We had our family of 4 adults and 2 small children, 4 1/2 and 1yr old ,, I chose this house primarily because of the location and the pool to keep the kiddos entertained.. we have family that lives in Sumter Square, so it was close to go back-and-forth for our visits . !! Prior to our visit there were certain Things we needed for the toddlers. Specifically a crib for the one year-old. ROBERT was most accommodating in giving us a local connection that could actually deliver a full size portable crib . It was a very easy process.!! This house was particularly close to Spanish Springs shopping centers, with lots of food and grocery stores and any accommodations that you might need!! We are not yet Disney people so we chose to go to Legoland with our toddlers and to Swamp Fever Alligator adventure!! Both were more than entertaining for all of us. I would highly recommend this area and ROBERT as your host !!!

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

This is the best place we’ve rented, hands down! This home was not only as we had hoped, but it was even better. The beds were all comfortable, the interior is spacious and uplifting, and the pool is beautiful! I wish all hosts were as helpful and kind as Ken and Hope. We will definitely be renting again! Ken went above and beyond to help me when I was in a bind, he always responded very quickly, and he did way more than he needed to when we did reach out with questions (like helping us to work the tv & the grill). He is very genuine and has a wonderful personality. Thank you, Ken! We appreciate you! See you again next spring I’m sure!

Nice place. Cute location. It was hard keeping my kids quiet after a certain time but we made due.

We really loved the Hidden Oasis, and was very comfortable for our family including two young kids. They/we all enjoyed the pool and water toys. We spent hours in it daily. We cooked at home most days and there was plenty of different sized pots and pans. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs with us and we could tell they felt right at home. My husband enjoyed the multiple miles of biking in the area and we also appreciated the neighborhood for safe dog-walking. We also appreciated the proximity of the beach and boogie boarding. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

This was the 2nd time we stayed. Gary was extremely helpful and responsive to us…figuring out the guest passes and golf reservations, questions about the house, etc. He is a perfect host!

Heidy and her husband Michael were absolutely wonderful hosts while we were visiting Lake Mary. We loved the Sanford area and all the recommendations Heidy gave us. Their home is beautiful, clean, cozy and the backyard is an absolute dream. Our girls loved the pool. It is “cannon ball approved” by my 10 yo. My husband accidentally left the garage door open when we left for Universal for the day, but Michael was notified and kindly went and closed it and checked on the house for us. We loved having them close by. They were so sweet and helpful. We had the best time on our vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

Ronald’s place was homey and comfortable! There were lots of nice touches, including toiletries and coffee. The place is quiet and the beds are comfy.

An awesome home in one of the best parts of The Villages. The home layout makes easy to feel at home. Having a golf car for a quick ride to Lake Sumter for an evening of music and food makes your stay an awesome experience.

Ryan was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. His home was spotless and extremely well equipped. Our favorite room for relaxing was the lanai. It was well furnished and air conditioned which is unusual based on our past Air BnB rentals. The location is in close proximity to 3 pools,multiple golf courses and Sumter Landing square. Overall this was a great experience.

Fabulous host! Perfect for our trip. Easily accessible to so much in the area. Do not hesitate to rent if available.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jim's. It is a very nice house and well worth the money! Yoburt the cat is awesome company and a great host! Will go back again if we need a place to stay.

We stayed with our dogs for 3 nights and have no complaints. Its a nice area out in the country off the main road so its really quiet and peaceful. The property is well maintained, clean and bug free. The bathrooms are nice, roomy and shower has great pressure.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Camilles Haus sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet - von 2 gut ausgestatteten Badezimmern, über Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Gasgrill, Strandhandtüchern und Gesellschaftsspielen war alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet und die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Da wir sehr schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir viel Zeit auf der Terrasse und im Pool verbracht. Dieser ist relativ kalt, das ist von unserer Seite das einzige Manko.

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

Went on vacation in a group of six and this place was an absolute dream stay!! If you are thinking of booking here do it! Dawn was very kind and helpful during our stay. The house has all features pictured and so much more! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it felt just like a home away from home. The whole atmosphere of the house was amazing and has such beautiful surroundings. This has by far been one of my favorite places to stay in all my travels :) It is in a secluded area but not far from the nearest town. Plenty to do at the house itself with so much provided for you there! If you are looking to go into the bigger cities it’s in the perfect middle spot to check them all out.

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

We loved the house. We had space for each family to enjoy and a good space to all come together. The beach was nice just few minutes drive could walk but had some small kids. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would rebook again. Janice Florida

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless upon arrival, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and welcoming, making sure I had all the information I needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and restaurants. I really appreciated how well-maintained and cozy the space was. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and pleasant place to stay!
