A stunning location literally across the road from Palm Beach. Well equipped and thoughtful touches with lush gardens and Lyndal was an excellent host. We so appreciated the early check in and extended check out so we could enjoy the sunny day. Would highly recommend and hope we can come back.

If you are looking to stay in a beautiful home with spectacular views, you have just found the place! As soon as we arrived, Lynne greeted us with a big smile and a bouquet of fresh picked flowers. She was so warm and welcoming along with little dog Lexie, who was so friendly. Lynne’s place is very spacious, clean and tidy. The rooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. The bedding and linens were also top notch. The kitchenette was surprisingly stocked with fresh fruit, home made muffins, milk, water, cheese and crackers….and even a very nice bottle of wine! We stayed for two nights and enjoyed eating many of our meals on the deck, which overlooks the beach, which is less than a five minute walk away! Lynne’s small touches made our stay so relaxing that we hope to return again next year!

Quite a great little place for 2 people for a couple days. I'd recommend this stay just for a short couple days as there is no oven, but that did not affect our stay as we had quite an effective BBQ which made up for it. I would like to come back again in the future. Everything was clean and pristine and up to standard. A lovely thank you to our hosts.🙂

All five stars fully deserved - most lovely place full of day light near to the Milford beach, fabulous view to the marina and the sea behind it, a short walk to Milford shops, a bus stop just a stone throw away - everything we had expected and much more. Stayed a good while and are looking forward to being back in the future. Our all time favorite!

What a great experience! The apartment was stylishly decorated with all of the amenities needed and such a lovely view. The hosts were friendly and helpful with what to do in the area and where to eat. We definitely want to come back and stay longer!

Paul & Precys air bnb was a great place to stay for us for a couple of nights. Extremely clean & fresh light decor, easy to find, and very local walking distance to beach, restaurants, & shopping centre. Excellent value for money. Very friendly Host & great communication. Liz & Dave

We had a great stay here as three couples with toddlers. Plenty of room with the four bedrooms and large kitchen, living, and dining areas. It has a great deck to sit out on and enjoy the afternoon sun. Plus it’s a one minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be staying again.

Comfortable living space with access to deck and enclosed lawn. Good for 2 couples with upstairs bedroom and ensuite, while downstairs bedroom right across hallway from main bathroom, toilet. Dishwasher and fridge freezer with everything you need to cook with and serve on. One of the nicest homely airbnbs ive stayed in. Central to everything. Would definitely return. Thanks

This was the perfect place for us (4 sisters) treating our 90 yr old mum for her birthday. We rented both upstairs and downstairs so plenty of space and very easy for our mum to get around. The beachfront location was amazing. Gabrielle was very accommodating with a couple of requests we had and always prompt in replying. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

This was all we had hoped for and more. Everything about it was just right, everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped. Our resident neighbour at No.2 was most helpful and altogether we were delighted and grateful to be able to stay the extra days there that were needed when one of our party was unwell. Thank you so much!

Sky Blue is a great place to stay. The condo is bright, extremely spacious, and spotless. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure and hot water are great. The blow dryer works great. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dishes. There’s an espresso machine and French press, we used both. The location is fantastic right down the street from the beach and in the heart of Takapuna Beach full of restaurants and shops. We loved waking up and coming home to sit and relax on the enclosed lanai. The washer and dryer worked fine but are on the small side. The TV works good too. The condo is upstairs but you enter on the ground floor and walk up a set of stairs once inside. We highly recommend Sky Blue.

Ivanli was an excellent host who was very attentive to our needs. The balcony was more breathtaking than the pictures provided. The cozy 2 bedroom apartment was big enough for the 3 of us and in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. It had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Totally recommend. Lovely comfortable apartment with beautiful view and quiet. Very Clean. Nicola provides very much every we need, coffee, milk, cutlery. Only 1 minutes walk to bus stop and 5 minutes walk to Palm beach, local restaurant and local grocery shop. The beach is amazingly beautiful and people go there swim all day. Definitely love to go back and stay there again.

Wow is an understatement! Lynden & Simons apartment is absolutely beautiful! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the most spectacular views looking out to Rangitoto island. The apartment is super roomy, modern & the sunrise from the bedroom was one I will remember forever! We really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable traveling with a baby. The little things really made a difference. Thanks for being so welcoming and sharing your gorgeous home with us. We would love to stay again!
