Abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto 2024; la casa è posizionata vicino al centro della Chora, servizi disponibili vicino raggiungibili a piedi. La casa gode di ottima vista, spaziosa e dotata di ogni confort. Pulita e accogliente. L’host è stato estremamente cortese, disponibile dandoci molti suggerimenti su attività e servizi.

La casa di George è spettacolare e scenografica esattamente come nelle foto, con un'attenzione ai dettagli che rivela la passione per le forme d'arte del suo proprietario ed è anche una casa confortevole e funzionale con davvero tutto quello che può servire. Ma non è solo questo, è l'esperienza straordinaria di vivere in una tipica casa cicladica, dormire sul "tavlado" bordato da una bellissima cornice di legno intagliato, vedere il mare incorniciato da ogni finestrella, aprire la porta e ritrovarsi nei vicoli bianchi e azzurri dell'isola. È il privilegio del silenzio assoluto e di un cielo pieno di stelle ogni notte. E se il giardino inferiore è perfetto per cene conviviali e tranquille colazioni guardando il mare, è la terrazza sul tetto il luogo magico dove fermarsi ad ascoltare se stessi avvolti dalla bellezza del paesaggio di Astypalea. Un ringraziamento particolare a Vassiliki che è stata il nostro validissimo punto di riferimento e alle mitiche Vania e Marian. Buon inverno ❤

This was easily one of my top airbnbs I’ve ever stayed!! Άγγελος is so welcoming, and made us feel like local Astypaleans immediately. He gave us so many tips on what to do around town, held our bags at his place until our afternoon ferry arrived (he lives downstairs with his adorable puppy μέλι “Méli”), and even left us fruits and water upon arrival. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and you can easily fit 5 people (if you’re comfortable in an open concept). The airbnb is exactly as listed, but there are also fun little nick nacks and books, so it genuinely feels like you’re staying in your family friends flat. Upon arriving, I noticed there wasn’t a house number on the address - just click the “open in maps” via airbnb, it will give you the geographical coordinates. Immediately after stepping off our arrival ferry, Άγγελος was waiting for us at the nearby cafe terrace & warmly called my name, like we were reunited long lost friends!

Δίχως υπερβολή, ένα μέρος που δύσκολα αποχωρίζεσαι! Το σπιτάκι του Ηλία έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι ώστε οι διακοπές σου στην πανέμορφη Αστυπάλαια να σου μείνουν αξέχαστες. Παραδοσιακά έπιπλα-αντίκες, άνετα στρώματα και μία θέα στη θάλασσα που απλά δεν τη χορταίνεις σε κάνουν να θες να γυρίσεις ξανά με την πρώτη ευκαιρία! Όσο για τον Ηλία, είναι ένας οικοδεσπότης επικοινωνιακός και πάντα πρόθυμος να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Θα πρέπει ωστόσο να λάβει κάποιος υπόψη του, όπως έχει επισημανθεί και σε προηγούμενες κριτικές, ότι η πρόσβαση στα κρεβάτια του επάνω ορόφου γίνεται μέσω μιας στενής και αρκετά απότομης σκάλας, η οποία ενδέχεται να δυσκολέψει άτομα με προβλήματα κινητικότητας.

Anastasia è una host adorabile, estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile. Ha atteso il nostro arrivo fino a tarda ora e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze. La casa si trova in una posizione comoda, proprio sotto i mulini della Chora, vicino a negozi, ristoranti e locali, ma allo stesso tempo è silenziosa con un piacevole spazio all’esterno e una bella vista sul mare. La casetta è ben organizzata, gli arredi, i colori e gli oggetti originali presenti all’interno rendono l’ambiente accogliente e speciale. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima ad Astypalea, anche grazie ad Anastasia e alla sua proprietà. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto.

Τεράστιο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με 2 τουαλέτες το οποίο είναι πλήρες εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται μια 4μελής οικογένεια (όπως πλυντήριο ρούχων). Ίσως για περιπτώσεις καύσωνα να χρειάζεται ένα 2 Α/C στη 2 κρεβατοκάμαρα. Εμείς πάντως βολευτήκαμε με τον ανεμιστήρα γιατί οι θερμοκρασίες στο νησί ήταν κάτω των 30 C. Γενικά μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία σε ένα όμορφο νησί με φιλικούς ανθρώπους, ωραίες παραλίες και εξαιρετικό (αν και λίγο ακριβό) φαγητό.

I cannot recommend this accomodation more! I felt right at home and so looked after. Sophia was so warm and friendly and Giorgio was so helpful and responsive. The studio is clean and so comfortable with the best view! I never wanted to leave and I cannot wait to come back!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Η τοποθεσία του δωματίου είναι ακριβώς μέσα στη χώρα, έχει απίστευτη θέα και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι δύο δωμάτια και είναι αρκετά ευρύχωρο. Είμαι πιο ωραίο απ’ ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες! Η κυρια Αργυρω ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική!!!
