Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε κεντρικές λεωφόρους μίας ήσυχης γειτονιάς!!! Στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στην Αθήνα είμαι σίγουρος ότι θα ξανά επιλέξω το δωμάτιο σας!!!

I was extremely happy with all aspects of my stay at Evangelos' studio/apartment in Vouliagmeni. Communication with Evangelos was very straightforward and he was always quick to respond to any queries I had. Access to the studio was easy with good, clear instruction given with respect to the location of the keys, Wi-Fi access etc. and upon arrival, the studio had just what I needed to settle in quickly with all the amenities you might expect and wish for. The studio location is perfect for swimming (the beach is literally 2 minutes away!), local walks along the coast to the shops, bars and restaurants of Voula, Kavouri and Vouliagmeni or to quick access either by car or bus to the centre of Athens or, further along the scenic, coastal road heading south towards Sounion. It goes without writing, that I will definitely return to stay at Evangelos' studio and I look forward to being back very soon. Thank you, Al (Manchester, UK)

A lovely, airy flat. I stayed for a month but could have stayed longer. Extremely comfortable bed, warm duvet and nice linen. Koukaki is great and the flat looks over the best bakery. Vesna very kind and helpful.

אני מרגיש ששבתי מגן עדן. זו דירה כל כך נעימה ומאובזרת, שלא תרצו לצאת ממנה. למעשה, היו ימים שממש התקשתי. מעוצבת לעילא, אינטימית ולא חסר בה דבר, אפילו לא מכונת כביסה ולאוהבים להתפנק אחרי יום הליכה בשכיות החמדה של אתונה - ג'קוזי! אתם יכולים להאזין לתחנות הרדיו האתונאיות המופלאות דרך הטלויזיה, או להשתמש בפונקציות החכמות שלה כדי לשדר תמונה מהטלפון החכם. אמנם השכונה קצת מדפרסת וחששתי לצאת בלילה, אבל המיקום הוא פנטסטי! ממש במרכז. אם אתם רוצים ללכת לכיכרות הראשיות זה מרחק של 10 דק' וגם אם אתה רוצים ללכת למוזיאון הלאומי לארכיאולוגיה או לטפס על הר לייקיבטוס, זה מרחק של 30 דק' הליכה, או לפרלמנט, גם מרחק של 20 דק' הליכה ולגנים המדהימים שליש, גם מרחק זהה. למעשה, הכל במרחק הליכה, עד כדי שלא הצטערתי שלא רכשתי כרטיס למטרו. ממש לא היה צורך! ביום הראשון קצת הסתבכתי עם החשמל וכריסיאה אשת הקשר והארי פתרו לי את הבעיה והיו זמינים מאוד! אני לא יכול להמליץ יותר על דירה זו, שהפכה לי את השהות באתונה לחלומית ובלתי-נשכחת. תודה הארי, תודה ליליאן. מקווה שייצא לנו להתראות שוב, בפעם הבאה שאבקר באתונה. Very nice place in Athens, easy walk to city centre, easy to check in with clear instructions. Neighbourhood are not best near Omonia but it’s ok near flat and with big square no problem at all and you are very close to the market for fresh food. Galina is a perfect host, she was reactive, she always took care of us as she allowed us to come earlier to let kids took nap. Flat is nice, well equipped, bedrooms are big. Everything to cook and prepare meal. If there are two “bad things”, it could be bedroom’s doors and living room size but its details and we have really appreciated our stay here.

Our stay was beautiful! The neighborhood is really nice, very quite area, the apartment was just as described and shown in photos. Convenient location as there are a couple of supermarkets, a bus station, some restaurants amongst other things near by. The beach is accesible by a short walk (about 15 - 20min), the surroundings are very safe, only thing worth mentioning about it is that there is no sidewalks by the roads, so you have to keep an eye on passing cars and make sure to walk very close to the side of the road. If you're looking for a nice and quiet place at Porti Rafti this is definitely the place for you! We highly recommend

Περάσαμε καλά, το κατάλυμα είναι σε ωραία περιοχή, όχι μακριά από το κέντρο. Τα πάντα είναι κοντά σου , ότι και αν χρειαστείς!

Hôte très accueillante, Rosana nous a donné d'excellents conseils sur les activités à faire pendant notre séjour, ainsi que des adresses de restaurants à ne pas manquer. L'appartement est idéalement situé, au calme, à proximité des sites touristiques majeurs d'Athènes (pour le reste, la station de métro est à 5 minutes à pieds). A noter : il donne sur une cour intérieure (calme également) avec un petit balcon agréable pour le petit déjeuner ou la pause goûter. Très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, il est cosy. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour, Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Υπέροχος οικοδεσπότης, πολύ μεγάλο σπίτι , καθαρό περιποιημένο με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζονται..η περιοχή προσβάσιμη έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος και πλέον όταν θα χρειάζομαι σπίτι δεν χρειάζεται να ψάχνω αλλού αρκεί να είναι διαθέσιμο

Όλα μια χαρά. Η ομάδα ήταν άμεση στην επικοινωνία μας και το διαμέρισμα πολύ καθαρό. Μοναδικό "παράπονο" το γεγονός πως το check out δεν μπορούσε να πάρει παράταση για μόλις μία ώρα, αλλά δεν πειράζει.

