Claudia was very friendly and responsive. Our place was clean, nice decor, comfortable seating and bedding, easy and walkable distance to beach and local restaurants and shops, to name just a few. We enjoyed our mini “resort” like vacay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeff and Julie's place for the weekend, checking in on Friday and enjoying two delightful nights before our Sunday morning checkout. The home was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and then some! Its proximity to the beach was fantastic—just a short walk away. We particularly loved the amazing backyard, which was perfect for our four-legged friend to explore and play. Additionally, many local shops were conveniently close to the house. Thank you, Jeff and Julie, for being such gracious hosts and making our stay so enjoyable!

The Alex Moore house is just lovely. We had an excellent visit in Swansboro and Mike’s home was a highlight! Our family of five stayed here while visiting for a wedding. We had so much room! The kitchen was amazing and our kids made use of the media room and pool. The home is exquisite… beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, and stocked like home. We especially loved the location. Just walk a few blocks and you’ll find restaurants on the water’s edge, boutique shops, and many historic homes that line the neighborhood. We so appreciated Mike’s attention to detail which made this stay just perfect. Thank you again for hosting us and for making our first trip to Swansboro one for the books!

The house was beautiful and serene and Dawn was a fantastic host. Super responsive and helpful. I wish we weren’t here for work and got to enjoy the area more!!

Matthew's place was a wonderful home away from home. Matthew is a very responsive host and attended to all my questions in a timely manner. The home is very big and the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking that you want to do. A prefect place for a family gathering. My favorite part is the view of the ocean and proximity of beach access. The home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. That said, the home is next to the community pool which was closed for the winter so I'm not sure what that would be like in the summer. It has been said in other reviews, but know that the home has 3 flights of stairs to reach the kitchen, main master suite and living room. I got my steps in! I really enjoyed my stay and would book again in the future!

Hot Mess was a fabulous place to stay. It was very clean and it looked exactly like the photos. The elevator made it very easy and convenient to move bags and groceries to the 3rd floor kitchen. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The baths were huge and the showers were amazing. The pool, even though it was small, was very relaxing and enjoyable. We had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay. The views were great and access to the beach was easy. We will for sure be back!

Perfect location in a cute community. Easy walk right out to the beach, got to see gorgeous sunsets daily from one of many decks, and ample space on the interior to not feel like we were on top of each other. Justin is also one of the most responsive hosts, which we were so appreciative of.

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

My family and I had a great time, and the host was very attentive. Communication was proactive, and very responsive whenever I had questions. The age range for us was 2 years old to 79 years old. It was truly a family reunion and a rare opportunity for my father to have all of his kids, grands, and great grands in the same place at the same time. Hopefully we will be blessed to do something like this again soon. Thank you for making it possible!

Our daughter, son-in-law and Grandson moved from Okinawa to Cherry Point. We came down from Pittsburgh to welcome them home. Aaron’s place was very welcoming and perfect for our stay! We will definitely be staying there again for future visits!!

We had a wonderful stay and love the house with the porches and treehouse! Quiet and well situated location. We’d love to come back.

The host was very easy to communicate with and the beach house worked perfectly for us and our kids during spring break.

I stayed at Sabrina’s lovely place while visiting family in Jacksonville. WOW. A cute, spacious lovely spot. Immaculately clean and cozy. My family enjoyed the great WiFi set up and the relaxing hot tub. The house is located within minutes of lots of local restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet and private. We are already planning out 2026 trip and this is the SPOT! Sabrina was very responsive and super helpful with any details we needed. HIGHLY recommend Sabrina’s place to anyone looking for a beautiful spot.

My family stayed for a month at Steve’s place and I can’t say enough great things about it. It was honestly the perfect stay. Location was great, floor plan of the house worked perfectly with my family of 5, back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect setting for cooking family dinners. I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place for any family get away. It also could be a great spot for a girls weekend away. The beach is close by in Emerald Isle along with being close to the beautiful waterfront town of Swansboro.

This house is beautiful!! I stayed by myself for my birthday trip and it was 100% worth it. Amazing views, and honestly after staying here I would consider moving to morehead! I love the area, everything is so close, and the beach is right there!! I went to the aquarium and a couple of stores around there. Also went to the oyster bar for oysters of course, my favorite!! All around good trip, I will say the road to get to the house is FULL of potholes, I thought I was in the wrong place at first. Just keep following the road and it’s right there, just beware of the invisible speed bumps haha. Also the shower in the hallway the door doesn’t stay shut so just a heads up, it kept bothering me so I just used the other shower.. but Thankyou so much for letting me stay, you will proably be seeing me again this year!!

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!

Enjoyed staying here for a wedding weekend which took place at the Beaufort Hotel. We were able to spread out, enjoy the quaint atmosphere of downtown all while staying in a beautiful home. Thank you for hosting and we will be sure to check-in next time we are in town!

The home was comfortable and inviting with a great view of the Sound and only a block from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway and some R&R.

This beautiful home was very accommodating for our family trip, from the host to the location it exceeded our expectations! The private beach access made it easy for us to make it down to the water as well as a hassle free family photo session we had planned. I hope to stay here again!

This place was clean, very comfortable to stay in, and a quick drive to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to host a trip. Beds were comfy and the house was very clean. The master bedroom has two shower heads which is great! Lastly, the host was very communicative and asked for improvement opportunities. I will be happy to stay there again for our next trip that way.

We rented the home for Christmas and had 9 people and one dog stay while we were there. It was absolutely lovely. The home has plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed to host all of the Christmas activities while we were there. We cooked a few large meals to feed everyone and it was just like cooking at home. The table is a little larger than the one in the photos which was perfect. We had a disabled person in our party so the elevator was a real blessing. We had an issue (our fault, not theirs) with the elevator while we were there and Amy was extremely helpful and responsive, helping us fix it right away. The view from the front desk is breathtaking, especially for sunset. The house was also EXTREMELY clean. We have stayed in quite a few Air BnB places and this was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The beds were also very comfy. Overall, we were very happy and the home helped make our Christmas magical.
