Exceptional house with great accommodations. Easy access from Munich by car or train. The lakeside community is beautiful and very tranquil. Will definitely use again.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Airbnb-Wohnung! Sie übertraf meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und gemütlich, was einen komfortablen und entspannten Aufenthalt ermöglichte. Die Lage war ideal – in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig und sicher, was das Ganze noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und alle meine Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Ich kann diese Airbnb-Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

This place was great and in a super walkable location. The host was super responsive, helped us with all the questions that we had, gave local recommendations, and much more! Would definitely recommend staying here!! Thanks so much!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Munich. The excellent location made exploring the city very convenient. Viktualienmarkt is just a 5 mins walk away and Marienplatz is right there as well. Overall the place is clean and easily accessible. We had a rental car and parked at the parkhaus located on the same street (one day parking is 20 euros). Street parking is possible but there are very spots available. A couple small blemishes: 1. the coffee machine and the water boiler have a lot calcium deposit and 2. the dehumidifier in the unit was not drained prior arrival.

We visited Munich for the first time with my family of 4. Two kids 8 and 5. The location was perfect and walking distance less than 10 minutes to the Viktualienmarkt and the rest of the city highlights. The home was exactly as pictured and would highly recommend.

Eine schöne gemütliche Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen. Anja war stets für Fragen erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fantastic! The apartment is spacious (pictures don’t do it justice). It is a studio but there is a nice closet for storage and a comfortable seating area. We spent 5 nights and did not feel cramped. It is CLEAN - always a top consideration for us. The kitchen has everything and we cooked a number of meals easily. The bed is comfortable. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and very walkable with a fascinating old cemetery close by where we met loads of walkers. Transportation in and out of the city was convenient and easy. Above all, Stefan and Jackeline were wonderful hosts. They made sure we had everything and helped with some medicines for a nasty cold on a Sunday when I couldn’t find an open shop. They included morale-boosting cake with the cures! They checked in with us to be sure we had what we needed. Stephan even offered us a ride to the train station but we missed the offer since our notifications weren’t on. We loved it and they are great!

Perfect stay for our family of 5. Lots of space and walkable to everything we wanted to do for our stay in Munich. Apartment was stocked with toiletries and some welcome drinks as well which made us feel right at home upon arrival.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; die Wohnung entsprach ganz unserem Geschmack. Besonders toll fanden wir die super Lage: See gleich um die Ecke (gute Jogging-, Wander-, Radfahr- und Bade-Möglichkeiten), sowie ein hervorragender Bäcker und Supermarkt - außerdem fußläufig zum Bahnhof, sodass wir die Woche gut ohne Auto auskommen konnten.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Gauting. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet. Lisa und Julian sind großartige Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um München zu erkunden oder um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft von Christian war sehr schön, ich habe sie für meinen Freund und mich für 10 Tage gebucht. Uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und vor allem privat. Sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, der nächste Bahnhof nicht weit weg. Man kommt überall hin und kann andere Städte erkunden. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir wurden freundlich und persönlich empfangen, die Anweisungen waren klar. Es gab frisches Obst zur Begrüßung und Schokolade bei der Abreise. Diese Wohnung ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen, wir werden bei Gelegenheit unbedingt gerne wiederkommen!

Wir waren mit der Familie zum Ski Fahren und Rodeln da. Die Wohnung entsprach der Anzeige und war für unserer Bedürfnisse vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super. Es ist eine Wohnung im Mehrfamilienhaus, altmodisch eingerichtet, funktional, sauber. Als wir dort waren, war es sehr ruhig, kein anderer Mensch zu sehen. Nachbarn anscheinend sehr nett, denn sie haben gleich Mal ein Paket von mir angenommen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Übergabe war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Wohnungseigentümer wäre jederzeit erreichbar gewesen - war jedoch gar nicht nötig. Parkplätze waren auf der Straße vor dem Haus aber immer frei - gar kein Problem. Die Gegend war umwerfend schön, mit dem Auto erreicht man alles ohne Probleme. Jeder Tag dort war wunderschön, schade, dass man nicht selbst dort wohnt! Super Urlaub in einer Gegend, in der man nicht mehr irgendwo anders hin verreisen muss! ;D

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️
