I really enjoyed my stay at Irene’s place! It was the perfect cozy, quiet spot for us to stay at while skiing at Belleayre Mountain.

I can’t say more about how lovely it was to stay at this cozy and beautiful home. The hosts were delightful and I cannot wait to come back and stay again. A true gem.

Kerri's 3 houses we rented for my daughters wedding and they were all spotless and beautiful. So much character inside and out that everyone had their space to relax and also hang out together. Beds was very comfortable and bathrooms were all updated and new. We loved being so close to the venue and Kerri was so accommodating to all of us staying there. Cannot recommend enough!!!

My group loved our stay at Alan and Cara’s place for the Sheep & Wool festival. Great space for a large group; we especially loved how comfortable the living room couches were and how there was space for everyone there to gather. The place was immaculately clean. We’d love to come back again!

Absolutely amazing. Cant speak more highly of Annes home. Best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Perfect little getaway from the city. The sauna, hot tub, and rain shower are so awesome. Everything is spotlessly clean and inviting. Her breakfasts in the morning are tasty and go above and beyond the expectation. And her guidebook on restaurants and hiking in the area make it so easy to find the best spots for first timers like us. 10/10 weekend, thanks so much for hosting us Anne!

Kim was very proactive sending instructions prior to the trip. The house itself had a marvelous charm with lots of vintage goodies. I appreciated all the items Kim had stocked in her kitchen to make up for some things I had not thought of to pack. The private property was great including many little surprises to may the stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at Sue's place for a long weekend in January and had a wonderful time. Sue was always available and very responsive. Check in was easy and the house was very clean when we arrived. We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a warm and inviting place to spend the the long weekend - we look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay. Home was clean and as photographed, and kitchen was well stocked for our large group.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great amount of space, rooms were large with lots of storage. Cute kitchen with all the necessities. Close to shops and restaurants. Diane responded quickly with any questions we had and was super friendly.

Was an amazing place, so clean and well maintained. Host was very hospitable. Would definitely recommend this place to others, and stay again if I am visiting the area.

Diane’s place was beautiful with a unique charm. She had lots of antiques and old photographs that were fun to look at. The kitchen and bathroom were newly refinished and very nice. The only downfall for us was the size of the bed. It is on the smaller side which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than the bed I highly recommend Dianne’s apartment!

I absolutely love this little cottage. This is our second time staying. It is very cozy, perfect for a couple for the weekend. The property is very quiet and peaceful with the brook running right past the back of the cottage. It is an easy walk into the center of town and the strip with various stores, restaurants, and bars. The cottage was clean, neat, and had all basic necessities. Panxi and Diana are great hosts, available for questions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this booking.

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

This place was absolutely lovely—charming, cozy, and ideally located right in the center of town. It’s just a short walk to all the best restaurants and shops, making it a great spot to explore. The home itself has a lovely antique feel while still being very comfortable. Ellen was an incredible host. She was responsive, available, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Highly recommend!

Doris was an amazing host who went above and beyond in making the stay both comfortable and convenient! I would highly recommend her to anyone staying in the area!

Very eclectic home with unique decorations that made for a memorable stay in a positive way. Belleayre Mountain ski area is just up the road so it was the perfect location for a ski weekend. Really great experience and would recommend it.

We were so happy to be back at Joe and Barb’s. Their hospitality is wonderful - from recommendations to bonfires to impeccable breakfasts. Already planning our next stay!

Incredible place to stay! Had enormous cozy living room, bedroom, and bathroom to ourselves that was perfectly furnished with interesting farmhouse style decor. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, coffee and tea in the living room and games/books, and the best part was the outdoor space - lovely big backyard with lots of outdoor seating, cedar hottub (shared with other guests but no problem there!) and swimmable creek (enjoyed cold plunge -> hot tub in late Oct). Leaves were beautiful this time of year, easy 5-min bike ride to the O&W rail trail, and 10 min drive to Kingston and close to Woodstock too - Sarah gave great food recs. Can't wait to come back.

Great location and well run and put together. Staying again and will do so in the future. Highly recommend.

We had a blast ! Troy is an awesome and caring individual who pays attention to detail. Although our stay was short, we enjoyed the recommendations he provided. Breakfast is to die for! Literally. It opened my mind to try new things. This is a must stay! The space is very cozy and quiet!

Susan is a wonderful host and a very lovely person! We had a very nice time staying at Susan's place! It was very warmly feeling to get a delicious breakfast made by Susan, and we especially loved the apple cobbler made by Susan. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality :). Catalpa House is exactly what you want in a small town retreat; comfortable bedding, well chosen amenities, superb breakfast, accommodating but not intrusive hosts, lovely common areas with local literature and current periodicals. It doesn't get better.

Words cannot describe how Tina made us feel & took care of us in her home. Her place is like a vintage art museum with such special charm which is a testament of who Tina is. We left feeling like family.

Doris and John are such wonderful hosts, really enjoyed my stay. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast was amazing!
