Very beautiful host Maria, she and her mother are kind and caring, they have helped my husband and I so much and we are so grateful. The house is very clean and comfortable, good location, very quiet and safe community, the community security is very polite. There are various business circles around the community, and it is very comfortable to live here. We lived almost 6 months and felt very happy. If given the chance to go back to Guayaquil, I hope to live here again, I will miss Maria and her mother.

Great Airbnb in safe neighborhood. Plenty of space for family or group of friends to stay. Pictures and description spot on. Host Gaby was very helpful. I would recommend this condo in Puerto Azul. Very safe!

The private pool was fabulous! Flat screen tvs and private baths for every room very convenient for a big family. Kitchen was well stocked. Also plenty of AC’s to keep you cool. Maritza was a joy to deal with.

Great value for location. Pool is nice feature and clean. Lots of space. Only issue is the security gate, which requires single-use QR codes for entrance. This proved to be a challenge when calling for an Uber. On the other hand, it’s a very secure and safe area.

Host is very helpful and recommended a driver for us.

This was a beautiful house to stay in for my time in Guayaquil. Everything was clean and comfortable and relaxing. The location is ideal as well if you're wanting to explore the city. And it's very safe as there's always a security guard nearby. Communication with Mariuxi was easy and clear. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Guayaquil.
