Milford Beach AirBnB is a beautiful family home, easy access to Takapuna restaurants and beaches, playgrounds and local shops. Plenty of room for several guests, ensuite bathrooms and plenty of natural light. Separate lounge areas for kids and adults, and roomy home office / gym space.

Lovely large expansive home right on the waterfront. Nice quiet neighborhood at the end of a culdesac past the busy town center. Perfect house to host our family for gatherings. Host was very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay here on our next return

We absolutely loved our stay in Te Henga! The home has beautiful views of the water and mountains and it’s only a short walk/drive to the beach. The host was very kind and helpful, even when we accidentally broke a glass! Would stay again 🫶

The Pineapple Beach House was absolutely incredible! It was a private, gorgeous home with everything we could possibly need. The indoor and outdoor spaces were amazing to relax in. It’s located right near the beaches and Orewa, so we had a blast exploring the local restaurants and cafes, and just enjoying the sand between our toes! Carika was an amazing host - super responsive and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway.

It's perfect for a big group like us. Main room is big enough to gather everyone. So we could spend the time together. Location is also good. Especially if you go to of come from Auckland airport. And the price is very reasonable. The host gave us all the informations that we needed. How to open the key, how to set the security alarm, how to use dishwasher, wi-fi password, etc. We didn't have any problems during our stay. Thank you!

Fantastic spacious place to stay for the 7 of us. Great location for both horse race tracks which we were there for. Nice and quiet. Highly recommend

Me sentí muy bien en casa de Alice ,ella te da tu espacio y es educada y amigable. El departamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado ,el departamento esta en una zona donde hay muchos restaurantes y lugares para tomar una buena copa de vino . Me encanto estar ahí.

Staying with Michael and Jenny was a real treat to start my holiday in NZ!! I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and they were the most hospitable hosts I have ever had. They let me check in early right after my long haul flight, so I didn’t have to worry about where to spend time with my luggage. The salt water pool is peaceful and clean. The shower pressure is divine!! And most of all, I enjoyed getting to know Mike and Jenny and meeting their friends at some fine local establishments. It really felt like I was staying with friends. As a solo traveler, this is the best place to begin your trip!!

Thanks again! Very nice, spacious apartment with a beautiful seaview. The aircon is very good and the TV is very big. Really appreciate the late check out time! And really appreciate the welcome Christmas gifts. *The place really needs a smoke alarm in the kitchen area, made us a bit nervous that there's none for when cooking *The hot water jug needs to be replaced as its not hot it only gives warm water *The toilet is creaking a bit, it needs to be looked at for maintenance

Monika was a great communicator and easy to deal with. My booking was a last minute decision as the aircraft I’d just boarded pushed back for an international flight into Auckland landing after midnight. Monika left a light on for me and made it easy for me to enter her place after 2am 🥱. Quiet private location and I recommend this place. I would stay here again.

What an amazing apartment!! We loved everything about it....it is stylish, well equipped and in a great location. Everyone mentions the views but you have to see them for yourself to truly appreciate them. Doug is an excellent host...always quick to respond and extremely welcoming. I would recommend this apartment as something very special.
