Spend a couple days exploring The Izu Peninsula in late March/early April & decided to spend a night in Shimoda. Naomi’s was the perfect fit. Easy to find, more than enough space to sleep our party of four & a responsive host. Because we only spent the night we weren’t able to make use of all the amenities the property had to offer, but from what we could see, it was steps away from the beach with places to eat nearby & some nice outdoor amenities perfect for the warmer months. House was immaculate with some minor issues (fridge & tv) but the positives far outweighed them, especially since we were only looking for a place to warm up and rest. Naomi’s place totally fit the bill. We would definitely come back if we’re back in the area.

今回は、3家族（総勢11名＋犬1匹）でお世話になりました。 事前の詳細な情報で、チェックインもスムーズでした。部屋の広さも充分で、部屋からの眺めも最高でした。 部屋は清掃が行き届いていましたし、キッチン廻りも充実の設備で、大変快適に過ごすことができました。 また、機会がありましたら、ぜひ利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Tomomi's place is perfect for those who want to explore Usami. Tomomi is welcoming and make us feel like home. You can even borrow their bikes for free to explore around.

大人6人と子供4人と愛犬で宿泊しました。家族も大喜びでした。窓から見える景色がとても、美しく。買い物などもしやすかったです。海に入れる頃にまた利用させて頂きたいです。

Loved our quick stay here. House is clean & spotless while having all the things we needed to feel right at home. The place has character and is decorated well, doesn't feel like some heartless airbnb unit, feels like a home. Very much appreciated that! Das Ferienhaus ist im japanischen Stil eingerichtet und bietet alles, was es braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kinder auch. Es liegt etwa 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Auch ein Bus haltet an der Strasse und die Taxis sind auch günstig (ca. 700-900 Yen). Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Betten (und die Futons) sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer gut klimatisiert. Die Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten eingerichtet und die Badezimmer sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt schnell und gute Antworten. Wir empfehlen es allen und danken herzlich!

Just 3 minutes walk from Hakoneitabashi Station, making trip to Hakone-Gora area really convenient. I visited with my parents, so the 1st floor bedroom works really well as they don't need to climb the stairs everyday. And the 2nd floor bedroom can sleep 3, with a toilet as well. Definitely would recommended this place for party of five, or those with up to two persons have difficulty with stairs.

Staying at the Bleu Clair was absolutely wonderful, Noriko made she we were so well taken care of, even touring us around the seaside and helping us get in and out of the Shimoda center. The entire home is just wonderful, with the most incredible view, full amenities, warm in the winter, and just the most lovely place to stay. We walked every day to the beach and explored some of Noriko's recommendations, and really Shimoda and Noriko's home are both hidden gems! We can't recommend enough. Thank you Noriko for everything!

İt was one of my best stays. The house is so cosy and peaceful. The view is amazingly beautiful. I spent very lovely days and had a good retreat. The route to the house is quite steep, but it's worth the exercise and the scenery you get. There are nice routes surrounding. I will definitely come back again. I appreciate the host's warm and helpful guidance. Even the bath tablets were provided, so sweet 🥰🤗 Thank you for offering a 5 star service and this nice opportunity.

家族で小田原城と箱根観光の為に滞在させて頂きました。宿泊施設は分かりやすい場所にありました。駐車場の場所は隣接していないのですが近くにあり、分かりやすいように写真での説明を頂き大変助かりました。滞在しやすいように布団等の準備もしてくださり、疲れておりましたので、とても暖かく迎え入れてくださっているように感じました。とても過ごしやすく、家族で滞在した良い思い出の一つとなりました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

Had a really great stay. Super close to the beach and only a 15 min walk to the station. The place was as described, would highly recommend.

June姐姐的房子是我在所有的airbnb入住体验中, 最喜欢的! 有在日本住进了自己家的感觉. 虽然我们语言上沟通不太方便, 但是june姐姐的热情和好客, 让我们几个女孩子非常的安心和快乐. 周边景点也很多,距离地铁站也很近. 我们入住的第一天当晚, June还亲自步行带我们去吃了当地的日本烤肉! 并且向我们推荐了一家有100年历史的当地温泉! 绝对会推荐给朋友来住! 如果未来我还要来伊豆急下田, 一定要再来拜访june姐姐!

Thank you so much Naomi for sharing your home with us. Everything was clean and organized just like the photos. The location was quiet and secluded but close enough to combinis and great local restaurants. Naomi’s home is perfect for families and couples alike. The outdoor area is great for hosting and relaxing get togethers. There’s a lovely ocean view from the bedrooms and outdoor space. Highly recommended!

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es lag für uns günstig, da nahe am Onsen und nicht weit zum Meer. Bequeme, gemütliche Betten, stille Nächte, wir haben viel Schlaf nachholen können. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hübsches Geschirr, scharfe Messer, brauchbare Töpfe und Pfannen. Die Kommunikation mit dem sympathischen Vermieter war schnell und reibungslos. Eines der besten Airbnbs, in denen wir je waren.

Yuko's place was one of the best places we have stayed in Japan. First time having mattresses that won't make your back sore! The light blocking blinds were also a plus. The place was comfortable, clean and very cozy. We would love to stay again in the future.

Loved staying here with my family. The place is secluded and private and feels like you’re in a small village surrounded by greenery. But you walk ten minutes along the boardwalk and you’re at beautiful Ohama beach. The perfect beach long weekend. Can’t wait to come back.

2階からの景色が素晴らしかった。ウッドデッキとサウナもキレイでとても良かったです。メッセージ対応も早く、安心してチェックインすることができました。

駐車場はとても広く、車で5分ほどのところにイオンのスーパーがあり、交通の便がとても良かったです。キッチンには素敵な食器がたくさん用意されていて、料理をするのも楽しかったです。朝になると部屋から海が見え、窓辺には緑豊かな植物が並んでいて、とても癒されました。快適で心温まる滞在をありがとうございました。また機会があればぜひ利用したいです！

目的地から近く、キッチンや冷蔵庫などの設備が充実しているので大変ありがたかったです。 お風呂が大きくて使いやすかったです。また機会ありましたら利用させていただきます。
