Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

Couldn’t be happier with our stay!! Great space for teammates playing at Lake Myrtle Sports park, even close enough to wait out a lightning delay. Was a great place to stay in to watch a big game and enjoy a game night. We didn’t get out on the lake, but we’ll be back to enjoy more next time. Host was exceptional!

Great for a first time experience for my family. Will most definitely book again

The home was cozy, beautiful, and welcoming. It was exactly as its pictured. It was just what we needed for our 2 week stay. Monique and Ron were very kind, respectful, and responsive to any of our questions and concerns. Overall we had a such an amazing stay. Was super sad to leave but looking forward to future bookings.

Our family had a great stay at The Pelican House. Donna was very responsive and friendly. The house matched its description. Very clean, comfy beds and close to all the parks. Thank you for the outstanding stay.

Very accommodating of our request and always there to answer questions. Loved our time there and only wish we could have stayed longer. Even though we are local, will definitely be back again for some time away from home. Very much worth it. Great space for travelers with dogs.

La casa de Tetyana es muy cómoda. Mi familia y yo (9 personas) estuvimos muy cómodos, el área es amplia y la piscina súper rica… excelente ubicación como a 20 min de los parques Disney, algo más lejos para Universal.

1000/10. Highly recommended. The pictures don’t do it justice because of how nice and big it actually is. Will be coming back here in the future.

Came to go to some Spring training games with 2 friends. Marlana was always immediately responsive to any inquiry. Place was spotless and perfectly close to the ballpark. Definitely would stay again in the future

Jenny was amazing! She went above and beyond for my little girls birthday and she communicated so well throughout and after our trip. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything ❤️

The best location for a trip plan to Disney world . under 28 minutes to the parks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and heated to our preferred temperature. Our host could not have been any better. He always responded to our questions and concerns within a short period of time. The one downside of the location was the traffic noise. Very noisy. Other than that it was a wonderful trip.

The place was just like she said it was nice and cozy and a quiet neighborhood. I love the fence in the backyard for my dogs. I would definitely come back again and Carmen was excellent to respond to anything you needed.

We stayed in February 2025 with our 8 month old baby and Sheepadoodle. This home is exactly as described. There is wear and tear but the house is very well stocked and close to disney. I love how it looks out onto the “lake” as well, very quiet and peaceful after spending chaotic days at disney. Beds were also comfortable! We would stay here again.

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de los parques de Disney y tiene un Publix y Walmart muy cerca. El apartamento estaba limpio y con suficientes toallas, jabón de lavandería y de lavavajillas.

Great location, affordable price. Vivian is very responsive, the house was clean. The only thing I would add is that it is located on a very busy road with a lot of traffic noise. Worth it for the location and price. Everything is nearby, house is clean, lake is beautiful.
