Great house located between centro and City Market/La Comer grocery stores. Was able to walk these areas without need of a car. Easy access to many resturants and several parks. Nice size bedrooms. Views from terraces were wonderful.

Una excelente experiencia hospedarte en el alojamiento de Ana, fuimos en grupo y todos quedamos muy contentos con las amenidades. La cocina esta perfectamente equipada y la casa preciosa, Ana le dedico tiempo y amor a cada detalle. Gracias con gusto volveremos pronto.

La casa está mejor que en las fotos está hermosísima, muy espaciosa y con muchísimos detalles, la convivencia fue increíble, más de 5 estrellas, claro que me volvería a hospedar ahí!!!

Stayed at Laura’s place for a few nights and it was great! Looked just like the photos, spacious, great kitchen, mini splits in both bedrooms for heat/air, and Laura was very responsive. The neighborhood is super quiet, very centrally located with about a 15 minute drive wherever you need to go. Highly recommend to any other travelers.

Ese fraccionamiento tiene una magia impresionante, el diseño de los edificios y su imitación en pequeño del centro de San Miguel de Allende lo hace único, el acceso a gym y Oxxo en la esquina ayudan a tener todo cerca, la única mosca en el arroz es el Sr que limpia la alberca es muy grosero. No pudimos usarla en toda la estadía. Pero no tiene la culpa el anfitrión. El inmueble está muy bien equipado y espacioso, las terrazas del mismo muy acogedoras y serviciales, lo recomiendo al 100

We could not have been happier with our stay! We loved being so close to everything, so walkable to all the sights and great restaurants!! Ginger’s guide was fantastic, I must have referenced it a million times during our stay and beforehand to make reservations. I loved that the house was in an area with more local people, I felt like we had a more authentic experience then we would have at one of the larger hotels. Our two teens LOVED the rooftop pool and the entire house in general. The dumb waiter was a hit. SMA is a magical place and Ginger’s house puts it over the top!! Thank you!!

It’s a nice and comfy apartment. Closed gate community. Close to San Miguel de Allende downtown. Ananda is super responsive. Everything you need for your stay is included. I highly recommend them. Thanks for hosting us.

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de MA FER fue muy buena. La comunicación con ella fue clara y rápida desde el principio, check-in sin complicaciones... El lugar estaba limpio, bien equipado y tal como se mostraba en las fotos. Está ubicada lo suficientemente cerca del centro de SMA y lo suficientemente lejos del ruido. Ya he tenido la oportunidad de quedarme en varias ocasiones en este fraccionamiento, sin embargo si volviera a SMA, definitivamente volvería a esta ubicación. ¡Recomiendo ampliamente esta estancia! Mary's place is lovely especially the roof terrace. I had most of what I needed but the kitchen lacked a few items although I made due. there was an issue with hot water on my second day but after I went out in the morning and returned it was hot again; unfortunately later that night it wasn't working again or on my last morning. Mary was ready to send her relative to look at it but I said that it wasn't necessary when I returned in the afternoon. It was too late at night and I checked out the next morning relatively early. I have no doubt she/they would have sorted it out if I had asked again as she is very quick to respond. The roof terrace is 10/10 and made the stay magical during the golden hour each evening. I recommend staying here.

A perfect room for a solo traveler. Quite, cozy room at convenient location. Definitely stay here if I visit San Miguel de Allende again.

La llegada al alojamiento es súper fácil, las indicaciones de la anfitriona fueron muy claras y de mucha ayuda. La zona esta muy bien ubicada en la zona centro, todo aueda cerca y las terrazas tienen una vista hermosa. El espacio y el eauipamiento del departamento son perfectos para la estancia. Se encuentra alrededor de otros departamentos pero nos sentimos como en casa, ninguna persona es molesta contigo y casi no los ves pasar, fue una experiencia acogedora. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí! 😊

todo excelente lo único es que el Internet no es muy bueno pero nos dimos cuenta que es en toda el área no exclusivo del alojamiento

The photos do not do this air b&b justice! It is absolutely beautiful, bigger than what the photos showed and extremely clean! I am 100% going to book this air b&b every time I visit San Miguel de Allende. William was always very responsive to any messages or questions we had and very friendly. Book this if you can!

Excelente opción si quieres estar cerca de lo turistico en SMA, todo esta a distancia caminando del airbnb. Betty fue una excelente anfitriona y siempre fue muy comunicativa y accesible. OJO: no cuenta con estacionamiento pero hay lugares cercanos a considerar

La estancia super cómoda, mucha tranquilidad, excelente para descansar, muy cerca del centro y bien ubicado, nuestros peludos también pudieron pasar un momento muy agradable.

Cris and Sandra were amazing hosts! Greeting us in person for an early checkin after a very early morning flight from the states was so appreciated! The property is as charming as the photos and was so convenient for walking to all San Miguel has to offer. The addition of fresh fruit, coffee, yogurt and eggs was truly appreciated! Last but not least we so appreciated regular check ins to make sure all was well and to let us know of parades in town during Holy Week! Thanks Cris and Sandra for the best of SMA!

Delightful experience. Larger place than we expected. Adequately furnished. We're an older couple so the stairs down from the parking area and back up every day was not ideal, but we made our month-long stay, work anyway. The adjacent large, enclosed, heated, lap pool was noisy at first, but we got used to it quickly. It was an easy 20 feet from the condo door to the pool which was a delight. Walking to centro was easy through the back gate. All downhill. We took Uber and Taxis back up. Peggy's Condo is highly recommended as long as you can handle the steps to get to and from it. El fraccionamiento es hermoso y seguro, el departamento muy cómodo y bonito, con todo lo necesario, se encuentra frente a la zona de albercas que es muy bonita , de buen tamaño, y súper limpia , las albercas tienen calefacción , el agua está calientita, chapoteadero y jacuzzi , sombrillas, es un alojamiento increíble, a unos 15 min del centro en auto. Regresamos felices y seguramente volveremos!

El departamento de Guadalupe es más lindo que en las fotografías. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable, incluido un patio maravilloso para disfrutar el clima de San Miguel. La cocina está muy bien equipada, por si deseas cocinar. Guadalupe, como siempre, estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. La zona es linda y hay supermercados cercanos. El centro está a menos de 10 minutos en automóvil.

First the positive. We loved the location. The view from the balcony was awesome and a great place to spend the morning reading a book and having a cup of coffee as the sun was rising. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equiped. The development is modern and pleasing and safe to walk about. There was a charcoal BBQ on the roof patio which was great. Judith and Eduardo are wonderful hosts. 10 out of 10. They were attentive, proactive, and very responsive to any questions we had. Now for the n not so positive. Bit of work walking the steeper portions of the roads if coming in from Centro but manageable if you have a bit of stamina. We did it daily for 6 weeks. Some of the neighbors like to party into the wee hours on a few weekend. Lastly, there is no TV in the living room. If we were short stay it wouldn't have been an issue. For our longer stay heading for the bedroom to watch TV after dinner was odd for us.

Perfect location, close enough to town that it’s almost walkable, far enough that you get to enjoy peace and quiet. Secured, relaxing with a great view. A+ .