Η διαμονή ήταν υπέροχη. Τα Πετράλώνα είναι μια ήσυχη περιοχή με πολλά μικρά, εναλλακτικά μαγαζιά κάθε είδους. Αποφεύγεις τα έντονα τουριστικά μαγαζιά και μπορείς να απολαύσεις το αθηναϊκό vibe. Το μόνο που θα συνιστούσα στον ιδιοκτήτη είναι, κυρίως για τους χειμερινούς μήνες να υπάρχει εξτρα κουβέρτα στο χώρο και να προστεθεί κάποιο χαλι. Το σπιτι είναι νεοκλασικό με ψηλό ταβάνι όποτε είναι λογικό να μην είναι τόσο ζεστό. Γενικά να γίνει μια προσθήκη σε αξεσουάρ σπιτιού και θα είναι σούπερ. Θα το ξανά επιλέξω!!

Great location. Right opposite the tram station Petralona. Nice yeeros restaurant right next to the station on the opposite side. Supermarket also located downstairs next to the Airbnb. Overall great stay!

Ένας πεντακάθαρος και όμορφα διακοσμημένος χώρος, με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ήσυχη και βολική περιοχή, με αρκετά εύκολο πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά.

Great room with incredible balconies and in walking distance to the hottest spots in town.

Pobyt w tym mieszkaniu był wisienką na torcie! Czyste, wspaniałe, w dogodnym miejscu - dosłownie WSZĘDZIE chodziliśmy na piechotę. Klimatyzacja i jacuzzi to bardzo duży plus. Jedyny malutki minus, który absolutnie nie zmienia naszego odbioru mieszkania, ale może być przydatną sugestią na przyszłość to brak szklanych drzwi pod prysznicem - podczas mycia się łazienka szybko staje się mokra. Ale poza tym malutkim minusem, pobyt oceniamy na 1000/10! ❤️

This Penthouse apartman situated in a safe and quiet area. Streets lined with amazing neratzia trees (bitter orange) blossoming with nice scent. Everything you need in walking distance: AB Supermarket, Metro station, bakery, etc. Highly recommended.

The home was beautiful and clean in a fantastic location. The sound system made being in the hot tub that much more fun. Thank you for having us! I would definitely recommend staying here

Andreas nous a proposé un logement de rêve et a été d une gentillesse incroyable! Toujours disponible, de nombreux conseils tant en termes de restaurants qu en termes de visites 😊 en plus une localisation de rêve, que demander de plus ? Encore un énorme merci à lui pour cette semaine inoubliable!

Zentrale Lage, 10-11 min in die Altstadt und zur Akropolis, recht ruhig, Parkplatz im Haus, sehr nettes, großes Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Terrassen und eine voll ausgestatte Küche. Sogar Obst, Kekse und Tee, Kaffee war für uns da, danke! Gerne kommen wir wieder

Ολα ηταν υπεροχα το σπιτι ειχε τα παντα ηταν πεντακαθαρο και μοντερνο ο οικοδεσποτης ηταν αρκετα βοηθητικος και παντα διαθεσιμος οποιαδηποτε ωρα της ημερας,οι παροχες ηταν οπως ακριβως τις περιεγραφε στην σελιδα δεν αντιμετωπισαμε κανενα προβλημα. Επισης το σπιτι βρισκεται ενα πενταλεπτο με τα ποδια απο την υπεροχη περιοχη του συνταγματος.. ευχαριστουμε για την υπεροχη εξυπηρετηση και διαμονη στο appartment σας.. ❤️ το συνιστουμε ανεπιφυλακτα σε οποιονδηποτε θελει να περασει μια υπεροχη βραδια κυριως με ζευγαρι.. (απιστευτο τζακουζι να το δοκιμασετε αν επισκευθειτε το χωρο)

This space is super close to EVERYTHING! Walk half a block and you are in sight of all of the sights of Athens. lots of shopping, restaurants, cafe, coffee, museum, etc. Very easy to find and navigate your way around. They booked us a taxi from the airport, we had a super delightful taxi driver who gave us a map and marked everything which was super helpful. Just a nice place to kick back and relax if you are done with the city and want to relax, comfortable space!
