The house was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the couch fit all of us comfortably for watching a movie. The game room was nice and the kids loved it. The deck was beautiful but rain and cold prevented us from enjoying it as much as we would have liked to. Angela was responsive and hospitable. There's a TV in all bedrooms, the living room and game room! I'd rent the house again and recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful home located on breath taking property. Only minutes away from anything you may need. Would definitely consider staying again

This is our 2nd time staying at Aaron and Alicia's place. We love the home and the location. Everything was perfect, beautiful area and property. We plan to stay there again next year. Very safe area as well.

This is a nicely decorated property in a serene location. Easy access to Newnan or Peachtree City without having to deal with the GA74/54 intersection. I would choose this location if you enjoy the view of the lake, lots of birds at the bird feeder, excellent accomodations, friendly host, and a quiet location. The property is well furnished with all the necessary items for cooking inside. There is a nice grill outside with all the tools needed. There are chairs on the lake edge for serenity in the evenings or early morning. Excellent choice for me. I plan to return at some future date.

It was the perfect location to enjoy time with family and very close to the high school for my son's AAU basketball tournament. Shawn was very responsive to any questions) needs we had.

This home is located in a quiet area. Very spacious. We were comfortable in the home and able to maintain a family atmosphere. A bottle of wine was our arrival gift(nice touch). Plenty of towels. Host was easy to reach the entire time. The home is within 8 mins of shopping. I would love to be able to return here on a future vacation

This place is a great place to relax at. The layout of the home and land is really neat. Deer in the back yard and close to the lake. Beds are really comfortable. It was very clean. The host are very professional and communicative.

The house was just right for our girls weekend ! We spent many hours on the gorgeous outdoor deck overlooking the hiking trail and woods in the back of the house . The stunning kitchen and large dining area perfect for all of our meals , and the bedrooms were so comfortable and inviting . The location of the house and access to the golf cart made it very convenient to get everywhere ! Thanks for hosting us .

Beautiful home nestled in a wood area - private space and backyard. Close to Panola State Park for a run or bike ride - great location for a quite get away or a place like home when working in the area.

This property was just what we needed when visiting family for the holidays with our pups! We really appreciated how stocked the kitchen was with all the basics needed for making dinners and feeling right at home.

Great place, lots of rooms and bathrooms, great parking, open space on kitchen, living room and dining. I liked that is accessible for wheelchairs except for the back yard they have a ramp back there but there is no way to access the deck by your self. CONS: needs introductions on how to build one of the king size beds, the a/c is really hot on the hallways and bathrooms but rooms where cold unless you left the door open we cold not figure out why? Overall: My family and me had a great experience, you cold walk or drive to the lake and enjoy your day, quick access less than 5 minutes away to gas station, food and stores if you want to grab a snack or something to eat and take it back home and spend some quality time with the family. Will rent again if Available when we need to be on the erea again.

This was place as perfect and very homey. It is close to downtown but with traffic it’s 40 minutes away. We had a very fun time and everything was very clean.

This stay was simply beautiful. Penci was very friendly, responsive, and clear with all instructions as far as check in & out and general information about the house. I loved staying here.

This house is very spacious and accommodated our group of 9 so well. It was very clean and had everything we needed for being comfortable for a family wedding weekend.... just 10 minutes from the Acworth venues. John was very prompt in responding to questions in advance and during the stay.

The lakehouse's setting is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the private lake surrounded by trees and lots of wildlife. We saw geese, a Muscovy duck, a Blue Heron, lots of frogs to serenade at night, and birds by day. The setting is private, yet only a 5-minute drive to the local grocery. The inside of the house is spacious and comfortable. We greatly appreciated our contact person, Tiffany, for her prompt and helpful responses. While we had a wonderful and relaxing time at the lakehouse, there were a couple of disappointments. We were unable to use the paddle boat and the outdoor grill. The paddle boat was filled with water, likely from several storms that passed through before our arrival. The grill needed cleaning, but unfortunately, a brush was not available. We promptly notified the contact person to address these issues before the next guests arrived. We thank the host for sharing this beautiful space with us.

Karen’s place was absolutely beautiful, it had everything we needed. From the laundry room, game room, to the sauna & jacuzzi! Very spacious! Stores were very close to the location. Everything was beautiful and so clean! 10/10 Recommend.

Mike's place was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room for us to gather in beautiful surroundings Everyone enjoyed the lake as well. Mike was super responsive to all our questions.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very welcoming, clean, fully stocked with all necessities, and in a great location. The house is just as described with plenty of space and amenities, however, there is no washer and dryer. It is noted that they are not available, but that was difficult with rain and a lot of wet items so just be aware. The walk down to the dock is on a steep slope, but worth it. The dock was very nice to have both shelter underneath from rain and a top deck for sunning. Overall, this is a great location on the lake and convenient to stores, ect.
