Very comfortable and quiet 2Br private lower level unit with plenty of space to enjoy. Great, well equipped eat in kitchen, spacious LR, and nice bedrooms makes this an ideal place. Walk out deck to enjoy too. Stayed here twice.

Aveline’s place was perfect! The location is walkable to a plaza that has a good amount of stuff you may need while there like a grocery store. Aveline place was as described on the AirBnB site. When in the area again, I’ll definitely see about getting her spot again. She’s also very responsive and communicates proactively with things to get you checked in and out. Thanks for being such a wonderful host Aveline. Your place was a great stay for my family and me.

If your looking for a great place to stay in walking distance to five points and lots of great coffee shops/restaurants then Josh's place is a great place to stay!

Place was clean and as described. The neighborhood was quiet. It's not a long walk to downtown and a very quick drive. Host was very responsive when I had questions.

Teri's place was a dream! The unit overlooked the most beautifully landscaped zen garden with windchimes and was so peaceful! Also I loved how well it was stocked with everything you could think of including water, drinks, coffee even half n half in the fridge, breakfast bars, snacks etc! there was also a sound machine on the bedside table and a book listing the local recommended restaurants and things to do. She really thought of everything to make you feel at home and I would highly recommend her place!

Such a lovely experience staying in Athens. Came for the weekend to watch our son play baseball. Great location close to everything. Fantastic layout! We had my mother in law with us and the set up couldn’t have been better. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite ends of the unit so there is complete privacy. Super comfortable beds, extremely clean and very well stocked! Very comfortable, quiet and homey without being cluttered. The photos don’t do it justice. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Athens. Great place!

My buddies and I were in town for a golf trip, which was perfect considering there are a ton of beautiful courses in the area. Phil and Erin’s place was very clean, spacious, and relaxing.

The stay with Jessica was amazing! The house was well-taken care of, the room was plenty spacious enough, and the ease of finding it/plus getting to our chosen event from there was just top tier in all facets. We will absolutely be returning if Jessica will have us, because we truly had the best time in only our second Airbnb experience. Jessica and Co., y’all are amazing!

Secluded location but only 15 minutes from Road Atlanta and downtown Gainesville. Easy access off of Poplar Springs Rd (GA322) from either Winder Hwy (GA53) or Candler Hwy (GA60).

Beautiful crisp home. Very relaxing interior and patio. Leanna and Chip are perfect hosts, friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely a must stay when in the area!

Lovely place! Pretty, clean and serene. Unfortunately my daughter and I were only there to sleep, have some coffee and shower in the morning before we had to leave, but the bed couldn’t be more comfortable, the temp was perfect and the chickens didn’t even make a peep. Sweet kitty was as friendly as advertised. :)

Absolutely 5 stars! Outfitted w quality furnishings, kitchen was immaculate and stocked well (stainless steel cookware, wood utensils, glass storage, low-tox); Comfortable living areas and bedrooms, great screened porch and firepit! Loved it and will definitely return when visiting Athens!

We had a great stay at Hannah’s place. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything you could ask for. She communicated clearly and responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a spacious, comfortable place for us to spend a week. It has two bathrooms, both small, but nicely updated. The kitchen was also nicely updated. One of the three bedrooms has a sizeable desk, which was a perfect workspace for me. The place has a really large yard with some nice outdoor spaces. We also love the Normaltown neighborhood. It's quiet, and an easy walk to a lot of cool places on Prince Street. We'd be happy to stay here again next year.

Hopefully, next time in Athens, we will be able to book the same Airbnb very satisfied

We had a great stay in Athens! The condo was very nice and clean. The owner was very kind, flexible, and easy to work with! Would stay here again!

This unit was very clean, with the photos and description matching what we encountered while using the it. It is in a fantastic location as it's on the edge of downtown, across from campus and walkable to local attractions (i.e., UGA sporting events, fraternity houses for parents' weekend, etc.). The reserved parking is a huge benefit as parking is difficult downtown and close to UGA campus. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon.

Our stay was great — such a cozy (and spotless) atmosphere. Our hosts were kind and communicative throughout our stay. We ended up extending last-minute and our hosts made it quick and seamless.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
