I reached out to Rajesh a few times prior to my stay and he was very responsive and in a timely manner too. The description of the home does not mention how much space you actually get but this home is very spacious. I’ll book this home again.

The home was beautiful, clean and came with everything you could possibly need. Not far from cute old springs town that is great during the day or night. Neighborhood is quiet and host was responsive, kind and accommodating. Would stay again!

My family and I loved staying at HTX Pad’s! The house has a warm cozy feeling to it as soon as you walk in. You’ll feel right at home. The host is very kind & responsive! If we had any problems big or small they were happy to help & eager to fix it. They didn’t mind answering any of our questions no matter how simple they may have been! Great place for a getaway to get away from your daily routine so you can rewind & reset! Lovely safe neighborhood! There’s many stores & food places nearby so you have to go to far if get hungry! :) The pool is beautiful not only during the day time but also the night time. The pool has a light that will turn it into various colors so you can definitely enjoy the pool at night as well! :) If you’re afraid that the pool will be too cold to swim in at night… they offer the option to pay for pool heating for only $30 so you can swim comfortably. We loved our stay at Raphael's home. The house is gorgeous. The neighborhood is beautiful. The location was great also. But the thing that made our stay was the pool. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and the patio area. It made our get away super relaxing. Raphael was a great host. He was very proactive in communicating with us and checking that everything was in order. As for the house itself, it was very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The theater room was fun for watching movies. I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be sorry.

Quiet area with easy access to NRG area. Secure location. Parking is easy and close but tight in a full size suv.

We had a beautiful time in Houston. Kim’s place was just what we were looking for. It’s just as described and she takes great care of all the details. We forgot a couple of toiletries and she even had that available. Beautiful place and location!

Our other accommodations fell through at the last minute and honestly so happy they did. Barbara’s place was way better than our other stay! It was very clean and felt peaceful! We were there for a wedding so it had plenty of space to accommodate our group.

The home is clean, nicely appointed and welcoming. The view of the lake from the home is pleasant and relaxing as is the boardwalk. Of special note, due to no fault of Ms. Rodgers, we had unexpected setbacks during our trip but she was responsive, kind and accommodating. On our return trips to Texas we hope to stay here again.

Nice apartment. Unbeatable location for my long term stay. Excellent restaurants nearby. Recommend a visit to Dun Huang Plaza on Bellaire - good restaurants and Oasis Foot Spa is exceptional. Easy access from complex back gate to great walking/biking trails. Min was an excellent, responsive host.
