A lovely place to stay. Really good value. Superb location. Kitchen is very well equipped. No parking in front of the house but only short 50m walk to the car. High chair and cot and kids bowls in the kitchen make it helpful. 2 minute walk into town.

Beautiful place, in a lovely neighbourhood. Everything was perfect, the house was spotless, and had everything you need. its olny 5 minutes walk into Bramhall, which has lovely bars and restaurants. The host was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my dog so that we could explore some of the Peaks and enjoy some walks. The house was perfect for what we needed and in a great location for some local walks. We did the kinder scout trespass trail and walked straight from the house to avoid any difficulty parking. The house had everything we needed for a cosy stay. Thank you.

Judy and Brian’s cottage was so comfortable and cosy, we arrived late at night and as soon as we stepped into the cottage it was warm and so relaxing. A log fire was lit and we had everything we needed to immediately settle in for the night. The morning was so peaceful, surrounded by green fields and greeted by their beautiful puppy Willow! Brian also kindly helped us with taxi recommendations. I highly recommend this place, and we will be staying again if we are in the area again.

A gorgeous stay! Exceeded our expectations. All the nice little touches, like the freshly baked goodies, ample teas, coffees, hot chocolates and marshmallows, really added to the experience. The property is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is really peaceful and not far to walk in to Holmfirth centre. We would definitely visit here again!

Such a beautiful place, the photos don’t do it justice! Great location, parked outside the cottage and then didn’t use the car again as was perfect for walks to Mam Tor and the surrounding areas. Just what was needed for some rest and relaxation -thank you!

Myself and two friends had a great time at Heather's flat in Buxton. The location was superb just a five minute walk into the centre of Buxton where there were lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. The flat was very cozy, with lots of lamps and comfy sofas, which made for a lovely evening chilling out. The beds were very comfortable with nice quality bedding. All in all a great stay and I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time at this place, it was peaceful and the view is absolutely amazing. The old post house is fully stocked, we felt like every detail was thought about and Mike was a lovely and responsive host. Highly recommend
