This house was so clean & cute!! Gave us the perfect space for our out of town family to stay and roomy enough for local family members to visit. This place worked out PERFECTLY!! We enjoyed every space in this home. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee on the deck. Our Texas family played the lottery in hopes they could buy the place and not have to check out lol.

This house was amazing and definitely would consider staying again here if going to be in Merced. Max is 8 ppl per listing but cost depends on how many total guests there are, so just plan accordingly before booking for no price surprise. This was one of the cleanest homes we have rented. No dust anywhere and you feel so comfortable. Currently, everything is brand new and they supply everything you need. Communication with hosts was very easy before and during stay! Not in host’s control but next door neighbor kept their barking dogs outside all day and night.

Wow is all I can say about this awesome spot! Such peaceful and gorgous surroundings. Wish we could have stayed much longer than one night. The airsteam was comfortable and had all the luxuries of a hotel with much more charm. The outdoor area was such a pleasure to sit out and enjoy the string lights and fire pit. We also used the BBQ which was easy to use and had all the needed utensils. The bed was extremely comfortable, we both slept very well. We will definitely be back when we have more time to explore the area.

Great location/neighborhood for this lovely, spacious home. Private outdoor spaces abound and unique decor gives it a flair. Very kind and responsive host make it a great Modesto choice.
