Atami : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Spend a couple days exploring The Izu Peninsula in late March/early April & decided to spend a night in Shimoda. Naomi’s was the perfect fit. Easy to find, more than enough space to sleep our party of four & a responsive host. Because we only spent the night we weren’t able to make use of all the amenities the property had to offer, but from what we could see, it was steps away from the beach with places to eat nearby & some nice outdoor amenities perfect for the warmer months. House was immaculate with some minor issues (fridge & tv) but the positives far outweighed them, especially since we were only looking for a place to warm up and rest. Naomi’s place totally fit the bill. We would definitely come back if we’re back in the area.

今回は、3家族（総勢11名＋犬1匹）でお世話になりました。 事前の詳細な情報で、チェックインもスムーズでした。部屋の広さも充分で、部屋からの眺めも最高でした。 部屋は清掃が行き届いていましたし、キッチン廻りも充実の設備で、大変快適に過ごすことができました。 また、機会がありましたら、ぜひ利用させて頂きたいと思います。

大人6人と子供4人と愛犬で宿泊しました。家族も大喜びでした。窓から見える景色がとても、美しく。買い物などもしやすかったです。海に入れる頃にまた利用させて頂きたいです。

Very nice, reasonably priced place. Super clean, almost new feeling place. We all felt immediately at home and comfortable. Each room has comfortable beds and a small bathroom with shower/tub and toilet. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil we needed, convection oven/microwave, big fridge, toaster, kettle, etc. We couldn't take advantage of the nice outdoor area because of the poor weather, but there's a big grill and outdoor seating available. The pool table was our biggest source of entertainment while stuck inside. Highly recommended.

とても綺麗なお部屋でバストイレが複数あったのが非常に助かりました！また、ドン・キホーテがすぐ近くにありすぐに買い出しに行けたのが非常に良かった。

It was a great escape to nature and beach to unwind and relax. The host was so kind and helpful, we enjoyed the BBQ, Breakfast, YOGA, beach front! The onsen was interesting lets say with alot of spiders and bugs and crabs, one huge spider the size of my hand started walking towards us in the onsen so we left as kids were scared. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding beaches and the area. This beach is definitely the best beach in Shimoda and the cave was spectacular.

Abhi was an amazing host. He was waiting for our arrival and walked us through the property. His place has awesome character, like high quality speakers (audiophiles would enjoy this). During our stay, Abhi offered us fresh fruits from his garden. It was an extremely personable experience.

Alex was extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The house was beautiful and spotless. We enjoyed grilling and eating together with that gorgeous view. Other highlights were the pool and generous and attractive spaces for bathing and grooming. Great experience overall!

İt was one of my best stays. The house is so cosy and peaceful. The view is amazingly beautiful. I spent very lovely days and had a good retreat. The route to the house is quite steep, but it's worth the exercise and the scenery you get. There are nice routes surrounding. I will definitely come back again. I spent 3 nice and quiet days in peaceful Kozu town, making easy trips to Odawara and Hakone during my time. Daisuke was thoughtful and responsive throughout my stay. The house is traditional and the amenities are old, just like the pictures, but was good enough for my stay. The sound of the highway traffic and waves were noticeable and I actually appreciated the sounds in this otherwise very quiet neighbourhood. It was a nice quiet walk to the coin laundromat and the small mall nearby.

Tomomi's place is perfect for those who want to explore Usami. Tomomi is welcoming and make us feel like home. You can even borrow their bikes for free to explore around.

ビーチがすぐそこで、ダイニングに座っていても海が見えて、星が綺麗で、ロケーション、最高でした！3世代の家族旅行でしたが、また来たいです。 電子レンジがないので、小さいお子様などいらっしゃる場合は持ち物に工夫が必要だと思いました。

Had a really great stay. Super close to the beach and only a 15 min walk to the station. The place was as described, would highly recommend.

Das Ferienhaus ist im japanischen Stil eingerichtet und bietet alles, was es braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kinder auch. Es liegt etwa 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Auch ein Bus haltet an der Strasse und die Taxis sind auch günstig (ca. 700-900 Yen). Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Betten (und die Futons) sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer gut klimatisiert. Die Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten eingerichtet und die Badezimmer sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt schnell und gute Antworten. Wir empfehlen es allen und danken herzlich!

房东非常热心，非常健谈。我们两天的居住体验也很棒。遗憾的是看到周边有温泉的牌子 但没找到温泉。
