My only complaint which is very minor would be the floors were a bit dirty, perhaps from sand or salt when we arrived. The only other thing would be that the heat was a little finicky and the thermostats were a bit confusing. It was either too hot or too cold. But overall the place was amazing and we all enjoyed our stay!! Thank you very much!!

This property was awesome we were all very happy with the location, amenities, price and host. Hillary was polite and very helpful. This trip almost didn’t happen as our previous reservation was canceled 12 hours before check in from a different host. Luckily Hillary saved the week with her quick response time and answering questions about sleeping situations etc. would stay here again in a heart beat highly recommend!

The house is lovely and, if it’s not new, it sure feels that way. In a very quiet area with tons of outdoor space yet just a mile or two from more main roads. Had a lovely white Christmas/Hanukkah with fresh snow on the 24th. Diana was a great host, always answering questions promptly and rolling with some last minute travel issues. Would love to stay here in warmer months to take advantage of the outdoors and the lovely sun porch.

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room for 8 guests (and more!!) in a beautiful setting. There was many helpful amenities, like kitchen items, and plenty of towels. The location is perfectly centered to many popular things to do. James was always very responsive to questions left clear instructions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

Our stay at Kearsarge Cottage was amazing. Its location and the size was what drew me to the listing, but what sealed the deal were all the 5 star reviews with stellar comments on the house and host Tom. We rented the house for a long weekend to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren so being together was important. Between the house and its addition there was plenty of space for togetherness, but also separation for sleeping and bathrooms. The kitchens are modern and have every gadget and appliance imaginable. TV setup and WiFi was perfect. And we couldn’t have asked for a better location. A 2 minute drive to Cranmore for winter fun and super short walk to town (5-6 minutes) for restaurants and shopping. Tom and Nori are amazing hosts with what they provide for their guests. They were readily available, and answered messages quickly. I would not give a moments hesitation to rent this house again. Eric was a great host. He was very responsive and friendly in all communications. The home was perfect for our family of 5 and three dogs. After long days of hiking we really enjoyed the hot tub! We had a great time.
