Ziad was very responsive. We normally stay in hotels because my daughter goes to school at St Lawrence but we found this to be a much better option. The place was neat clean and tidy and my wife my mom and I enjoyed the stay . Would 100% book with Ziad again .

You know when someone says "the pictures don't do it justice"? That perfectly describes this rental. An absolutely amazing house, with tons of space to hang out and spread out. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, and thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. I've stayed at almost 20 rentals in the Potsdam area and I think this may have rocketed to the top on my first visit. I can wait to see it in the summertime! VERY responsive hosts, including answering questions and plowing the MASSIVE driveway and shoveling the path to the entrance.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Jay’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The place itself was everything we could have asked for—cozy, beautifully designed, and nestled in a stunningly scenic area with breathtaking views. During our weekend stay, we experienced over a foot of snow, but Jay had already arranged for a plow service in advance, ensuring the driveway was always clear and accessible. Thanks to his careful planning, we had no issues coming and going, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Beyond that, Jay was an exceptional host—communicative, proactive, and incredibly accommodating. He kept us updated throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed some much needed down time and Loved being close enough to our son’s family to visit. Weather could have been better but it was a great get a way. Lorraine and John were very helpful.

Lovely townhouse. Great tub and comfy bed! The garage was an added bonus. The hosts were very kind and helpful if we needed anything. The neighbourhood is a little busy/noisy and the bedrooms are bright in the morning so I suggest earplugs and a sleep mask if you are a light sleeper!

Absolutely loved the place very homey, beautiful views of Titus Mountain perfect for my family ski vacation. Denise is so responsive and flexible. We will definitely rent again when we need to stay in Malone NY.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very cozy and quiet. We slept great on the king sized bed in a room with blackout curtains. The neighborhood was very quiet despite its central location. The living room was cozy and the kitchen had what we needed for all the cooking and baking we did. We’ll have to return during warmer months when porch and hot tub are useable.

We ha e stayed at a few airbnbs I. the area, but this is now our favorite!! Such a beautiful location and so peaceful! We were arrive lat at night and Richard was very kind to turn on the outside lights as well as a light inside so we were not stumbling around in the dark. Speaking of dark...if you enjoy star gazing, on a clear night, this is a perfect location!! We were in awww over all the stars we could see, as well as the milky way! The cabin itself was very cozy! It was just as the photos showed. We found it extremely inviting! We explored the location a little on our last day and found the pond on the property...another beautiful location on the property. We hope to stay again soon and explore the trail and land more!
