Séjour au top dans cet Airbnb à Pescara ! L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. L’arrivée avec la boîte à code était simple et pratique. Je recommande sans hésitation !

La casa immersa tra gli ulivi crea un’atmosfera di relax nel silenzio assoluto il tutto contornato da una vista davvero meritevole. L’appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (stoviglie, asciugamani…). Bruno è stato un host molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci! I posti da lui consigliati ci hanno lasciato piacevolmente soddisfatti.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

La estancia en el piso de Paolo fue genial!!! Es ideal para familias o grupos de amigos. El piso es grande, cómodo y muy limpio, está en pleno centro de Pescara, en los alrededores tienes todos los servicios que necesitas.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni presso la struttura. Casa a due passi dal mare e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Francesco è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kamen einfach in das Gebäude und konnten über die Schlüsselbox die Wohnung betreten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat uns zu viert genug Platz geboten, zudem wurde ein extra Bett aufgestellt obwohl wir nur nach getrennten Decken auf einem Bett gefragt habeb. Es gab hilfreiche Empfehlungen, und wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs in der Stadt und am Strand, die von der Unterkunft aus schnell erreichbar sind. Ein Trip nach Silvi mit dem Zug ist auch zu empfehlen! Bei gutem Wetter sieht man die Berge hinter dem Parkplatz und dem Bahnhof, der nicht leise ist, uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Das Wasser im Bad braucht ein paar Minuten um warm zu werden, da haben wir uns erst gesorgt, aber nach ein wenig Geduld gab es auch dort keine Probleme. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Die Absprache war sehr leicht, Vittorio hat alles gegeben, damit wir auf unserer Reise alles haben, was wir brauchen. Er ist sehr lieb und wahnsinnig hilfsbereit. Man hatte zu dritt sehr viel Platz in dem Appartement und es war sehr schön eingerichtet. Vor allem die private Terrasse ist riesig und wirklich hübsch! Vittorio ist ein toller Gastgeber und ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Wir waren dort um Skitouren im Gran Sasso Gebiet zu gehen und auch zum Radfahren. Die Unterkunft war mit Gastherme und einer schönen Feuerstelle gut zu heizen. Das ist Mitte März wichtig. Es gibt einen wirklich schönen Wohnzimmerbereich mit dem offenen Kamin. Die schöne Terrasse mit Morgensonne hat einen guten Blick auf das Dorf. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, 3 sehr große Schlafzimmer und Diele bieten ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen wieder kommen.

Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e arredati con gusto, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. La posizione è comoda. Pulizia impeccabile e dotato di tutto il necessario. Sehr hilfsbereit. Das Appartment war ziemlich neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr ruhig (hinreichend weit zurückgesetzt von der Straße), und super Blick von der Rückseite des Hauses. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Casa molto accogliente provvista di tutto ció che serve e anche più! Posto auto riservato davanti all'ingresso. Un bel affaccio dai terrazzini della sala e camera matrimoniale. A piedi si arriva in due minuti alla via principale dove si trova il supermercato, bar, ristoranti etc. Il centro storico é bellissimo di giorno, suggestivo in notturna. Si arriva in poco negli altri bei borghi limitrofi (Calscio, Ofena etc) ma anche in montagna (Campo imperatore). Siamo stati molto bene, la signora molto disponibile risponde subito ai messaggi

Pierluigi gave very good directions and was very helpful in every way. The place is good if you want to have some peace and quiet and cook for yourself. A car is needed when visiting the town of Sulmona.

Gustaf and his local co-host Bice were great hosts. Very communicative and helpful. Bice was especially flexible and friendly and made the check in and out process a breeze. A great location for a peaceful rural get away. The house is rustic but with all the modern comforts you need. Very cozy with a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. A true home! Our family had a great time.

Favorite Airbnb … ever!!! We loved our stay. The location in the Old Part of L’Aquila was perfect: quiet, peaceful yet close to everything walking. The terrace area was fantastic: nice chairs, quiet sitting area, and it was nice to see the neighbors green space. The bed was huge, comfy and perfectWe had just what we needed. And Silvana helped with all of our needs. My only suggestion for winter is make sure you bring your slippers as the tile floor is cold on feet. We will ABSOLUTELY stay here when next we visit L’Aquila!

Antonio e Simona sono host fantastici! Premurosi e attenti ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato bevande fresche nel frigo, una casa davvero bella, completa di ogni confort e dagli spazi ampi e pulitissimi. Letti molto comodi, scelta di cuscini tra differenti tipologie, detersivi per l’igiene personale e della casa. Bellissimo il terrazzo che gira intorno alla struttura e garantisce una casa fresca anche senza l’utilizzo del condizionatore, comunque presente e funzionante nell’alloggio. La comodità del posto auto sul lungomare e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia che gli host mettono a disposizione, rappresentano un ulteriore graditissimo plus. Una menzione d’onore va alla disponibilità, alla gentilezza, all’accoglienza di Antonio, Simona e delle loro splendide figlie: abbiamo passato due settimane nella loro casa e siamo stati trattati come amici di vecchia data, non come ospiti. Li porteremo sempre nel cuore. Consigliamo davvero la loro casa. Noi torneremo di certo

Cosy apartment surrounded by nature and trees which is very important to us. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we spent there but still we found the time to enjoy good food and drive around the area. Adriano really goes the extra mile to ensure we had a good experience and stay, very friendly and responsive. You can tell being a host is his passion.

Clean and functional place, fully equipped, in an excellent location to walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Hosts are very well organized and responsive. Really good mattresses. Recommended!

Roberto e Sandra sono stati impeccabili in tutto! Io e mio nipote ci siam sentiti come a casa, persone solari empatiche e super disponibili , che dire, davvero straordinari! Lo consiglio vivamente, posto molto bello, casa pulitissima e provvista di tutti i confort! Ci hanno consigliato posti da visitare, locali e ristoranti molto buoni della zona! Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Another amazing stay in Claudia’s place. Clean and tidy, super close to the beach! Claudia was really helpful with some restaurant recommendations as well which were absolutely lovely, and getting to meet her in person was an added bonus!
