Amazing oceanfront property! Walk from the living room to the deck to the beach! Good sized kitchen with lots of necessities. I think the only two ‘negatives’ would be the lack of bathrooms (which was clear in the description) and the ac not being able to cool the place down to an acceptable sleep temperature (like 69). Otherwise, this place was quiet, great location for bike riding, endless ocean views, and plenty of room for everyone!!!

Great family get away. Super pet friendly. Spacious living area. Bedrooms have ample extras (pillows, blankets, etc) for comfortable nights. The bathroom can accommodate your crew. It is a very peaceful location. The yard is huge and extremely pet friendly. Not set up for humans but I did enjoy the tree swing. Humans have a great wrap around deck to enjoy with a door to keep your pets from wandering off. If you are looking for a peaceful place but very close to all the activities that a beach community offers this place is for you. The host was very responsive. We had to leave early due to a problem at home and we were even offered a stipend for the leaving early. This is a place that feels like home. Not stuffy or pretentious. Just a great place to enjoy between restaurants and aquarium (don’t miss) and the beautiful beaches. 🤗

Amy was able to accommodate a last minute stay for my family and I! The house is right on the beach so we were able to relax to a lovely view and easily step right onto the beach! Would definitely come back!

A perfect location - steps to the beach, but the dunes, beach and ocean are always in sight. Opening the door and walking in we were wowed by the view. The home is welcoming and provides everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Loved the decks, grill and the neighborhood. The layout is so, so comfortable and welcoming. My wife loved the indoor hammocks., Wifi worked great, plugged in our Fire stick and we were home. Close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Lots of great ideas for home - now waiting on Amazon delivery of the bidet attachment for my wife's bathroom at home - next will be ordering indoor hammocks. Thankful to have an opportunity to visit - wonderful home and hosts.

Matthew’s place is well-provisioned with beach gear and an easy walk to the beach. We liked the quieter side street. The outdoor Jenga set was a lot of fun and my son enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill. There are lots of gates if needed to help keep young children or pets contained. The only item missing from the kitchen was ground coffee for their coffee maker. Plenty of other spices handy…. Bring your own shampoo. Thank you for sharing!

The house was great and Katie was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. You cannot get any closer to the beach than this. Great to be able to slip in and out. Topsail was a very dog friendly beach and it was great to have our dogs with us. The house is great for dogs with lots of extra gates on the decks so less worries about a dog escaping accidentally. The house had everything we needed: towels, dog bowls, beach chairs, sand toys, even shampoo in the showers. So nice to be able to pack light for a long weekend.

Really enjoyed our time here. It is very close to the beach and also beach access. The kitchen is quite large and accommodates cooking a large meal. We have three kids and there was plenty of room to sleep comfortably. Not sure how crowded this part of the beach gets in the Summer, but the location is amazing and not having to find parking is such a benefit for this area. Secluded environment, yet not more that 15 minutes from a full grocery store. You are sort of limited on TV options here to what apps are on the tv (the rules ask you not to add any apps) so a firestick of your own or an HDMI cord to connect your laptop is something I would recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Karen’s! We spent the week here at TopSail (TopSol as the locals say) and we were so happy that we had everything right at our fingertips. Me, my husband, daughter, her friend and our dog had plenty of space and every comfortable amenity to hang out and even work a day from the house. We walked to the beach everyday, we had beach chairs, umbrellas, volleyball, paddleboard, boogie boards, and there were board games for the one rainy day. Great location and Karen was super responsive to all of my questions in a matter of minutes. Great decks to watch the sunset and sunrise in the front! We would love to stay again next year. I highly recommend!

While Tropical Storm Debby played havoc with the weather while we were there, we found the place to be very comfortable, accessible, and close to everything we needed. We did have to cross a busy road to get to the beach, but there was a crosswalk and all motorists stopped when the crosswalk light was activated. The walkway to the beach was very helpful, especially for families toting kids in strollers or wagons. Having pool access was key for staying with kids, and the pool area is very kid-friendly. With the storm, we spent more time indoors at the place than we would have normally, but it was large enough for our group that we were comfortable eating and relaxing there.

The house was exactly as described and everything worked. We were bummed out by the extremely cool and windy weather in mid April but that is no one’s fault but my own.

We enjoyed our stay! Peaceful, relaxing getaway. Hosts were very gracious with a late checkout request. The condo is clean and comes equipped with everything one would need. Having beach chairs, bags, tent is a fantastic addition! The only downside to our stay which is out of the host's hands, is that the resort had all but one pool closed and the hot tubs were also closed :/ I'm assuming it's because its the off-season. Would definitely book again!

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. It was exactly as described and pictured. I’d say even better. Jim has really thought of the little details, such as phone chargers, water in the fridge, and some beginning toiletries. The beach was fantastic and so close. Location is prime. Right in Surf city close to everything. Can’t wait to come back.

Jeremy and Melissa's place was great. Just as described. You can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. When my daughter left her beloved stuffed animal, they responded right away and helped me make arrangements to get it back to her. Lovey home, lovely hosts!

We loved staying at Sabine's townhouse on Topsail Island. It was clean and cute and comfortable. The view was spectacular. The beach was very close and an easy walk on a well maintained walkway. We cooked several times and found everything we needed to prepare food and coffee. Sabine was helpful and responsive but never intrusive. Extra stars for a super easy check-out. We did not have to strip the beds or do any laundry. Totally recommend and would love to stay again.

Location, location, location. Joanne’s Beach House gave us a very unique perspective of the ocean, close enough that even when we were not on the beach, we felt we were. The sound of crashing waves were audible even in the bedrooms at night. My husband and have been visiting Topsail for many years, we’ve stayed oceanfront, but never this “ocean front”. The cottage itself was darling, small but perfect for the two of us, clean, well appointed, perfectly decorated with a stylish Beachy vibe. The weather though not the best for our week, however with being so close to the sand , we could easily slip in & out and catch the sun without much effort at all. We will be back & highly recommend❤️

We loved staying at Emily’s place! Our whole extended family was comfortable & we especially loved the kid room. The location can’t be beat!

Short walk to the beach, with items to use from the house such as beach chairs. We had both areas of the house and were able to have meals together. The hosts are great to work with and responsive to any questions before we arrived. We had a great time!

We had such a fun Memorial Day weekend at Christiana’s beach house! The water was surprisingly warm for the time of year and the house was perfect! We cooked all of our dinner’s in the house and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools. We went out for our lunches in Surf City and found some really fun places to eat. The house is located 8-15 minutes from multiple grocery stores which is really nice. We were so comfortable at the house, with plenty of room for us all to have our own space but still enjoy game nights in the common area. The couch was comfy, the table was spacious and the bar provided extra space for the kids to sit. We really look forward to returning!

Wow! Gorgeous home, beautiful property, picturesque view, could not be a better location! Dream home. Everything was perfect for our stay.

We had a great time at the beach. The place was just as described, we would definitely go back!

This home is located on the beach front, and has a spacious deck with plenty of furniture. Every detail in the house is well thought out. There is an out door shower and hose conveniently located so you can wash and not track excessive amounts of sand into the house. There is even container with toys for the kid. Inside the house has nice furniture and comfortable beds. The host provided plenty of extra blankets and towels. The small room accessed in the garage is a little out of the way, but the children loved it. It became their little hide out, they were there a lot more than I thought they would be. The kitchen is fulling equipped with anything you need to prepare a family meal, all we had to do was bring some groceries. They also provided a basket of snacks, which everyone enjoyed. We specially loved the view and peaceful setting. Debbie and Russell are great hosts very responsive and helpful, Thanks for an awesome stay.
