Rana's place was very nice to stay in Aswan . The host helped secure a ride to the place and we were warmly welcomed and offered hot beverages by sweet Fatima ! The apt is simple but clean and had what we needed. It was a very short stay, we just slept there over night. The beds were comfortable and the whole place peaceful. Great view from the terrace.

I spent two unforgettable nights on Elephantine Island in Aswan. The guesthouse had a perfect location, surrounded by the Nile River. Every morning, opening the door revealed peaceful river views and passing boats. It was much quieter than downtown Aswan, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the slow local life. The hosts, a lovely couple, were very welcoming and spoke excellent English. They gave great travel tips and food recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight was the husband sharing their romantic love story, adding a personal and heartwarming touch. Beautiful scenery, peaceful atmosphere, and wonderful hosts — it was a truly memorable stay.

Very good accommodation with view of Nile River

Un endroit hors du temps pour apprécier la douceur du Nil. une famille très dévouée qui organise les visites et prépare une excellente cuisine. Tout est facile il n’y a plus qu’a profiter!

We booked this Airbnb the night before due to unexpected circumstances and the communication was very much appreciated. The host provided us with pick up from the airport (highly recommended) for a small fee and as two females we never felt safer. Upon arrival at 1:30am the host was waiting for us, helped bring our luggage up the stairs and provided us with hibiscus tea and snacks! Lovely people, so friendly and welcoming!! We were exhausted and went to sleep, there was another room in the home but it was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves! The AC was strong and it was hot so we felt refreshed. They had two of the cutest little turtles living in the balcony of our room and they really made me so happy. It was the highlight of our stay. I wish we stayed longer! The host and his lovely wife made us feel right at home.
