Great host, amazing home will be back!

my grandson and family were ones staying there and I know that as far as place was concerned it was as described. I know there were issues with the wifi but believe it was resolved.

They had great activities that we could join in with the other residents, every person on staff was super-nice, personable, and responsive. The security of the place was amazing! We had our own view of the doors from our room, and the ability to get in and out was also great. The balcony was an added bonus, and we spent the majority of our time when we were there, out on the balcony enjoying the view! Everything about Vicinia was amazing! They have a bar on premises (that closed at 7pm), but we were able to enjoy the festivities with the other residents. Everything there was clean and sanitized. They offered a breakfast until 9:30am, and coffee all day. There are so many great offerings from this AirBnB that we will absolutely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will recommend Vicinia to anyone who will listen!

The owner was very welcoming she helped us with the door code when we had issues. The owners communicated very well. The place was clean & organized which made our stayed comfortable! I would definitely recommend & book again whenever I’m in Windsor

Great location, loved that it was so walkable as we didn't have a car. Place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The view was amazing and the host was very responsive!

My stay at Carole’s Motown Oasis was wonderful, choked full of amenities and plenty space to stretch out. It was clean and ready for a peaceful stay. Perfectly equipped for a short or long stay. Plenty of desk space for work and tv equipped in every room. It has a nice walk out patio perfect sunbathing or morning breakfast. All around great stay and better host cant wait to visit again.

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. The location and views were great for the price and would recommend this property to anyone in the area. Thank you again for allowing us to celebrate in your property.

This was our second time staying at this airbnb and like the last time it did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable and a perfect staycation spot. Would highly recommend. Also appreciated the two different coffee methods (drip coffee and nespresso) with everything in stock that was needed. Be mindful it is an old house so you do hear a bit of floor creeks when walking around, but with that said I never heard the neighbors. The airbnb is two floors which is great for privacy if multiple couples are staying at the place.

My brother in law was in town and needed a place to stay for the night as everything was booked. Gohso was super quick to accept his stay and was understanding of my brother in law needing a place to stay for the night. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice private room!

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

I stayed here for work, it was five minutes from my job and easily accessible to all major roads. Grocery store around the corner to get groceries the complex is clean, quiet, and cozy.

Ruth Ellen's place is a gem! It is located near anything you might want or need but feels private and secluded. As a plus, Ruth Ellen is wonderful and is an excellent communicator.

Loved our time there in January! The house is a perfect gathering spot for family- fantastic kitchen outfitted with everything. Well suited for small children (with crib, single bed in roomy master) yet elegant enough for discerning adults. The activity filled basement is great for kids, teens and adults. Well done, and Thank you!

Matthew was a very responsive, helpful and accomodating host. He went as far as to give a flexible checkout time when one of our guests had a very late flight home. The Airbnb we rented for a week was great for our group gathering, clean and made it easy to get to various attractions around town.

We stayed at Joseph's with our two young kiddos for three nights. We are super happy we found the house available and it lived up to its description 100%. The place is super cozy. The kitchen is GREAT. The main bedroom has a better mattress (and far superior pillows) than the JW Marriot we stayed at three weeks ago. Medium firmness and ultra-supportive! 10/10 on the mattress & bedding. THANK YOU!!! For the kids: The downstairs play area was much fun for our 4-1/2 yr-old girl and the air hockey was a blast. The bathroom had a kid's stool and the tub was kid-friendly (and still very comfortable for an adult). The house is very kid-friendly, but note that there is a staircase to the basement which is open to the main level. This was not a problem for us as our 1-3/4 yr-old was finally slightly intimidated by something (or he just didn't feel like making a break for it). For toddlers, you might ask about a gate. We would absolutely stay here again w/wo kids!

John is a friendly, delightful, and helpful host! His house is spacious, fun, and perfect for family gatherings! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay for our girls weekend! We were hoping to check in early and Ella was so flexible and easy to communicate with- she made it happen, which was so awesome! The space was very clean and perfect for what we needed (lots of beds, a good-sized main area, lots nearby, etc.). I would absolutely stay again!

Was such a fun experience, with a very comfortable home. A great time coupled with an awesome host. We had lots of things going on with this vacation and a large meetup of people. Mike helped make that a comfy and stress free situation by being readily available and easy to work with. Would come back again!!
