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica presso il loft di Enrico ed Alessandra. Host eccezionali: cordiali, gentili, proattivi e sempre disponibili. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole con la loro accoglienza amichevole. La villa è situata in una posizione perfetta nella campagna umbra, tra Assisi, Perugia e altri meravigliosi borghi, come Spello. La tranquillità del luogo è impareggiabile e la possibilità di osservare le stelle la notte, distesi sul prato, è un'esperienza magica. È anche un luogo ideale per ammirare le stelle cadenti nel periodo di agosto, e la vista su Assisi di notte è davvero speciale, aggiungendo un tocco unico al soggiorno. Un'altra grande caratteristica della villa è la piscina, perfetta per rinfrescarsi nelle giornate calde. Enrico si è preso cura della piscina, pulendola ogni giorno, il che ha reso il tutto ancora più piacevole e rilassante.

Wonderful country villa! We had an amazing time at the house. We were a big family of fourteen people and the house worked perfectly for us. Almost each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Amenities are a bit dated but all were in good working order. No doubt that the highlight of the villa is the pool - large, deep, with shade, its own small kitchen and bathroom.
