Atlantic Canada : locations de vacances avec sauna

We stayed 3 nights at the HMS Sea Parrot aka the Boat. We have two young boys they both very much like the idea of living in a boat. This unique property offered my family a unique memory on top of all the joys and fun we had on the highlands and stunning fall colors. Despite the boat and its interior/furniture is somewhat dated, you can feel the age but it was a real fishing boat. The owner made effort to give it a nice touch and ocean themed decorations - it’s cozy and functional and serves the purpose. Yolanda is very prompt and direct in communication. She offered quick solutions in everything we need. I really enjoy the gorgeous sunrise on the private beach. This resort has a lot to offer!

We wanted a relaxing and peaceful place to stay and Ferncrest was all of that! We enjoyed staying on the “quiet side” of Mount Desert Island. Yet it was close enough to Bar Harbor and the activities it offered. Coming back to Ferncrest in the evening was like coming home!

This was a beautiful, clean place to stay. It was such a nice place to come back to after a day of hiking. The hosts were also very responsive, which was appreciated.

Très beau logement ! Ultra propre. Avec beaucoup de commodités. Vraiment le fun aussi d’avoir un sauna accessible après une journée de ski bien remplie. Je garde assurément l’adresse pour une prochaine visite !

We loved staying at Esther’s place. It was calm, tranquil, the setting was glorious and we had a wonderful time. We ate our breakfast watching seals playing in the water and ate our dinner watching epic sunsets. Esther was very helpful and there is plenty to do in the area. We would definitely recommend it.

Had an amazing stay at this charming Airbnb! Everything was fantastic, and the highlight was being able to bring my animals along – such a great perk. It was my first time in Halifax, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll definitely be coming back again!

Comfortable stay. Perfect for myself, husband and one year old as well as my parents who picked us up from the airport. Great location if you are flying in/out of YFC and handy to downtown Fredericton. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The art and beautiful wood pieces throughout the home were a highlight. We were travelling with our two teenaged girls and there was space for family time as well as some personal down time. We enjoyed the hot tub and walking down to the rocks/cove. Location was perfect for us to have a getaway but still go into the city lots.

Beautiful, comfortable and cozy! I’m a local and wanted a place close by to study for an important exam. It was quiet and peaceful. I was able to step out and walk the path around the lake nearby when I needed some air or walk 20 minutes to a cute local cafe, The Battery Cafe. The bed was large and comfortable. Lovely shower with great water pressure. I didn’t get the chance to use the sauna, but did get to use the adorable little wood stove. The kitchen is kitted out well and with high quality appliances and utensils. I look forward to renting this place again in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay here while I was working. It is such a cute and beautiful home, I loved all the natural lighting and how cozy the wood stove made it feel. I will definitely be trying to book here again if I am lucky. She books up so fast! The road driving up to the house is a little rough - but what do you expect on some back roads - I never had any issues or got stuck, just something to be aware of, especially when it is muddy.

We stayed here for 2 nights in March. We lucked out on the most beautiful weather. The space was beyond anything we could imagine for a relaxation retreat to celebrate a birthday. The space had everything we needed to cook, clean and be completely restful. There were extra pillows, blankets, amenities within the showers. The hot tub and sauna were amazing! the huge windows and natural light were a nice touch. All the light switches, and dials were clearly visibly labeled and easy to use! Jordan and his team were responsive, we had no issues or needs our entire stay! Will book again, and highly recommend staying at this amazing ocean side location!

All the comfort of home in a local community with everything within walking distance. Charlie was fantastic with accommodating our requests, giving us a great tip on a local restaurant, and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was very spacious and comfortable with lots of charm. We have stayed in a few different places while visiting PEI and this was by far our favourite!
