I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

Excellent accommodation and location, a real memorable trip. The restaurant is pretty much 'on-site' and was excellent. One negative - the hob. Seems like a small thing but when you are cooking for 8 and struggling to hold water at the boil it is frustrating. It was so weak. Since it is accommodation for 8, it really ought to be a more powerful hob. Frying bacon took *ages* ! Otherwise amazing, and highly recommended *****

We enjoyed a lovely, peaceful few days at the Croftness Bothy. It was exceptionally clean and has a nice open layout with plenty of space for 2 people.

We had an amazing week at Nether Glenny! The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and endless opportunities for walking right from the cottage. Alison was extremely accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring the beautiful local area. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with fantastic hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!

A beautiful cottage in beautiful surroundings! From the moment we arrived, we had everything we needed and more. Ian was an excellent host, ensuring we had a wonderful few days. The homemade scones to welcome us were the icing on the cake!

Michelle was wonderful. We had an overnight flight but were allowed to leave bags early and check in several hours earlier. Michelle was responsive and a great resource. Shower was a bit tricky to navigate, and could have used some extra towels but otherwise everything was as described. Had some trouble with the dryer our last day, but things break down so no big deal. We loved the location. Be prepared for City noise - some ear plugs took care of that! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Lovely clean home, very quiet and peaceful. We loved the hot tub too, so easy to fill and heat. The garden seating areas could do with a spring clean, lots of cobwebs, moss etc but still a lovely quiet place to enjoy. The village is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The pub has lovely food and very friendly staff and locals!

The cottage is in a beautiful location, with stunning views from all the windows - particularly the living area which has windows on 3 sides. Deborah's place is very well appointed - nicely decorated, furnished and equipped. After walking the surrounding hills it was a lovely place to come back to - relax in the superb hot tub, then put our feet up on the recliner sofa and watch a SKY movie. There's plenty of space, the bedrooms and bathrooms are a really good size. Deborah was very friendly and responsive, gave us some good recommendations of where to go in the local area too. We'd love to go back!

Emma is a wonderful helpful host. The flat was ideal for a break in Scotland and served as a good base for exploring. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival, the sofas are very comfy too. Ideally located in Callander, opposite a supermarket with lots of shops, coffee houses and places to eat and drink within walking distance.

The Byre was perfect for us with another couple for our brief visit to old friends who live on the same street. The house is small but has just what’s needed, and was comfortable and warm. The host Vivien instantly replied to any queries. We would happily stay again if we were revisiting our Aberfeldy friends.

We had a great time at Libby’s. We used this location as a central landing place after exploring around St Andrew’s, Stirling, Falkirk, Culross. We felt well taken care of and appropriately checked in on. It was a very cosy stay!

Easy to find from the directions given. Felt like you were in the middle of nowhere but only 5 minutes from a main road and close to town and city. Was a short drive to the Trossachs. The garden was private and fenced in. There was plenty of fire wood provided for the log burner which kept the house lovely and warm. Very clear folder/ instructions available on how to use everything in the house. We would stay again in the future.

Wow wow wow amazing! what a beautiful homely true Scottish cottage, with stunning views off mountains, with an open fire to sit and get cosy on an evening, we have already rebooked to come back with our family, and booked the cottage next door, if you want to experience a true Scottish stay this is the place, surrounded by highland cows, sheep, donkey and ponies, with the massive extra bonus off a silver jewerlly work shop, we can not wait to return thank you for sharing your beautiful farm with us, stan and Fiona the ponies was great to have our morning coffee with.

6 adults and 1 dog had a wonderful stay at Ronnie's. I highly recommend visiting. The home is beautiful, the location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh. We walked in, and got the bus too, both were super easy. So many lovely shops on the walk in. The house was just perfect, had everything we needed for cooking big family meals, the tv was great, the showers were amazing! Ronnie was flexible with check in and out and was there to greet us which was lovely. Super clean, and the kids were delighted with the mini boxes of cereals and biscuits - I think they probably ate every single packet it was such a novelty (they are adults too so clearly easily pleased!!). Definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed.

We had a great stay at Iain’s charming cabin, he provided clear instructions before arrival for check in and some additional directions to find the place. When we arrived the cabin was very clean with all listed amenities available and everything topped up such as fire wood. Half way through our stay there was an electrical issue in the area which caused a power outage. Iain was quick to respond and try his best to get everything going again, when it became apparent this wouldn’t be until the following day he booked alternative accommodation for us and then welcomed us back into the cabin the following day. These things can’t be helped but Iain dealt with the situation in the best way possible which is all you can ask for. Once the fire is roaring the cabin becomes so cosy and a perfect place to return back to after exploring the Scottish countryside. Coupled with a comfy bed and an amazing view to wake up to you really can’t go wrong with a relaxing getaway here!

Quiet Cute little cottage on the edge of a forest. Had all the amenities to make a great base for our trips into Edinburgh and north to Inverness. Pascale is a great host and she really made us feel welcome from the initial contact to us checking out. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Rosie’s, she was very welcoming and friendly, great comms. The views are stunning; and a pint and food in the walkable Black Bull Inn is a must. Incredible view of the night sky if you get lucky with the weather.

The apartment is super clean and really lovely, perfect for a weekend stay in Glasgow. They were super flexible and accommodating with us, and very friendly to communicate with!

Nice big place. Clean and tidy. Nice little starter pack of bread milk etc left for us. Plenty of towels. Rooftop terrace with heating and use of pool. A lot of fobs and keys to use but plenty of copies provided for us. Feather pillows, would’ve preferred firmer, but that’s a personal preference. Lovely host.

The most perfect location for a hen party! Chris was the most amazing host with all his information to ensure the stay was as perfect as it could have been! Chris was always on hand if anything was required and always ready to answer questions along with giving recommendations! Location was perfect in a very quiet neighbourhood with a 5 minute walk to the train station to get straight into the centre of Glasgow in no time! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

A location with an interesting history; just a few minutes walk (beside the river) from Dunblane’s centre but tranquil, comfortable and secluded. Perfect to visit the surrounding area but also an easy train journey to Stirling and Edinburgh for the sights.

I thoroghly enjoyed our stay at Gean tree cottage and my dog Jack absolutely loved it! The cottage is as described, perfectly clean, comfortable, toasty warm and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment etc. It's also quite private too so no noise at all. The garden area is huge and well kept so lots of space for dog zoomies. The castle estate has lots of area to explore with swimming pool, games room, gardens, walled kitchen garden, lake, boat house, orchard, so much more! The welcome pack contains lots of information and a map of the estate to help you find your way around. There's EV chargers on the estate now too with a 22kw charger just a 2 minute walk from Gean Tree cottage which is very useful for overnight charging. The staff are very helpful and friendly with information before arrival (and helping my wayward pooch find his way back when he wandered too far 🤦‍♀️). We had a perfectly peaceful stay at beautiful Fingask. Very well equipped, comfortable and spacious; milk, shortbread, tea/coffee provided on arrival. We took day trips out and explored the grounds. Fingask was exactly what we were looking for for our short break - and the sun was shining too!
