This home was very easy to find and check in via the electronic keypad lock was easy. The home was clean and uncluttered. The yard is truly fenced without gaps for small dogs, felt very private and has an amazing view. There are many great restaurants within walking distance and the host provided a generous list of nearby attractions for us. The beach is a quick 5 min drive and Atlantic City is within 10 minutes. The shower had great pressure and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. We were so happy to spend a quiet weekend here with our dogs and found it to be a very peaceful, refreshing place to get away. Highly recommend!

Steve was a wonderful host. The photos listed on the website did not to this place justice! This place was able to accommodate a large group of us who stayed a few nights to watch March Madness. Even with the large number of people, everyone had a place to sit or hang around with the games on the tv. This place was located within minutes of the casinos and had a beautiful view from all levels! The living space was gorgeous and more than enough room for all! This place was everything we could ask for and more. This will most likely become a yearly trip for the guys! Thank you again for accommodating our stay and this house is beautiful from top to bottom!

We were very happy with the rental. The walk to the beach, restaurants and small convenience type stores were quick and easy and the house was clean. We contacted Sabine for a couple of things and they were dropped off on our front doorstep in less than an hour. Sabine was very responsive to anything we needed or questions we had.

Place was just what we needed, hosts were very responsive and helped me out when I needed it . I will be definitely staying at one of there locations in the future . Thanks for everything !

Beautiful home, convenient to grocery and most eating spots. Located in a family neighborhood. Super clean and had all we needed to have a great week!

We booked Mikhail's place for a bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The communal areas were great for hanging out, the bedrooms and bathrooms were well set up for our group of 9, and the hot tub was an added bonus. The location right on the boardwalk was wonderful and it was easy to get around. Would definitely recommend!

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

Great little house on the south side of Margate. We were in town for a festival in AC and it was cheaper to stay here for the weekend and uber into AC than it would have been for one night stay at one of the casinos. It is very convenient as you're a 10 minute walk away from dozens of restaurants, the beach, the bay, CVS, etc. It was also great that we could bring our dog!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb located right on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, and it completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the host was exceptionally welcoming and ensured that I felt right at home. The location couldn't be better! Just steps away from the beach, casinos, and a variety of restaurants and shops, I was able to enjoy everything the Boardwalk has to offer without the hassle of transportation. The Place was clean, Amazing View, and had everything you need to cook if you wanted too. Also very fast to respond to any questions.

We had an amazing stay. This is actually my second time staying at one of his units and it's just so easy to get in and out. The units are beautiful. The bed is super super comfy. The only thing I could say is to make out check out at 10:30 or 11 other than that I will definitely be back.

We were excited to spend a weekend celebrating my MIL'S 90th bday with an assortment of siblings, , spouses, adult grandchildren and guests. The home had everything we needed, including great photo-op spots! The kitchen was fully stocked, each bedroom had plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows, mattresses were comfy, and bathrooms were spotless. Brian kept in touch for days prior to our arrival to make sure we were set, made sure to get us the house policies and see if we had any questions. Extremely responsive! The house checked all of our boxes, plus!

Loved the place. Spacious enough for four and great location at the boardwalk. I was hoping for a view of the ocean, but it was a nice stay. Kyle, the host communicated everything in advance which was a great help. I would stay again

I've stayed at this listing multiple times now. It' a great deal, view, and location when available! I'm almost hesitant to talk it up too much because I like staying here regularly when I'm in AC!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Golden Beach House II! The home is easily accessed with plenty of parking. It was one block to a local beach which has a comfort station/restroom. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was so convenient! We grilled for dinner one night and the grill was the nicest one we have ever used. They layout of the home was great for our family.

We celebrated our 40th and could not have found a better beach house to have family celebrate with us. Jenna and Chris are awesome hosts and are very helpful. The location is perfect for beach walking or exploring shops on foot. A+++

Great place, close to the beach. Nice, quieter part of Atlantic City. Had a great time with our family and children. The house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, large, and stylish. Loved the big kitchen and the backyard. Lots of spaces to hang out and lounge and great to have 2 showers for our full party. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic weekend. The house was perfect to comfortably accommodate the 10 of us, five families of long-time friends, for our annual reunion. The house is ocean front on the famous boardwalk, a location hard to beat. Yet, it is set back from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk giving plenty of privacy. The house was very clean with all the amenities. The architecture allows for a perfect ocean views and sunrise watching. Three balconies with breathtaking views of the Atlantic coast and wide beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The outdoor shed was equipped with plenty of beach chairs for all of us, umbrellas, and a cart to lug them to the beach; all of these were new/in a very good shape. We lucked in with the mid-October weather to take full advantage of the beach and its proximity to the house. The host, Jason (and his agents) have been terrific. Very responsive before and during the stay. All in all, a perfect setting and great hospitality!

I went there with my family, and we really enjoyed our stay in this huge, private house. There was a nice lake in the backyard, and we had a stunning sunset! The house was stocked with everything we needed, and Jason was very kind and helpful! We hope to come back soon!!!
