Assise : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Apartment was perfect for us, two adults and one teenager. It was perfect location as it felt quiet but was minutes walk from restaurants and sites. Inside was clean and very comfortable. Outside is a lovely terrace with amazing views, if only the weather had been better. We’ll miss the company of the friendliest cats that come to visit the terrace. The kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated, a chance to have a coffee before we were able to get to the supermarket and had everything we needed to cook a meal. We all felt at home and would definitely return if we get back to Assisi.

Giulia war eine super Gastgeberin for meine Leute. Es gab auch einen schönen Weihnachtsbaum ! Die Wohnung war schön und gemütlich. Zentral gelegen . Wir kommen wieder

Feeruccio is a great host! The location of his apt was perfect, it was on the main square. Cafes and restaurants were right outside the door. The space was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had a great time at Giulana’s place. Perfect location in the very center of the city. Very comfortable place, very well equipped, lot of space for everyone. The host is very collaborative for any need. Everything in the house worked well: heating, hot water, chicken, bathroom. Very recommended! The only issue is the parking if you have a car. Since the apartment is in the center of the old city you have to walk down for the parking and in the morning the center is closed for non residents cars.

I have only one word to describe Jo's place FANTASTIC! Beautifully clean with all the amenities you could ask for to make our holiday perfect, this also continued outside where the gardens and pool area were immaculately presented. Jo's communication was responsive never having to wait long for a reply and it was also very informative and took any worries out of travelling, the onsite manager Oscar was also very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and places to visit in the local area and despite being held up in traffic due to a local festival Oscar waited for us to arrive and showed us all the features of the property. Hand on heart the property was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend this for for couples and families alike it really does offer a great retreat either for relaxing or as a holiday base to explore the region

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa era come da descrizione, pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo cambiato l’orario del check in e i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili.

Simone's apartment is a great place . Very central , easy to walk to old town , restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything you need and more. It's spotless clean and very well maintained. Simone is a wonderful host, very attentive, friendly and took care of us with a lot of generosity. We recommend him and his apartment. We'll be back

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Als wir in das schöne Zuhause von Andreas und Natchana angekommen sind waren wir begeistert von den Charme und der Einrichtung. Hier ist der perfekte Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch die Lage war perfekt, es sind zwei liebe Orte in der Nähe wenn man nicht weit fahren möchte. Aber auch schöne Ausflugsziele wie Florenz & Siena sind in ca. 1 - 1/2 Stunden erreichbar sowie viele andere liebe Orte. Können das Casa Sul Mezo sehr empfehlen. Haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

This was the best holiday. The best house, town, food, wine, pool, views, everything, and that's not even including how amazing Ramona's parents were. Genuinely we had the best week, and will 100% be returning soon. Thanks!

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Almost surreal how beautiful this space is, and the surrounding property is almost too beautiful to describe. Silvia is certainly a top tier host, and her attention to detail is second to none. We are already planning a return trip. If you want to get away from it all, and never have to leave a property ( except to grab more wine), this is the place. But if you want venture out, many top attractions are less than hour drive away. The Lake views alone are worth the trip.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

Daniele’s place was amazing and exactly as described. My family (2 adults & 7yr old) picked his location because we wanted to relax at the end of our 2 week trip in Italy. I can’t say enough good things about his place: beautiful & relaxing views (one living room wall is entirely glass facing a luscious green landscape), comfortable furniture, lots of outdoor garden sitting spaces to enjoy, all the basic necessities including a washing machine and dish washer with soap/detergent provided, very clean, comfortable linens, hosts/cohosts were responsive and lovely people who answered all our questions and offered recommendations. My daughter enjoyed exploring the gardens. The hosts set up a comfy cot for her in the study but we moved the mattress to the bedroom floor next to us. We made simple dinners and heated up food in the oven. One day we ordered pizza delivered to us. We had a car but don’t recommend driving inside Perugia. There’s a bus stop nearby that only charges 2 Euros.

Ida's place was fantastic -- spacious, clean, and comfortable, and easy walking distance to the parking lot where we parked our rental car and to the city center. Be sure to check out the restaurant recommendations she has listed in the apartment -- they were excellent!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Una piacevole sorpresa! Con mio marito veniamo spesso qui ad Assisi e per la prima volta abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Stefania. La casa è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio ed è fornita di tutto l’occorrente necessario! la pulizia è impeccabile. La casa è situata in un posto strategico, infatti sotto casa ci sono bar, ristoranti e negozi, ma la cosa più importante è che a 100 metri si trova la basilica di santa Maria degli Angeli. Stefania e suo marito sono persone cordiali e disponibili, e sopratutto vengono incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. Sicuramente per le prossime volte, diventerà il nostro punto di riferimento!

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

Sono certo che questo è il miglior appartamento in cui siamo stati tramite Airbnb. Marco + Michele sono padroni di casa fantastici. Consiglio vivamente per chi ha un'auto e vuole un'esperienza confortevole e lussuosa a un ottimo prezzo. Anche a breve distanza in auto dalla mini metropolitana Pian di Massiano con parcheggio gratuito in modo che il centro storico sia di facile accesso.

Hele fijne tijd in Perugia gehad. Het appartement is ruimer dan de fotos lijkt. Mooie en rustige locatie met in loopafstand van het historisch centrum. Het enige wat wel een dingetje is is het parkeren. Je moet op een hele stijle helling een krappe draai maken dat best lastig is voor een lange auto. Gelukkig zikn er wel alternatieve parkeerplekken in de buurt.

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.

Great location and great hosts! Would definitely go back.

Ottimo appartamento, ben tenuto e curato, e il contesto é molto bello, circondati dal verde! Ottima anche la posizione per spostarsi in macchina facilmente tra le varie località della zona! Daniele é stato un host molto gentile e preciso su qualsiasi indicazione! Lo raccomanderei volentieri.
