Εξαιρετική διαμονή σε ενα πολυ όμορφο, ζεστό, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα. Η περιοχή είναι γεμάτη επιλογές για φαγητό, ποτό και ψώνια. Η οικοδέσποινα εξαιρετική, εξυπηρετική σε ότι ζητησαμε και μας καλοσωρισε με ενα πιάτο μελομακαρονα τα οποία τιμησαμε δεόντως. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα η διαμονή στο διαμέρισμα.

Όμορφο διαμέρισμα όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ήταν εύκολη η πρόσβαση. Είχε πολλές παροχές εντός του διαμερίσματος. Ευχαριστώ για την όμορφη διαμονή!

Really nice flat, looks exactly like in the pictures. Nice neighbourhood and close to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb! Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, was für eine entspannende Atmosphäre sorgte. Besonders praktisch war die Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Alimos, von der aus man einfach und schnell ins Zentrum gelangen konnte. Zudem gab es direkt vor der U-Bahn Station einen Kiosk. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns herzlich empfangen.

Peter was an exceptional host. Proactive and responsive. Provided excellent taxi service from and to airport. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Location could not be better. Easy to get to all the historical places and plenty of restaurants nearby. I suggest the Spritzeria 2 minutes away. Great tapas. Friends and family back home could not believe the view. Definitely worth booking.

Ο γιός μου Δημήτρης με τους φίλους του που φιλοξενήθηκαν στο διαμέρισμα του Βασίλη έμειναν ενθουσιασμένοι! Ωραίο και βολικό σπίτι. Πεντακάθαρο! Απο την λίγη επικοινωνία που είχα με τον Βασίλη, μου ανέδειξε την ευγένεια και φιλικότητά του. Είναι βέβαιο ότι θα γίνει το κατάλυμά μας στην Αθήνα. Συνιστώ τον χώρο του στους υποψήφιους επισκέπτες της πρωτεύουσας.

Amazing, we loved staying at George and Stella's place. The apartment is great. So easy to communicate with George and he's always helpful. Good space and OMG, the kitchen is very well equipped. AC worked perfectly fine. Quiet street and neighborhood... and the view is just outstanding. Blue ocean and at night, the city lights gives you an extra charming scenary. We've asked George's recommendation for a good seafood place and George's recommendation was fantastic (Fyki Fyki Restaurant) we loved the place - it's in Porto Rafti, minutes driving from the apartment. What a joy! Our stay at George and Stella's was perfect.

At Maria's place you will definitely find more than you need. The house has plenty of space and it is cosy decorated. An extra plus for the super comfortable mattress of the double bed. Fully equipped kitchen, more than you have imagined! We also appreciated the garden and all the possible activities for young children. The location is just perfect. The beach is in walking distance. A lot of cafes and taverns also in walking distance. With our double stroller we did everything on foot. Our children loved to play with the pets in the beautiful garden and connect with nature. Of course if you have a car, you have a lot of different beach possibilities nearby. Not to mention the beautiful sunset ! Last but not least Mrs Maria and her husband will provide you plenty of useful information and will be happy to help you if you have any requests . They are the perfect hosts and an authentic example of greek filoxenia. Thank you for everything! We enjoyed every single moment!

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

Καταλύματα στην Αίγινα υπάρχουν πολλά, του κυρίου Μιχάλη όμως είναι μοναδικό . Βρίσκεται σε στρατηγική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στην πόλη της Αίγινας, δύο βήματα από την παραλία, ενώ ταυτόχρονα είναι απομονωμένο στο μικρό παράδεισο του κ. Μιχάλη. Έχει τέλεια θέα και είναι άριστα εξοπλισμένο, προσφέροντας στον επισκέπτη μια τέλεια διαμονή. Ο κ. Μιχάλης, με την διακριτική του παρουσία, ήταν πρόθυμος να μας δώσει όποια πληροφορία χρειαστήκαμε. Μαζί με την ευγενική του γάτα, απολαύσαμε την θέα της θάλασσας , το ηλιοβασίλεμα και το φεγγάρι. Αυθεντική Ελληνική Φιλοξενία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Αλέξανδρος - Φύλλια

Σας ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι κυριολεκτικά καινούργια. Όλα εξαιρετικά οργανωμένα και πεντακάθαρα. Και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι με την πισίνα επίσης. Θα επιστρέψουμε οπωσδήποτε.

We stayed 11 night, couple with 2 children 8 & 7. Overall very nice, we we're working during the day and this place has a huge office desk in the living room, great wifi in every room, another table in the kitchen, it was really great and allowed us to work and have zoom meetings in quiet rooms. I was a bit surprised that the washing machine is not in the apartment, its on the roof, which is very accessible and has a really nice view, and also has a clothes dryer which is great, but its not as comfortable as having the washer in the apartment, but we managed ok, and the appliances are really good. The area is OK, nothing spectacular in walking distance but we had a car so it was really nice to have parking right on the premises. Be aware that parking could be a bit difficult, its a bit narrow and could be challenging to back out to the busy street. The host was great and was ready to help and answer every question and request very fast. Beds and pillows are great! overall very pleased.

This property was the ideal choice for our stay, especially with a car and an early morning flight out of Athens. It offered ample parking space and a convenient location, just a quick 12-minute drive to the airport. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to use the other amenities, they appeared to be in excellent condition and would be ideal for an extended stay. Highly recommended for its convenience and comfort!

I don’t think I have the words to describe how incredible both Harry and his place were. Harry couldn’t have been more generous and helpful; even taking us to the supermarket and patiently waiting while we bought trolleys of supplies, suggesting tavernas and walks, booking an incredible local wine tour and - most unbelievably of all - cooking for us on two occasions. It was phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend this more. Thank you so much, Harry!

Επέλεξα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα για τη διαμονή μου στη συγκεκριμενη περιοχή και έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη. Η Δήμητρα πολύ εξυπηρετική και επικοινωνιακή και με κατεύθυνε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο για την εγκατάστασή μου στο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες και έχει τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό για μια άνετη διαμονή. Επίσης πολύ καθαρό. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι διαθέτει πολύ γρήγορο internet και γραφείο που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για εργασία. Τέλος, βρίσκεται κοντά σε πολλά αξιοθέατα της Αθήνας και υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος του κέντρου (Σύνταγμα, Ακρόπολη, Πλάκα κτλ). Το συστήνω.

This is a great place, clean and modern, which can be difficult to find in Vouliagmeni where most buildings are old. The apartment had all amenities and supplies needed, and Petros was a very thoughtful and attentive host. One small thing to note, which was not mentioned in the listing, is that the place is surrounded by cats that like to roam at the building's entrance and the apartment's balcony, which can trigger the allergies of the small minority of people who are sensitive.

Spiros was a very nice host. Very easy communication, a very nice and modern apartment with a beautiful Terrasse. I can highly recommend to book his Airbnb and spend some days in Athen :)

L'accueil a été facile. Le logement est clair et la terrasse est un vrai plus. Un très bon rapport qualité. prix à 30mn du centre historique. Le quartier est paisible et très sécurisé même pour une femme seule. Merci aux hôtes !
