We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was very open and inviting, which made it feel extra relaxing. The bed was super comfortable—we slept so well each night. The hosts were kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made us feel very welcome. The neighborhood was nice as well, close to the hike and bike trail. We’d definitely stay here again!

I had booked a different AIRBNB for my stay but due to issues needed to find another place to stay. I had inquired about this house before my trip but choose another place due to the many steps here. Fortunately, Clinton's place was still available so he was able to get me in the next day. I was traveling with my dog so it is not easy to find an AIRBNB to accommodate a 40 lb dog. I will say my dog loved the back yard ! There is a upper back deck so she was able to be on the deck and look over the neighborhood. There are a lot of steps as this is a traditional bi-level house. The coffee bar was very much appreciated and very well stocked. There is a Ninja coffeemaker that will prepare drip coffee or you can use the Keurig. House was exactly as described and very clean. Neighborhood is peaceful and quite, while still being a very close drive to all kinds of shops and dining. Host was very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, nice warm and cozy feeling a of house. Rather spacious on the inside, along with fair pricing. It was like staying the night at a grandparents home with modern upgrades. 10/10 will be the first choice to seek out when we return

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Scott communicated well before and during our stay. We loved the location so close to Rice Village. We will look to stay here again in the future.

Great location, safe neighborhood, exactly as described. Secure back yard for our pups. It was fun to play the video games. We found an amazing restaurant (Quotes) nearby. It was perfect for our weekend in Houston.

Great little house we had for 6 weeks. Loved having use of garage it was a major plus for us and fenced back yard.

The home was exactly as described in the listing, which was a great reassurance. Kendra, the host, is amazing. She provided a list of local spots to visit, tailored to our preferences. A+. We truly enjoyed every moment and can't recommend this place enough for couples or families looking for a cozy retreat.

Marcos was a great host. He made sure we were comfortable during our stay. the house was very nicely updated. clean. and the pool and hot tub was a nice bonus!

Jeff was such a great host and communicated with me all the way up until check-in. My only negative would be I could probably use a good coat of paint but other than that the neighborhood was beautiful the home was beautiful the layout of the property was beautiful and it was perfect. my daughter was getting married and it was a perfect place for us to recoup at night

We had a wonderful stay in this home in Houston. Be was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome. There were a couple of times we needed to reach out to her and she was responsive and helpful. Overall, everything you need to know is on Airbnb. The home was as described and exceeded expectations we had from the listing. The kitchen is super well appointed - stocked with starter supplies needed for those who need coffee first thing in the morning. The bedrooms very comfortable. The bathrooms all renovated with modern fixtures. The place we loved the most was the outdoor area. Many doors out to the backyard, beautiful pool, several seating areas, all very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Within a few miles, were a lot of restaurants and retail outlets. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for this kind of home.

Jonathan was an amazing host even thought some stuff came up, he was 100% responsive and attentive, the house was absolutely beautiful, we will definitely book the place again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The pool was definitely the best part - we paid to have it heated which was well worth the money. The pool was clean but didn’t have the fun flamingo floatable anymore like the pics. The house is in a neighborhood and the backyard has neighbors on all sides but there is a fence. The home was comfortable and fit our family well. My kids enjoyed the upstairs loft with games and such. The house was lived in and aged, but was clean and maintained. The owner is very responsive to any questions or issues we had during our stay.

I had an amazing stay with friends for my Birthday. Adriana and her husband were friendly, thoughtful, and absolutely went out of their way to make sure our stay way memorable. I would absolutely stay at any property they have with airbb. The home itself was clean, beautiful, and in a great neighborhood. Perfect for a getaway with friends and family.

The house smelled fresh upon entering. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook anything. They even had an Instant Pot! Lbvs! Outside was nice and peaceful with a chill vibe. The bed was comfortable. Overall a good find

Lauren’s home is well appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable, and close to freeways. Her kitchen has lots of cooking supplies (like salt, pepper, oil, etc) and the right tools for the job. The beds are comfortable. The TVs have great channels. Having our dog with us was a bonus and her front window has a nice place for her to look out the window. The coffee maker and coffee supply was exceptional. Starbucks quality coffee!!!! We loved her home and will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay! The Airbnb was spotless and was well decorated Phuong was a great host - he was super responsive and kind! He also stocked the Airbnb with everything that we could possibly need. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. There were some great walking trails as well.

I highly recommend this place! It is so peaceful and well kept. It was the perfect retreat, yet close to everything one needs! The management team for the property is THE BEST I have ever experienced! They were so friendly, responsive, professional, thoughtful, generous….they made my stay quite perfect!
