Greg & Jana were great hosts. The property was presented exactly as advertised, included all amenities needed, and was spotless. It was very close to OU's campus. Once we parked at the property in the accompanying parking space, we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go in Athens. It's just a short 5-minute walk to Court Street, and College Green.

Definitely the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Hosts are super communicative and proactive. I highly recommend them and their home

Cozy spot in quiet, small town Albany above a lively corner cafe. We stayed here for a month during the holidays to visit nearby family and enjoyed our stay. Gregg has added a ton of thoughtful touches (decor, comfy blankets/pillows, plenty of seating) that make for a nice area to hangout, large beds in both bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The apartment is on the second floor above a cafe at an intersection so there is some neighborly noise but it’s great for a coffee lovers waking up to the smell of freshly roasted and steps from the cafe. Gregg is extremely responsive and friendly for any/all requests and messages. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area and would recommend if you’re looking for a nice two bedroom stay near Athens

It's a bargain, 30 minutes to Hocking Hills, 20 mins to Athens. Only $39 a night for your own fully furnished studio . Includes kitchen and full size washer/dryer and flat screen tv. You can even build a fire out back in the fire pit if you wish. The hosts were very responsive to my needs. For comparison pricing most camping spots in Hocking Hills go for $30-40 a night. I will definitely be going back. BTW great hiking in Hocking Hills during the day and great restaurants in Athens in the nightime

Place looked better than the photos. It was spotless and cozy. And though it was close to amenities, it was nice and quiet at night. Will consider staying here again next time I visit Athens.

Excellent unit, very convenient to Court Street and OU. The only problem I had was with having to park in the lot across the street instead of the driveway beside the unit. My vehicle was vandalized on the last night of my stay. Other than that one unfortunate blemish, my stay was wonderful.

The Airb&b was clean, cozy and met all of our needs. It was very well kept and you could not tell that there were pets there at all. We loved the large fenced in yard which was perfect for our pets needs. It was a quick drive to downtown Athens and Strouds state park. Our host was quick to respond and very kind. Would definitely stay again when we come back to town.

The home was terrific. It was just as described and instructions were on point. Host was kind and generous. Lots of added touches. Appreciate the accommodations and hope to return as we visit our son again nearby at OU.

We have stayed here quite a few times and has always been great. Everything has always been nice and clean This time the temperatures were in the 20s at night and the house was nice and warm when we arrived.Daniel’s house has worked well for our visits

Bryan was an amazing host, his property was truly 1 of 1, amazing backyard and perfect home to bring your family even closer! on a quiet street and close proximity to the great nightlife Athens offers. Check in and check out was seamless and Bryan makes himself readily available if there’s anything his guests might need. Highly recommend this property for small groups. 10/10 experience. -Devone

this place is really clean, maintained. Area is in a small town, a short drive will get you to things needed. 30 minutes to hocking hills areas, close to offroad parks as well.

This was the perfect location to stay for the weekend. It was close enough to Athens that we could easily get back and forth to Ohio University. It was clean and well stocked. I loved the games in the living room. The bedrooms were nice size, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want to cook with. The host was incredibly responsive. Thanks for a great 1st time stay at an Air BNB!

I’m a former student at OU and I really enjoyed this Air BNB. It was very clean and cozy. Very close to the highway and uptown court street. Angie was very accommodating as my flight landed early and I asked to check in early. I will definitely be staying there again if the future!

Ashley’s place was great for our family trip to Athens to visit my brother who is a student at Ohio University. The location is great there’s a lot in the area that’s walkable from the place. It was quiet and easy to access. Would definitely recommend this property and host to others who are looking to stay in the area!

Had a fabulous stay at the town house! Plenty of room and amenities for our stay…lots of little extras…dish/hand soaps, coffee service, toiletries, laundry detergent. Appreciated the garage parking as well! Bit of a walk to campus for us, so we chose to Uber. Would love to stay here again!

A few college friends and myself rang in the New Year in Athens and stayed in this airbnb. Newly renovated, plenty of space for 6 people and several nice amenities. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay!
