Aubervilliers : locations de vacances avec accès à un lac

Suite à ces quelques jours passés chez vous, il me paraissait essentiel de prendre le temps de vous remercier une dernière fois pour votre accueil et votre générosité. Grâce à vous, nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

Riad is an incredibly kind host, and this apartment gives you peace and quiet at night, but makes accessing Paris simple. The place is very clean and extremely spacious and the metro C line is just about a 5 minute walk away. And, there is an Auchan supermarket just over 10 minute walk. The view of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night was a bonus.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Our week long stay at Damien place was very comfortable. It's location is very good, close to public transport but still secluded for that peace and tranquility. loved the view from top floor bedroom!! We were a group of 10 ppl including 4 children 9-17 years, had a great time in kitchen cum dining area. Well equipped kitchen. Would love to come back to Paris and Damien's place!!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce logement avant de prendre l’avion, et tout s’est très bien passé. L’emplacement est idéal pour accéder facilement à l’aéroport, et l’hôte a été particulièrement accueillant et chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement cet Airbnb pour une escale pratique et agréable ! Si l’occasion se présente, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Chantal et Tim sont d'excellents hôtes. Nous avons été très bien reçus. L'accueil est chaleureux et amical. La Petite Maison est un endroit charmant. Propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien chauffé, avec un petit jardin où il fait bon prendre le soleil et son café dès les premiers rayons. Nous sommes ravis !

Nathalie was a very gracious host. She provided recommendations to local restaurants. Checking in and out was very easy.

We stayed for 4 nights. Very nice place near the train station. It's basically an old 2-room apartment, well equipped. Recommend.

Thank you Audrey for our Parisian city break. We enjoyed the apartment, which was within close walking distance to the Paris Philharmonic Hall which we loved. Super easy to get to the Metro which was really easy to navigate and got us all over the City. Thanks for our stay.

Wir hatten einen guten Kontakt zu Caroline und sie bot uns an, unsere Koffer bereits in die Unterkunft zu bringen, während sie noch dabei war, diese vorzubereiten. In der Unterkunft fanden wir alles, was wir brauchten, die war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war eher für ein Kind, als 2 Erwachsene, aber für uns war es perfekt so. Es gab alles was man braucht wie Fön, Toaster, Fernseher etc. In der ersten Nacht war es sehr laut im Haus, das Haus ist hellhörig. Ich empfehle Ohrstöpsel. Aber die Umgebung ist toll, es gibt viele Restaurants, Bäcker und Bus und Metro sind nah. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, denn für uns war die Wohnung perfekt geeignet.

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

Séjour d’une semaine avec 3 adultes et 2 enfants : Très bonne localisation : - accessible en 30 min depuis l’aéroport d’Orly ou vice versa, - Paris accessible en 40 min en RER - arrêt de bus à 1 min de l’appartement - boulangerie et supérette à proximité Confort : - cuisine équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut, - salle de bain avec lave linge/sèche linge - lit confortable Nous avons eu un petit souci pour accéder à l’appartement mais un coup de fil et tout a été réglé en 30 seconde avec Raphaël. L’emplacement de l’appartement vous permet de faire le touriste et visiter Paris très facilement. Pour ceux qui veulent faire du shopping : 2 centres commerciaux à moins de 30 min en transport en commun. Si prochain séjour il y a, nous reviendrons à cet appartement.

Lieber Maxime - Vielen Dank! Es war ein 1 wöchiger Aufenthalt, der sich angefühlt hat wie Urlaub zu Hause! Alles war sauber, bequem und komfortabel, schön, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet - eine gemütliche Wohnung in die man abends nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing Tag in Paris oder Disneyland gern zurückkommt um sich zu erholen. Gut gelegen und super ausgestattet. Alles notwendige war vorhanden, auch Tv in Deutsch, Polnisch etc. Vielen Dank auch für die gute Kommunikation, wir werden Dich weiter empfehlen! Auf bald! House is slightly far away from important tourist places but near to the metro station, making it very easy to go anywhere. Locality is peaceful and there are nice restaurants within walking distance The apartment itself is beautiful, loaded with all amenities and worth the price paid mehdii is very responsive and clearly communicated in advance, no trouble whatsoever we enjoyed our stay

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war wie heimkommen. Die Lage ist einfach toll vor allem mit Hund. Danke für die schönen Tage bei dir. Immerwieder gerne.

Logement propre et fidèle aux photos, arrivée en autonomie très facile, hôte très réactif, localisation tout proche du centre de Lamorlaye. Cadre sympa avec les poneys qui sont devant la maison !

Je recommande fortement, Le lieu est accessible, l’accueil est chaleureux, tout est propre et impeccable. J’ai passé un bon moment et je suis satisfait. J’y retournerai.

grote, nette woning met ruime parkeer mogelijkheden. grote slaapkamers en een aparte eetkamer en aparte woonkamer. Erg prettig.

Een heerlijk huis in een prachtige omgeving midden in de bossen. De vijver met bootje vonden onze kinderen geweldig. Juana en Eric wonen aan de overkant dus helpen als het nodig is. Een aanrader.
