Lovely house in quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to restaurants, bus stops and shops. The house has a spacious bedroom, lounge and kitchen. The decor throughout is very stylish. John had provided cereals, milk, coffee, tea. John met us at the house and showed us around, and how everything works, and gave us a tip about getting to the Waiheke ferry early on a Saturday (we booked ourselves onto the ticketed Reserve ferry to avoid the queuing).

Really enjoyed staying at Ross's place. They were very helpful to get the internet on when we accidently unplugged it. Really beautiful area. Close to the beach. it came with 2 kayaks, and Ross let us use the double kayak from next door too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Lorraine and John’s Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. What really stood out to us, though, was the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Great location as well.

Great place in a terrific location. Jennifer accommodated our request for an extra bed in the study and the family was very comfortable for our short stay in Auckland. would definitely stay here again.

This is the *perfect* place to stay. Only a 15 minute drive to Piha Beach— which was one of my favorite spots to visit (LOVED the Piha Store for morning coffee & lunch), and about a 40 minute drive to Auckland. Everything about this space was beautiful. From the stillness and peace of the rainforest, to the lovely architecture and interior design. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our first visit to NZ. 🤍

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Hazel's place. First of all, the location is spectacular. You're walking distance to one of the most iconic beaches in New Zealand and when I say walking distance- I mean you can stumble out of bed 2 minutes before sunrise and see the most beautiful view! We went across the road for a cocktail each night as well which was lovely. Even though you'd expect the road outside to be packed with tourists, the house was so peaceful and secluded. House (and kitchen!) is stocked with everything you could need- beds were comfortable, outside dining area was wonderful and spacious. When we were hot, you could open every sliding door and keep the bug nets up to let air in. When we were cold, there were so many heaters about the place and blankets so you could remain cozy. We felt like we were in a world of our own but also just a short drive to Cathedral Cove and Whitianga. Probably one of the best places I've stayed in NZ and I will hopefully come back!
