This was one of our favourite Airbnbs. The location is superb, accommodation impeccably well described. David was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The flat is spacious and comfortable and whilst it’s bang on the centre of le marais it is on a peaceful courtyard which means lovely and quiet at night. The flat is tastefully furnished and has all the mod cons. Luggage is easy to manipulate given the small flight of stairs to the first floor. We loved our busy Parisian days ending in relaxation at the flat. We needed early access and David was a joy to deal with. The cleaner was friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to return. Do not hesitate to book! Thank you!

Beautiful apartment with an incredible rooftop and view - you can't find anything else like it in Paris. Wrapping up each night on the balcony with a bottle of wine and a view of the city - unforgettable. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, central, and packed with incredible restaurants. The passageway/market below the apartment is lively and likewise filled with places to eat and drink. Of note, the bathroom, which is private and locked for only our use, is located outside of the apartment and down the hall, so just something to be aware of. Daniela, the host, was extremely friendly with lots of great recs in the area. I can't recommend this place enough.

Séjour parfait en famille, Bob et sa femme sont des hôtes accueillants. Nous avons appréciés les petites attentions lors de notre arrivée. Le logement était d’une propreté impeccable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Tout était nickel, conforme à la description et très propre.

Wir waren zu dritt für 4 Tage, also 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es war alles nötige vorhanden und sogar Getränke im Kühlschrank! :) Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren auch da. Zu Fuß brauchte man 15 Minuten zum nächsten Bahnhof und konnte von dort in 20 Minuten nach Paris gelangen. Der Check-in war dank Schlüssel Box sehr einfach. 👍🏻 Das Zimmer war etwas kleiner und dunkler als erwartet, was aber vollkommen okay war, da wir den kompletten Tag eh unterwegs waren. Für 2 Personen wäre es perfekt, das Sofa war nämlich leider etwas unbequem. Es war angenehm, dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Herd im Gemeinschaftsraum gab. Wir würden die Unterkunft vor allem jungen Leuten empfehlen!

It was an amazing apartment equipped with everything we enjoyed staying with my wife and I, it felt like we were in our own home, it is very beautiful and close to everything especially since the Arc de Triomphe is within walking distance and the Champs-Elysees is only meters away

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. There was room for all five of us (my husband and I and our three adult children) to have privacy and also gathering space where we could spend time together. The kitchen was well-equipped with new appliances, and it also had a washer and dryer, which was such a huge bonus! There are many excellent choices for dinner nearby within short walking distance, our favorite being La Travesia, a lovely Lebanese restaurant. There are two metro stations nearby which allowed us to explore Paris easily. There is also a gym around the corner that we could use by purchasing a day pass (Fitness Park). Our host provided very clear instructions on how to use everything in the apartment, along with recommendations for shopping and dining. Overall we loved it!
