Augsbourg : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Wir haben uns richtig wohl in dem Haus gefühlt und ein tolles Wochenende gehabt. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend und der Hottub draußen lief für uns ohne Unterlass. Genau das richtige bei eher grauen Wetter. Die Schlafzimmer haben auch echt eine gute Größe. Klare Empfehlung.

We had a great stay in Prince's apartment! It is a real home where you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay in Munich, either for holidays or business. The apartment is situated in a beautiful residential area, very well connected (bus, metro) with the centre and other parts of Munich. The lovely private garden and the fresh air give you the "holiday feeling". Prince is a dedicated host, charming, helpful and practical! Don't hesitate to book his apartment, it's important to feel like home when you're away from home :)

Great location in the center of Augsburg with a fantastic view. Very clean apartment with everything that we needed. Much appreciated that you could buy a selection of drinks directly from the host. Generous and accommodating host who answered swiftly to all our questions. Would love to stay there again.

Spontan für eine "kleine Auszeit" gebucht und genau das bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch super. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter!

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll um „raus zu kommen“. Wir hatten alles, was man so braucht und Frank war wirklich sehr freundlich! Auch beim Check-Out durften wir sogar etwas länger bleiben. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Super schöne Lage, weg vom Trubel und dennoch schnell an schönen und sehenswerten Spots in der Umgebung. Gastgeber sind äußerst gastfreundlich, alles wie beschrieben.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung, für 2 Personen eigentlich schon viel zu groß. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und schön eingerichtet, alles gepflegt und sauber. Von der Lage her sehr ruhig, in einem Wohngebiet nahe Oberhaching. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus an der Straße. Ein Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt, der Bahnhof ca. 10 Minuten. So ist München-Zentrum mit der Linie S3 in ca. 25 Minuten sehr gut zu erreichen (einfache Fahrt in der Zone M 4,20€). Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern war sehr gut, Rückmeldungen kamen umgehend und der Check-in sowie der Check-out waren komplikationslos. Absolute Empfehlung.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Heike! D’abord l’accueil chaleureux par un de ses garçons qui nous a tout montré et plus tard, Heike, avec qui nous avons eu une belle discussion. Le logement était parfait pour une famille de quatre avec deux enfants. C’est propre, la cuisine est bien équipée et le sauna est très agréable! C’est un peu excentré mais très près de la gare pour rejoindre rapidement et facilement le centre de Munich. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir dans un séjour futur!

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

Ich war für 2 Tage bei Tanja zu Gast und alles war super. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war wie beschrieben, ruhige Lage, ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ordentlich und stilvoll eingerichtet...mit allem was man benötigt. Tanja ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Check-In verlief völlig reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung.

meine Schwester und ich waren ein Wochenende mit unseren Hunden dort. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Begrüßung. sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein sehr schnuckeliges Holzhäuschen, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Auf der kleinen aber sehr gemütlichen Terasse haben wir sehr schöne Stunden gehabt. Auch unsere Hunde hatten Spaß in dem kleinen Garten. Der Campingplatz hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. In der Umgebung war ein Badesee, ein Anglersee und die Iller. Hier haben wir lange Spaziergänge unternommen. Der Grieche auf dem Platz ist sehr sehr gut. Essen war sehr gut, große Portionen und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Das Haus ist wunderschön! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Es ist wirklich wunderbar eingerichtet und man fühlt sich auch als große Familie dort wohl. Besonders schön ist das riesengroße Wohnzimmer, wo alle gemeinsam gemütlich zusammen sitzen können und eine gute Zeit verbringen können. Auch die Kinder hatten sehr viel zum Spielen. Ich kann es in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Holzhaus von Thomas - es hat einfach alles gestimmt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Thomas und das tolle Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.
