Clean and new. High end finishes. VERY spacious. Easy parking. Super comfy beds. I noticed in other reviews that some mentioned repeat visits here, or extended stays. After being in the unit I can see why extended stays would be great there. The deck is large. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely go back.

Our stay was amazing. It was incredibly close to Climate Pledge Arena, the Space Needle, and beautiful museums. The host was incredibly responsive. And helped out however we needed. When we come back to Seattle, we’ll stay here again!

We had a nice overnight stay at Jeffrey‘s place at the end of our trip, and it was very conveniently located just a two minute drive away from the rental car return and shuttle to the airport. The space was spotless and very comfortable when we arrived, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful in their instructions. Lots of good food spots within a short driving distance.

We love West Seattle and enjoyed our stay. The bed is comfortable, parking easy, and a walkable waterfront park close by. There are good restaurants and interesting stores on or near California Ave. The drive into Seattle proper was easy too. We would come again.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this place was fantastic! We have 2 kids ages 5-7 and it was perfect for us. The bedrooms were great, the common area was large enough to spread out and the kitchen was very well equipped. There’s an Amazon Fresh, Walgreens, bus stops, several very nice playgrounds and a gorgeous coffee shop all within a 10 minute walk which made everything so easy, especially with kids. Will definitely be back when we come back to Seattle to visit family! Thank you!!

Comfortable and clean. Good location. Although the hosts lived upstairs, they did not intrude, remaining available but considerate of our privacy.

Heather’s space was perfect for a weekend getaway to Seattle with our dog. We often have to sacrifice comfort and style for the convenience of a pet-friendly place, but Heather’s place had all 3 and more. It was well appointed and well decorated with everything we needed away from home, including a very comfortable couch and bed, and a beautiful bathroom, and a well stocked kitchen. We loved all the books and local recommendations. Most importantly, our pup felt very comfortable and right at home. We are so glad to have stayed here and can’t wait to return!

More than a place with everything you could need being away on a trip, the energy makes you feel like you’re staying at a dear relatives home, but without seeing them. It’s what an air b n b should be…one person with one space that they really take care of and want to share with people. Ps the coffee machine is my favorite… and the maps and the heat lamp in the bathroom, and the bathroom counter space, and the creative kitchenette, easy parking… it was just a great little place to stay as ll around!

Very easy instructions to follow for check in, the place was clean when I got there, and it was a nice distance between downtown and the airport! Perfect for the few days I was there!

the place was great for a couple. Close to the Tacoma Dome. Brooke was a great host and very quick to respond. the apartment was a nice little place the walls were a little thin but everything was great.

I moved to Seattle recently and stayed at Katya and Lee’s home while settling in. I could not have been happier with this decision, and felt right at home during my stay. Katya was highly responsive throughout my booking process and stay, and checked in with me to ensure everything went well. I also had to adjust my booking dates at one point, and she was very understanding and supportive. Her home is exactly as described and offered everything I needed (and more) for a comfortable stay—from her fully equipped kitchen, to the heated bathroom floors, to the memory foam bed. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident. The residential area was also peaceful, safe, and walkable. For anyone in search of a cozy and well-equipped home to stay in, look no further. I would happily recommend Katya’s to my friends/family, and would be delighted to stay again!

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and in a great location—close to stores and everything we needed. Communication was excellent, and the hosts were very responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions for everything. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful view. The pictures don’t do it justice. Jeremy was a great communicator, space was a little bit smaller than we thought but overall it was a great experience.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for walking down to the downtown area and everything was super clean and easy to check in. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of exploring. Would absolutely stay again!

Great spot downtown, very walkable, with lots of restaurants, clubs, and cafés within walking distance, as well as the harbour and Pike Place Public Market. The views from the apartment are very, very nice. This was our first time to Seattle and definitely want to come back.

You can’t beat the location! The city view from the balcony is awesome! Pool, hot tub and sauna are an added bonus. Ken was kind and helpful with recommendations!

Angela was an amazing host and her place was perfect for our weekend get away. Loved all the space, the front porch and the hot tub was a bonus. Great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous top floor unit that is even better than the photos. Immaculate and well appointed with everything you could need, all next level, in a central area on a quiet street. We will be back here on return trips!
