Ben was very helpful from the beginning. Very accommodating. Coming from the United States, he made it very easy for two weary travelers. The flat was located in a quiet neighborhood, located near shops and restaurants. The flat is beautiful and clean. Beautiful kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Over the years, I've stayed in places around the world that I've booked through Airbnb. This listing is one of the best I've experienced. The location is fabulous: many places I could walk to, and bus stops were convenient when I wanted to ride public transportation. The flat is comfortable, the kitchen very useable, and the laundry machine a treat to have onsite. I also loved having Kay's Bar, a truly neighborhood pub, a short stroll away.

I had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place! The house is located right by the beach, and the master bedroom has a stunning view of the sunrise—it’s definitely the highlight of my mornings. The atmosphere inside the house is warm and welcoming, with family photos on the walls that really add a personal touch. I also loved the mattress; it was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet at night, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene and beautiful getaway!

Hi, I don’t usually leave reviews but we had a fabulous stay here, host was very helpful. The location was brilliant for what we needed, lovely setting to be able to walk to the harbour. Got the bus into Glasgow city centre which was so easy to use and the bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We felt at home here and felt very comfortable, would definitely recommend if we are ever coming to Glasgow again we know where to stay next time. Thank you so much x

We had a lovely few days in this beautiful flat in the centre of Stockbridge. Having access to a gorgeous garden added to the enjoyment. We would highly recommend this place and hope to visit again ourselves. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond. 10/10 superb!

Very responsive to questions. Clean and comfortable beds. Having washer and dryer was great after being on the road for over a week. Short drive to Tesco and Stirling Castle.

We had a fantastic girls catch up weekend staying in Aaron's beautiful home. We've used airbnb loads of times and this home was perfect! Everything we needed for our stay a spotless well equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable beds etc. Getting into the house was easy and Aaron let us have a slightly later check out which was much appreciated. Great location for shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Everyone we met and spoke to in Callander were extremely friendly. I would have no hesitation in booking again. Only mishap we had was setting the dishwasher to the wrong wash cycle, we should have read the welcome book again.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. Great find in Callanders main street. Three spacious bedrooms, nice sitting area, hot tub, outstide games room and pretty outdoor undercover seating area. Fully equipped kitchen with provisions and cleaning products. Close to various nature walks and lovely restaurants nearby also. Definitely value for money.

A wonderful great stay. Would highly recommend. Coming from the states I didn’t miss any of the modern luxuries of housing. Fully functional kitchen, and warm spaces with lots of natural light. A truly home away from home feeling. Thank you and hope to meet again in the future.

Jamie is an absolutely lovely host and the flat is beautiful and spotless. The bus stop right outside is very handy, also the Co Op just around the corner. Not the most salubrious area but nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again, an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh.

Peter’s mews apartment was a great place and perfect for our short stay in Edinburgh. Being located in a back lane it was quiet yet very close to the centre of Edinburgh and all its attractions. The property itself was warm and comfortable with everything needed for our stay. It also has the added bonus of secure, free garage car parking below the apartment. We would certainly consider booking again and will recommend to friends and family.

Loved staying here and Marie was the best host. The house was just outside of the main part of the city which made for peaceful evenings and the bus stop was less than a minute walk away and so easy to buy tickets. We did the whole week trip using public transportation and walked to the grocery store around the corner. Marie gave us all the information we needed on how to navigate the city what was nearby and even offered to call us our taxis on departure day. Marie was such a sweet and thoughtful host and the house was so cozy and comfortable for our party of 7 (2 adults 2 seniors and 3 kids 10 and under) if we ever have the chance to make it back to Edinburgh we won’t stay anywhere else!

Host could not have been more lovely or responsive! We were stuck for a day because of the Heathrow fire and staying at her gorgeous flat made us wish we had further delays! Everything has been thought of – plugs near beds, smart TVs, comfy beds and linens… Also great neighborhood! Thank you so much. I hope we’ll be back someday!

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Great flat and great host. It's was about 20 mins walk to Queen Street Station and it's just around the corner from Barrowland which is great for gig-goers. Flat was warm and comfortable, very nice to relax in. Sharon sent detailed instructions and was helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment for our family of four! It has a great location in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants within a short walking distance and is a 30 minute walk to the city center or a quick tram ride. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and has all the amenities needed. The area is so quiet at night. No city sounds! Book it! 😊

Michelle was wonderful. We had an overnight flight but were allowed to leave bags early and check in several hours earlier. Michelle was responsive and a great resource. Shower was a bit tricky to navigate, and could have used some extra towels but otherwise everything was as described. Had some trouble with the dryer our last day, but things break down so no big deal. We loved the location. Be prepared for City noise - some ear plugs took care of that! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Lovely flat, good location, quiet area but still only a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Lots to do and see in Stockbridge. The flat was ideal, comfy bed, comfy sofas and felt very homely, would definitely stay here again.

this was my friends first time in edinburgh and it was the perfect location for walking and for driving. although the right block was hard to find a first as soon as we made it in we felt right at home and ended up leaving our car parked the whole time. the place was perfect and the blankets were greatly appreciated. only things we would note is we couldn’t manage to use the controllers to work the tv (could just be us haha) and if you are ordering food drivers have real trouble finding the building. thank u sue for letting us stay❤️

The location was quiet and far enough away from the centre but walkable. The flat itself was prefect for what we needed which was a base, however if you needed to spend more time in the accommodation it would have also been just as good. It was really well equipped with clear instructions for where to find extra pillows etc.
