Just a short drive to all the happenings in Traverse City. Thousands of acres of snowmobiling and cross country skiing right out the back gate. Private and Safe place to hang your hat for the night or a couple of weeks. Adults over 18 only, we cannot accommodate children or infants . Cute and cozy, yet very spacious. Studio style enters into living area with Queen bed and freestanding wood burning stove. Eat-in kitchen with double size loft bed above (best suited for children). Bathroom with shower. Sliding glass doors off kitchen lead to patio with picnic table, grill, and private fire pit. Approximately 350 feet from lake with sandy beach, water trampoline, kayaks, and row boats available for guests. Pet friendly! Note: winter rentals only available Oct. - April $1175/mo.

There are cute small towns to shop at, dine, buy Amish goods. Refresh, relax and make some memories! Hill Haven was originally a cabin community built in the 60s in a rustic setting with spacious lots to enjoy up north activities.

5. Waterfront Vintage Cabin

Vintage waterfront log cabin nestled among trees in a serene setting. Fully furnished interior, water facing deck with table/chairs, charcoal BBQ and bird feeder. Grounds include fish and boat houses, five boat docks, small sandy beach, lawn games, self powered water craft and powered rental boats. Community fire pits and firewood for sale. Excellent star gazing and occasional Northern Lights. Good fishing lake, tons of birds, deer, swans, beaver, otters, ducks, bears, etc.

The Cousin Cottage

Kick back and relax in this tranquil, stylish space. Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit (with plenty of wood) and outdoor dining space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

Lake front cabin on 140 acres

Welcome to the relaxing Mas cabin located at Camp Deer Trails family campground. Enjoy breathtaking views of long lake as well as 140 acres of forest to explore. The outdoor activities are endless with our canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. We also have our own private island you can reach called Moose island. We are minutes from trailheads for all off road vehicles. There are several golf courses in the area including Snow Snake, Tamarack, and Firefly.

Unique. cozy glamping tent with coffee nook

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is a unique 'glamping' experience that submerses you in nature without the work of setting up and tearing down a tent. The tent is located in a quiet and spacious campground at the Pine River Paddlesports Center. The bathroom building (complete with hot, running water, flush toilets, and coin-operated showers!) is a short walk from the tent site. WiFi is available if needed in our office.
